66 cases were treated with Yizhi(Intellingencebenefitted)Syrup. After treatment, the scores on behavioral appraisal markedly decreased with dramatic upgrading of learning results, marked lowering of positive soft nerve signs, the total effective rate being 84.8%. There wore also marked increase in the levels of urine NE, DA, 3-4(?)PAC, CAMP and(?)r.
2.Topical anesthetic effects of compound lidocaine cream coated endotracheal tube to prevent cough and agitation during extubation in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia

Objective To evaluate the topical anesthetic effects of compound lidocaine cream ( CLC) coated endo-tracheal tube on the prevention of cough/agitation during extubation in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia . Methods 42 patients scheduled for thyroidectomy in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were continuously en -rolled in this prospective double-blinded randomized controlled trial .Patients were randomized into two groups . Group L were intubated with endotracheal tube coated with CLC , while the control group , group C with liquid par-affin .The end point of study was spontaneous or induced cough /agitation during extubation .Hemodynamic parame-ters and the consumption of opioids were recorded .Patients were followed for major complications during their stay in hospital .Results Spontaneous cough/agitation rate was lower in group L than group C ( 15% vs 65%, P<0.01 );so was induced cough/agitation (35%vs 90%, P<0.001 );the value of SBP ×HR was lower in group L at 1 min after extubation ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The topical anesthetic effects of CLC coated endotracheal tube could prevent cough and agitation during extubation in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia .
3.Reversal effect of recombinant human Endostatin on cisplatin resistance line A549/DDP human lung adenocarcinoma cells

Objective To evaluate reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to cisplatin (DDP). Methods Lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and its DDP-resistant cell line A549/DDP were treated with DDP and recombinant human Endostatin. Difference in drug resistance was analyzed between different regimens ( DDP, Endostatin and combination) and between different cell lines ( human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and drug resistant A549/DDP), after a 72h-treatment in vitro. Reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP to DDP was tested by MTT assay. Results The observed 50% inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) was (0.72 ± 0.05 ) ug/ml against A549 and ( 11.54 ± 0.64)against A549/DDP in DDP, and (2.0 ± 0.1 ) μg/ml against A549/DDP in rh-Endostatin- DDP combination respectively, with a reversal fold (RF) of 5.77 and a relative reversal rate of 88. 2%. Conclusion rh-Endostatin may reverse drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to DDP.
4.Influence of two enteral nutrition injection methods on prognosis of acute cerebral infarction induced pseudobulbar palsy

Objective To investigate two enteral nutrition injection methods on prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) induced pseudobulbar palsy patients. Methods A total of 86 patients of ACI accompanied with dysphagia were randomly divided into the feeding pump group (n=43) and the traditional nasal feeding group (n=43). Nutritional support for both groups lasted at least more than 14 d through the feeding tube. In the first and fourteenth day data of both groups concerned with body mass index (BMI), triceps skin fold (TSF), upper arm muscle circumference of triceps (MAMC), heamoglobin (Hb), serum prealbumin (Alb), alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), incidence of complications, neuro-function score NIHSS and the swallowing function evaluation were collected and analyzed. Results Nutritional index Hb and Alb was (132.6±10.1) g/L and (38.2±1.4) g/L in the group of the feeding pump group, and significantly higher than (122.2±13.2) g/L and (36.3±1.5) g/L in the traditional nasal feeding group in the fourteenth day, the difference was significant (t=12.86, 12.37, P<0.05). The NHISS score was 5.2±1.0 in the feeding pump group, significantly lower than 8.9±1.1 of the traditional nasal feeding group, the difference was significant (t=-26.37, P < 0.05). The improved rate of swallowing function was 81.4% (35/43) in the feeding pump group, significantly higher than 60.5%(26/43) of the traditional nasal feeding group, the difference was significant (χ2=4.568, P < 0.05). Conclusions The use of enteral feeding pump at early stage for ACI patients with pseudobulbar palsy can improve the nutritional status, acute neurological function, swallowing function and lower the incidence of complications which is beneficial for early recovery and short-term prognosis.
5.Impact of Valsartan on Sarcoplasmic Reticulum Ryanodine Receptor2 in Myocardiocyte of Heart Failure Rabbits

