1.Randomized controlled study of flying needle with intradermal needle in shu-acupoint for insomnia

Objective To compare the effective difference of the flying needle with intradermal needle among the shu-acupoint group , the estazolam group and the non- point acupuncture group. Methods Three undred and fifteen patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly enrolled into three groups for the insomnia severity index (ISI) and rating changes detection. After 2-week treatment,the patients were followed up at 4 weeks later. Results The ISI decreased gradually at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after treatment.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were all better than ever before at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after treatment (P<0.05). The follow-up therapeutic effect of the flying needle acupuncture group was better than that of the estazolam group and of the non-point acupuncture group (P<0.05). The curative effect of flying needle acupuncture is better than that in the other two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The subjective sleep quality of insomnia patients received flying needle with intradermal needle in shu-acupoint is beter than that of insomnia patients of the Estazolam group and of the non-point acupuncture group.
2.Clinical Observation of Eye Acupuncture in Treating Acute Attack of Asthma

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy eye acupuncture in the control of acute attack of deficiency-syndrome asthma in china alone. Method: Random cross-comparison grouping was used to observe the curative effects in eye acupuncture, body acupuncture and medication groups. Results and conclusion: Both clinical control rate and marked effective rate in the eye acupuncture were higher than those in the body acupuncture group (P< 0.01),but not significantly different from those in the medication group (P> 0.05); plasma cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio rose and plasma cGMP content dropped in the patients after the treatment, indicating that eye acupuncture, like body acupuncture and medication, can increase sympathetic excitability and stimulate adrenocortical functions to remove bronchial spasm.
3.Relationship between WT1 gene polymorphism rs16754 and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia:a meta-analysis

Objective To analyze the relationship between WT1 gene polymorphism rs16754 and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by meta-analysis. Methods Studies published in PubMed, CNKI, WanFang and CBM database were searched by using the search terms 'WT1', 'Polymorphism' and 'Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute', respectively. Deadline was December 1, 2015. Results A total of 11 English articles with a total of 2 789 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that there was no association between polymorphism rs16754 and complete remission of AML patients (RR=1.02, 95 % CI: 0.99~1.06, P=0.20), overall survival(OS) (HR=0.68, 95 % CI: 0.45~1.02, P=0.06), 5-year OS (RR=1.10, 95 % CI:0.90~1.34, P=0.37) or relapse-free survival (RFS) (HR=0.80, 95 % CI: 0.54~1.19, P=0.27). Conclusion There is no correlation between WT1 gene polymorphism rs16754 and the prognosis of AML.
4.Practice of Pharmaceutical Care in Chemotherapy for One Patient with Advanced Breast Cancer by Clini-cal Pharmacists

Objective:To explore the pharmaceutical care for special tumor patients performed by clinical pharmacists. Methods:Using one patient with breast cancer and hepatitis B virus infection as the example, clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical medicine therapy. Cooperating with the clinical physician, clinical pharmacists made an overall therapy regimen for the patient. On the basis of chemotherapy regimen and combining with the actual conditions of the patient, clinical pharmacists comprehensively considered the relevant therapeutic factors, such as antiviral, anti-nausea, hepatoprotective and increasing white cells therapy, and performed the corresponding regimen. In the treatment process, clinical pharmacists provided the real-time pharmaceutical care and tracking evalua-tion for the patient as well. Results: With close collaboration with clinical pharmacists and physicians, the patient obtalned perfect medicine therapy and pharmaceutical care, which made the biochemical indices ( liver enzymes, blood, hepatitis B virus load etc) tend to normal in the whole course of chemotherapy and help the patient complete the chemotherapy. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists in-volved in clinical medicine treatment especially for special and complex diseases can make clinical medication more rational, which helps achieve the goal of treatment and reduce adverse drug reactions at the same time, and is benefit to the improvement of patient compliance and clinical medication level.

