Objective To study the reporting status of notifiable infectious diseases in a general hospital,grasp epidemiological characteristics and patterns,and provide scientific basis for the preventive measures of infectious diseases.Methods Epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases reported by a hospital in 2007 -2011 were ana-lyzed statistically.Results Reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases was 0.40%(15 386/3 852 327)in 2007-2011 ,and were statistically different among each year (χ2 =94.93,P <0.01),the major age of reported cases were 14-45 years(46.70%),the main transmission routes were blood and sex (60.68%),followed by respiratory tract (33.06%).The reporting rates among different months were statistically different(χ2 =487.60,P <0.01 ),April ranked first for five consecutive years(0.53%),followed by December(0.51 %)and May(0.48%).The main repor-ted infectious diseases included viral hepatitis(42.82%),varicella(20.06%),syphilis(16.96%),rubella(5.41 %), and pulmonary tuberculosis(3.75%).Conclusion Bloodborne diseases,sexually transmitted diseases,and infec-tious respiratory diseases are the stress in the prevention and control of infectious disease,management should be in-tensified.

Purpose:To investigate the treatment effect and toxicity of regimen containing ifosfamide (IFO) and etoposide (VP16) on relapse ovarian carcinoma.Methods:IFO 2.0 in 500 ml normal saline day 1—5, VP16 100 mg in 500 ml normal saline d1,3,5 Results:The overall response rate was 38.5%, mylosuppression and alopecia were the most common toxicities. Leukopenia rate was 71.4%, alopecia rate was 100%, gastro intestinal and nervous toxicity were mild. Conclusions:Combination of IFO and VP16 was very effective on relapse ovarian carcinoma with mild toxicity and should be widely used.

66 cases were treated with Yizhi(Intellingencebenefitted)Syrup. After treatment, the scores on behavioral appraisal markedly decreased with dramatic upgrading of learning results, marked lowering of positive soft nerve signs, the total effective rate being 84.8%. There wore also marked increase in the levels of urine NE, DA, 3-4(?)PAC, CAMP and(?)r.

Objective To evaluate the effect of probe melting curve analysis and gene chips on detecting drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis against isoniazid and rifampicin. Methods Drug resistance was detected by gene chip and probe melting curve analysis in 46 cases of patients with sputum smear positive specimens, with L-J culture as the gold standard. Results In all the 46 cases, the detection of drug resistance genes against isoniazid was performed by probe melting curve analysis and gene chips, achieving the coincidences of 91.3% and 80.43% with those by L-J culture, respectively. The detection of drug resistance genes in 38 cases administered with rifampicin was conducted as well by the two techniques, achieving the coincidences of 84%and 89.4% with those by L-J culture. There were no significant differences between the two methods (P > 0.05). Conclusion The gene chip direct detection and probe melting curve analysis are of high value in diagnosis of tuberculosis, and they can be regarded as a diagnosis method of choice for tuberculosis. Both have the priorities of timesaving, high sensitivity and specificity.

Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin E, selenium and quercetin on the expression of zf-9 mRNA of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) during early acute liver injury in rats. Methods:90 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control, pathological control, VE 20 mg/(kg bw﹒d) + Se 16 ?g/(kgbw﹒d) supplement, and quercetin 50 mg/(kg bw﹒d) supplement through intragastric way for 15 d respectively. The normal control group was injected with normal saline, the others were given intraperitonal CCl4 once to induce acute liver injury model. The serum levels of MDA, SOD, ALT and AST were determined at 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after CCl4 injection respectively. The pronase-collagenase perfusion of liver was used to isolate HSC, and the expression of zf-9 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR. Results: Serum levels of MDA were lower in VE+Se supplement group and quercetin supplement group than pathological group. Supplementation with VE+Se and quercetin could decrease the level of ALT and AST and down-regulate the expression of zf-9 mRNA. Conclusion:Dietary supplementation of VE,Se and quercetin could effectively down-regulate the expression of zf-9 mRNA in HSC during early acute liver injury in rats.

