Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of isomeric impurity in fasudil hydrochloride. Meth-ods:The chromatographic method was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5 Phenyl C18 column with phenyl bonded silica as the filler (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), and phosphate buffer (10 mmol· L-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, adjusting pH to 4. 0 with 1% phos-phoric acid) -acetonitrile (80∶ 20) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 275nm and the column temperature was 40℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min-1 , and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:Fasudil hydrochloride and its derivative was linear within the range of 0. 148-2. 960 μg·ml-1(r=1. 0000) and 0. 101-2. 014μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9), respectively. The av-erage recovery of isomer impurity in fasudil hydrochloride was 101. 9% with RSD of 0. 98%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is sim-ple,accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of fasudil hydrochloride and its isomer.

Objective To observe the neuro-ophthalmological features of intracranial aneurysm. Methods 169 patients with intracranial aneurysm were retrospectively studied.45 patients, including 18 men and 27 women, had neuro ophthalmological symptoms or signs.Their average age was (56.21 ± 16.11) years and 32 (71.11%)patients' age was more than 50 years. The onset time ranged from 30 minutes to 20 years.20 (44.44%) patients' onset time was among 24 hours.CT, CT angiography, MRI, MRI angiography and cerebral digital subtraction angiography were performed alone or combined in all 45 patients.Visual acuity, pupil reflex and eye movement were examined.Clinical data including general condition, initial symptoms, neuro-ophthalmological changes, imaging data and treatment effects were recorded. Results 26.63% of the 169 patients had neuro-ophthalmological symptoms or signs. There were 6 patients (13.33%) with neuro ophthalmological changes as their first manifestation and 39 patients (86.67 %) with neurologic changes as first manifestation.Neuro-ophthalmological symptoms included vision loss (10 patients, 22.22%), diplopia (4 patients, 8.89%) and ocular pain (2 patients, 4.44%).The most common neuro-ophthalmological sign was pupil abnormality which was found in 31 patients (68.89 %).The second most common sign was eye movement disorder (16 patients, 35.56%).The other signs included ptosis (8 patients, 17.78%), nystagmus (2 patients, 4.44%), exophthalmos (1 patient, 2.22%) and disappeared corneal reflection (1 patient, 2.22%).Imaging examination indicated that intracranial hemorrhage happened in 29 patients (64.44%).The most common neuro-ophthalmological features were pupil abnormality, eye movement disorder and vision loss in both patients with or without intracranial hemorrhage. The incidence of pupil abnormality was higher in patients with intracranial hemorrhage than that without intracranial hemorrhage, the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.321, P=0.007).Pupil abnormality and vision loss were common in patients with internal carotid artery aneurysm, and eye movement disorder was common in patients with internal carotid artery aneurysm and posterior communicating aneurysms. Conclusions Patients with intracranial aneurysm have different neuroophthalmological features. The most common features are pupil abnormality, eye movement disorder and vision loss.

In recent years, the repair and regeneration of peripheral nerve injury has developed. This paper reviewed the researches of peripheral nerve injury repairing from the low, medium, and high frequency electric therapy. The electric therapies should be selected with the pathology and regeneration of the injured peripheral nerve. The mechanism need further study.

With the rapid development of new media, medical students' ideological and moral qualities, physical and mental health have been unprecedentedly affected.Traditional ideological and political education modes for medical students encounter great challenges. In order to strengthen the ideological and political education for medical students,we need to focus on three aspects, namely enhancing information qualities of the subjects of ideological and political education, enhancing the supervision of public opinion and guidance on new media and building new interactive environment.

AIM To investigate the protective effect of GSTT on myocardial injury induced by ischemia reperfusion. METHODS The content of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),methylenedioxyamphetamine(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF ?) and interleukine 6(IL 6) were determined in medium after reperfusion by simulating model of ischemia reperfusion; The content of nitric oxide(NO) was determined in medium by TNF ? injury myocardium, and mitochondrial activity was determined by MTT after TNF ? stimulated. RESULTS Compared with the model control,in the GSTT, the content of LDH,CK,MDA,TNF ? and IL 6 in medium decreased and activity of SOD increased after reperfusoin, the level of NO in medium decreased and OD 490 increased after TNF ? injuried. CONCLUSION It is suggested that GSTT can mitigate injury of ischemia reperfusion on myocardium, and has a direct protective effect on injuried myocardium.

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) and conventional ultrasonography in diagnosing polypoid lesion of gallbladder (PLG).MethodsThe postoperative pathology and clinical manifestation of 49 PLG patients were retrospectively analyzed in the First Afifliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. Of them, 7 cases were maligant lesions, 4 cases were adenomas, 24 cases were polyps of gallbladder and 14 cases were adenomyomatosis of gallbladder. With postoperative pathology as golden standard, the sensitivity, speciifcity and PLG speciifcity were calculatedfor conventional ultrasonography, CEUS and conventional ultrasonography plus CEUS.ResultsThe sensitivity, specificity and PLG specificity were 33.3%, 74.3% and 68.3% for conventional ultrasonography, and 66.7%, 85.7% and 82.9% for CEUS respectively. The conventional ultrasonography plus CEUS were 83.3%, 88.6% and 87.8%.ConclusionCEUS could signiifcantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.

Objective To provide the evidence for the clinical prevention and early treatment for the complication by testing microcirculation of the middle fingertip in renal failure patients with hemodialysis. Methods High-frequency ultrasounds combined with E-flow technique were applied to detect the Doppler velocitg index of middle fingertip's nail bed arteriole and ventral arteriole in 35 renal failure patients with hemodialysis.Peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV)and vascular resistance index(RI)were separately measured, and comparison were made with healthy adults and renal failure patients without hemodialysis(sex and age matched). Results Compared with normal control,PSV and EDV of middle fingertip's nail bed arteriole and ventral arteriole were degraded statistically(P<0.05),while RI was increased statistically(P<0.05)in renal failure patients with and without hemodialysis.Compared with renal failure patients without hemodialysis,PSV and EDV were degraded(P<0.05)and RI was increased(P<0.05)in renal failure patients with hemodialysis. Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound combined with E-flow imaging technique can evaluate the microvascular peripheral resistance in renal failure patients with hemodialysis.