Objective To investigate the clinical viability of pre-eclampsia by measuring the level of ?-HCG in blood,blood calcium,hematocrit(HCT)and the mean arterial blood pressure(mABP).The preventive value of calcium supplement was also evaluated. Methods 356 volunteers'(16th~20th gestational weeks)were measured ?-HCG in blood,blood calcium,HCT,meanwhile mABP from the same patients.If blood ?-HCG≥50 632 IU/L,blood calcium≤2.18 mmol/L,HCT≥0.35 and mABP≥85 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),a positive conclusion was made.Women with positive results were randomly divided into test group and control group. Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of glycoprotein 125 (CA125) and human epididymis protein 4 (HE4).Methods 46 patients with ovarian malignant tumor (malignant tumor group) and 48 patients with benign ovarian tumors (benign tumor group) treated in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2015 were selected.The serum levels of CA125 and HE4 were detected in all the patients and its diagnostic value was evaluated by ROC curve.The levels of CA125 and HE4 in patients with different pathological types were compared.Results The best diagnostic value of CA125 was 47.9 U/L,The serum level of CA125 ≥47.9 U/L predicted the specificity of ovarian malignant tumor was 87.34% and that the sensitivity was 76.69%.The best diagnostic value of HE4 was 55.68 pmol/L.The serum level of HE4 ≥ 55.68 pmol/L predicted the specificity of ovarian malignant tumor was 90.34% and that the sensitivity was 83.01%.There was significant difference in CA125 and HE4 between the patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumors (P<0.05).No significant difference in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor and the specificity by using combined detection of HE4 and CA125 (P>0.05)However,the sensitivity was significantly higher than that of single detection,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of CA125 and HE4 in patients with epithelial ovarian tumors were higher than those with non epithelial ovarian tumors,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of CA125 and HE4 in patients with mucinous ovarian cancer were significantly lower than those in patients with serous ovarian cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125 and HE4 can significantly improve the value of differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and CA125 and HE4 may play an important role in the pathological classification of malignant ovarian tumors.
8.Application and comparison of modified in vitro PICC measurement in children with blood cancer

Objective To explore the best in vitro PICC measurement in children with blood cancer. Methods 70 cases of hematology-oncology patients who aged from 1 to 7 years old from June,2009 to July, 2010 in Pediatric Hematology Oncology were selected and divided randomly into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group. The measurement of the control group was from the pre-puncture point along the vein to the right chest acromioclavicular joint, the measurement of the observation group was from the pre-puncture point along the vein to 1cm below the right chest acromioclavicular joint. Results The rate of PICC placed in the lower superior vena cava was 94.29% in the observation group, and 57.14% in the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions For children patients aged from 1 to 7 years old with blood cancer, PICC catheter length measurement from the prepuncture point along the vein to 1cm below the right chest acromioclavicular joint, can improve accuracy for the PICC into the lower superior vena cava.
9.Therapeutic Observation ofXing Nao Kai Qiao Needling plus Thunder-fire Moxibustion for Vertebrobasilar Ischemia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofXing Nao Kai Qiao (brain-awakening and orifice-opening) needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion in treating vertebrobasilar ischemia.Method Fifty-five patients with vertebrobasilar ischemia were randomized into a treatment group of 26 cases and a control group of 29 cases. The treatment group was intervened byXing Nao Kai Qiao needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion, while the control group was by oral administration ofYangxue Qingnao granules. The blood flow of vertebrobasilar arteries were observed by using ultrasonic Doppler blood-flow detector before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The recovery and markedly-effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 61.5% and 96.2% in the treatment group, versus 34.5% and 89.7% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01,P<0.05). The VS and VD of vertebral arteries and VS of basilar arteries were significantly changed after intervention in the treatment group (P<0.05). The VS of basilar arteries was significantly changed after intervention in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, The VS of vertebral and basilar arteries in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionXing Nao Kai Qiao needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion is an effective approach in treating vertebrobasilar ischemia.

Liver cancer remains one of the leading cause of cancer death in the world.Animal models, especially mouse models, are important tools for studying the biological characteristics, pathogenesis, new drug screening and therapy of liver cancer.Up to now, although the development of various animal models accelerates the research of liver cancer, all the existing models have their own disadvantages.Lacking of economical and applicable animal models that can mimic the human liver cancer seriously restrict the further study of liver cancer.With the development of genetically modified technologies, it provides a fast, easy and reliable method to establish liver cancer models.In this review, we describe the different types of mouse models used in liver cancer research, with emphasis on genetically engineered mice used in this field, which may open an avenue for functional cancer genomics and generation of liver cancer models by using gene editing technologies.