Objective: To explore sarcoplasmic reticulum ryanodine receptor2 (RyR 2) expression and calcium releasing function in chronic heart failure (CHF) rabbits and to study the impact of long term valsartan treatment in relevant animals. Methods: HF model was established by volume overloading with pressure overloading in experimental rabbits. 27 rabbits were divided into 3 groups: Sham group, HF group and HF+valsartan group. n=9 in each group and the animals were treated for 7 weeks. Left ventricular structure, hemodynamic parameters, expression and functional changes of myocardiocyte sarcoplasmic reticulum RyR 2 were observed and compared among different groups. Results: Compared with Sham group, HF group had increased left ventricular mess index (LVMI), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and decreased left ventricular shortening fraction, LVEF, all P<0.05. Compared with HF group, HF+valsartan group showed decreased LVMI, LVEDP and increased left ventricular shortening fraction, LVEF, all P<0.05. Sarcoplasmic reticulum RyR 2 expression and calcium releasing function were lower in HF group than Sham group, P<0.05; while they were both higher in HF+valsartan group than HF group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Long term application of valsartan could improve the cardiac function which might be related to increased myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum RyR 2 expression and calcium releasing function in experimental CHF rabbits.
6.Changes of Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase-II in Myocardium Nucleus and Sarcoplasmic Reticulum in Heart Failure Rabbits

Objective: To explore the changes of protein expression and activity of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase-II (CaMK-II) in myocardium nucleus and sarcoplasmic reticulum in experimental rabbits with heart failure (HF).
Methods: A total of 16 rabbits were divided into 2 groups: Sham group and HF group, the HF model was established by volume overload plus pressure overload.n=8 in each group and all animals were treated for 7 weeks. Left ventricular structure, hemodynamic parameters and protein expression and activity of CaMK-II in myocardium nucleus and sarcoplasmic reticulum were examined and compared between 2 groups.
Results: Compared with Sham group, HF group presented increased left ventricular mass index (LVMI) (1.32 ± 0.06) g/kg vs (3.61 ± 0.09) g/kg, LVEDP (-1.50 ± 0.50) mmHg vs (23.00 ± 2.37) mmHg, allP<0.05; while decreased left ventricular shorten fraction (37.83 ± 3.58) % vs (17.38 ± 3.13) % and LVEF (71.92 ± 4.56) % vs (38.50 ± 6.07) %, allP<0.05. The protein expression and activity of CaMK-II were both higher in HF group than Sham group, allP<0.05.
Conclusion: Increased protein expression and activity of CaMK-II in myocardium nucleus and sarcoplasmic reticulum might be one of the mechanisms for HF occurrence in experimental rabbits.
7.Clinical study of reduced glutathione in prevention of peripheral neuropathy caused by thalidomide

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reduced glutathione (GSH) for preventing thalidomide-induced peripheral neuropathy (TiPN) in multiple myeloma (MM). Methods A total of 40 cases of MM in Jiading District Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences from October 2014 to September 2016 were chosen as research objects. According to the randomized double blind principle, the patients were divided into two groups, the patients in the treatment group were treated with GSH and thalidomide in combination with chemotherapy, and the patients in the control group were treated without thalidomide and chemotherapy. The occurrence of TiPN between the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The total incidence of TiPN in the treatment group was 25 % (5/20), while that in the control group was 45 % (9/20), there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2= 1.758, P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in neuromotor conduction velocity (MCV), compound muscle action potential (CMAP) and sensory conduction velocity (SCV) between the two groups (all P> 0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in SNAP of median nerve and ulnar nerve between the two groups (both P>0.05). But the sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) of superficial peroneal nerve in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group [(7.5 ±4.6) vs. (4.9 ±2.6)], and the difference was statistically significant (t= 2.221, P< 0.05). Conclusion GSH has a certain effect on the prevention of TiPN.