Objective To research the recent efficacy of advanced cervical cancer treated with two different ways of uterine artery intervention and systemic intravenous chemotherapy respectively combined with radiotherapy.Methods Eighty-two patients with stage Ⅱ B-ⅣA cervical cancer confimed by pathology were given systemic intravenous chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy(vein group,S0 cases)and uterine artery intervention chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy(intervention group,32 cases).The therapeutic effect and remission rate of parametrium were compared.Results The total therapeutic effect rate in vein group was 90.0％(45/50),and intervention group was 93.8％(30/32),there was no significant difference between two groups(P ＞ 0.05).The remission rate of parametrium in vein group was 50.0％ (25/50),and intervention group was 75.0％(24/32),there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of uterine artery intervention chemotherapy for parametrium is better than that of systemic intravenous chemotherapy.

Objective To investigate the effects of insulin-like growth factor-1（IGF-1）on the cell proliferation of human non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and the possible molecular mechanism.Methods MTT assay was used to examine the effects of IGF-1 （0.1,1,10,100 ng/mL）on the cell proliferation of NSCLC cell lines（A549,LK2,H460）,Flow cytometry（FCM）and Western blot to ana-lyze the cell cycles and the protein expression of S-Phase Kinase-Associated Proteins 2（Skp2）and CDC20 homolog 1（CDH1）,respectively.Results The cell proliferation of NSCLC cell lines（A549,LK2,H460）could be promoted by the IGF-1 at different concentrations and the proliferation rate peaked when the cells were treated with 1 ng/mL IGF-1.Compared with control,the percentage of the S-phase cell population was significantly increased after the treatment of IGF-I（P 〈 0.01）and the protein expression of SKP2 also increased obviously（P 〈0.05）.However,there was no change in the CDH1 protein expression（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion IGF-1 may accelerate the cell-cycle pro-gression of NSCLC cells by negatively modulating p27 protein via the up-regulation of SKP2 protein expression.

Objective To research the clinical characteristics of neonates with non-immune hydrops fetalis.Methods The clinical data of eleven non-immune hydrops fetalis who admitted from January 2015 to November 2016 were retrospectively studied.Imaging manifestations,cause analysis and outcomes were explored and analyzed with descriptive statistical methods.Results The most common abnormal images in this study were hydrothorax,seroperitoneum and subcutaneous edema.Of all the cases,cardiac anomalies were in 2 cases,chylothorax in 3 cases,chromosome abnormality in 1 case,meconium peritonitis in 1 case,bladder rupture in 1 case and unknown reasons in 3 cases.Of all the cases,3 cases were terminated pregnancy before 28 weeks,2 cases were fetal intrauterine death,and 6 cases were live births,among whom 2 cases died within 48 h of newborn and 3 cases survived.Placental pathologic conditions of 8 cases were edematous placentas.Conclusions The mortality of non-immune hydrops fetalis is high.Its etiology,pathogenesis and the timing of pregnancy termination need to be explored.

AIM: To study the feasibility, security a nd validity of the intrapericardial injection with a trans-diaphragmatic approach in chronic heart failure rats and its value in the study of gene therapy for hea rt diseases, and further investigate whether adeno-associated virual gene transf er of sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca 2+-ATPase (SERCA2a) gene can improve ven tricular function in chronic heart failure (HF) rats. METHODS: An animal model of heart failure was obtained by creati ng descending aortic constriction in rats. Recombinant adeno-associated virus, c arrying enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene and recombinant adeno-ass ociated virus carrying SERCA2a gene, were respectively injected into pericardium of heart failure rats in different groups (group HF+EGFP and group HF+SERCA2a) by intrapericardial injection with a trans-diaphragmatic approach. After 30 days , hemodynamic parameters were measured and analyzed. Cryosection was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy to examine the expression of green fluorescent protein, and Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of SERCA2a. RESULTS: Green fluorescence was detected in cryosection of the h earts in all rats in group HF+EGFP and the expression of green fluorescent prote in was ubiquitously. The expression of SERCA2a in all rats in group HF+SERCA2a w as more than those in group HF and group HF+EGFP. And overexpression of SERCA2a improved the systolic and diastolic function of heart failure rats significantly and the hemodynamic parameters were similar with those of the controls. CONCLUSION: The intrapericardial injection with a trans-diaphrag matic approach suggests a simple, safe, efficient and cheap technique for the ge ne therapy of chronic heart failure. Gene thransfer of SERCA2a may be a new appr oach for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
