Objective To study the relationship among iron metabolism indicators in the patients with hepatitis B and to analyze their clinical significance. Methods Serum ferritin, iron and hepcidin were detected in 96 cases of hepatitis B and 58 negative control subjects. The above indicators detected results and their relationship were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,ser-um ferritin and serum iron concentration in the hepatitis B group were increased,he difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);serum ferritin and serum iron concentration in the hepatitis B group demonstrated the positive correlation (P <0.05);serum ferritin in the patients with hepatitis B was negatively correlated with hepcidin (P =0.018).Conclusion The patient with hepatitis B often have the iron metabolism abnormality, and the iron metabolism indicators is expected to be an assessment indicator of treat-ment and prognosis in the patients with hepatitis B.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Extract of Ground Beetle was found to affect rat rheology. when given orally to rats for 10 consecutive days, it resulted in the lowering of packed corpuscular volume, high and low whole blood shear viscosity, RBC aggregation and rigidity indices and sedimentation rate, but the constant of SR equation was raised and without effect on Plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content. These results suggested that the effect of ground beetle extract is by way of its action on RBC

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(3):7-10
Objective To investigate the needs of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy and probe into the nursing strategies. Method One hundred and fifteen main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy participated in the survey by a general state questionnaire and the family needs questionnaire. Results The score by the family needs questionnaire was (96.13 ± 19.47), with an average score of (3.00 ± 0.61). And the top needs of the main caregivers were information and econony need. Conclusions The needs of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy are high. More attention should be paid to community and family-based rehabilitation and supports to those care-givers.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(19):2632-2633
Objective To analyze the fungal distribution and drug sensitivity analysis in 113 cases of lesion secretions .Methods Identification of fungi and drug sensitive test were done in 113 cases of lesion secretions .Results Among the 113 cases of lesion se-cretions ,there were Candida albicans 75 cases(66 .4% ) ,Candida dublin 29 cases(26 .7% ) ,Candida parapsilosis 6 cases(5 .3% ) , Candida krusei 3 cases(2 .7% ) .For Candida albicans ,the drug sensitive rates of 5-fluorocytosine and amphotericin B were 94 .7%and 97 .3% respectively .For Candida dublin ,the drug sensitive rate of amphotericin B was 93 .1% .For Candida parapsilosis ,the drug sensitive rates of voriconazole and amphotericin B were both 83 .3% .For Candida krusei ,the drug sensitive rates of 5-fluoro-cytosine and amphotericin B were both 100 .0% .Conclusion Strengthening the fungal distribution and drug sensitivity analysis be-fore treatment in fungal lesion secretions may provide direction for the clinical treatments .

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(5):41-42
Objective To explore the best in vitro PICC measurement in children with blood cancer. Methods 70 cases of hematology-oncology patients who aged from 1 to 7 years old from June,2009 to July, 2010 in Pediatric Hematology Oncology were selected and divided randomly into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group. The measurement of the control group was from the pre-puncture point along the vein to the right chest acromioclavicular joint, the measurement of the observation group was from the pre-puncture point along the vein to 1cm below the right chest acromioclavicular joint. Results The rate of PICC placed in the lower superior vena cava was 94.29% in the observation group, and 57.14% in the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions For children patients aged from 1 to 7 years old with blood cancer, PICC catheter length measurement from the prepuncture point along the vein to 1cm below the right chest acromioclavicular joint, can improve accuracy for the PICC into the lower superior vena cava.

【Objective】 To explore the role and value of applied muscle tension (AMT) in preventing vasovagal nerve reaction (VVR) in blood donors. 【Methods】 A total of 2 992 people, susceptible to suffer VVR from May 2020 to may 2022, were randomly divided into control group (1406 cases) and observation group (1 586 cases). The control group was not given AMT intervention, while the observation group received AMT intervention at different periods during blood donation. The changes of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and psychological state of anxiety (self-rating anxiety scale, SAS) of blood donors were monitored in the two groups at each period to compare the occurrence of VVR. 【Results】 There were no statistically significant differences in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before blood donation (P>0.05). The parameters were relatively stable in observation group during and after donation, but significantly different from that of the controls(P>0.05). SAS score was similar in two groups before blood donation(P>0.05), while decreased in observation group during and after donation in comparison with the controls(P<0.05). The incidence of VVR in the observation group was 3.09%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.97%)(P<0.05). The incidence of VVR was 2.18% after AMT exercise during blood donation. 【Conclusion】 AMT intervention in different periods of blood donation can significantly reduce the occurrence of VVR.
