The SF3B1 gene encodes subunit 1 of the splicing factor 3b,which is a core component of the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein and plays an important role in the process of RNA splicing. Abnormal splicing caused by SF3B1 mutations are associated with hematological malignancies,particularly with myelodys-plastic syndrome,refractory anemia with ring sideroblasts associated with marked thrombocytosis and chronic lymphocytic leukemia( CLL) . In myelodysplastic syndrome and refractory anemia with ring sideroblasts associat-ed with marked thrombocytosis,SF3B1 mutations are bond up with favorable prognosis and strongly with ring sideroblasts. But in CLL,SF3B1 mutations are factors of poor prognosis.

HA1 1 7,as a multiple drug resistance(MDR)gene,has recently been discovered.It may mediate the MDR of tumor through Bcl-2 anti-apoptotic pathways.HA1 1 7 gene exists high expression in leuke-mia,lymphoma,breast cancer,neuroblastoma,colon adenocarcinoma and so on,and its overexpression is closely associated with the MDR and poor prognosis of these tumors.

AIM: To establish the GC method for the determination of linalool of Rhizoma Homalomenae. METHODS:The column consisted of Fused Silica Capillary Polyethylene Glyol(30 m?0.25 mm?0.25 ?m),column temperature was at 120 ℃,Injection port temperature at 260 ℃,Detector temperature at 300 ℃,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. RESULTS: Linalool has a good linearity in the range of 0.011 985～1.997 5 ?g.The recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD was 1.63%. CONCLUSION: The method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Rhizoma Homalomenae.

Objective To study the effects of supplying iodine on thyroid autoimmunity in iodine deficiency subjects. Methods The levels and abnormal rates of immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM), complement C 3, and thyroid autoantibodies such as thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) and thyroid stimulating antibody(TSAb) were observed in inhabitants in iodine deficiency area before and after oral iodized oil capsules were administered. Results The levels of IgA, IgG and C 3 increased after iodine supplying for three months, the proportions of IgG and C 3 which exceeded upper limit of the normal range reached to 38..9% and 62.0% respectively. The levels of IgA and IgG began to decrease markedly six months after iodine supplying. The levels of TPOAb, TGAb and their positive rates after iodine supplying were all higher than those before administration, and reached the highest level between three to six months after iodine supplement. And 7 cases out of 79 or 64 subjects with 2 kinds of positive autoantibodies were observed 3 or 6 months after iodine supplying respectively. The cases were all adult women with the average age of 27.6 yr, and had no clinical symptoms. The levels of TRAb and TSAb after iodine supplying were much higher than that before iodine supplying. The rate of positive TRAb was increasedmarkedlyandreachedto24.4% twelve months later. Conclusion Iodine supplying for the subjects with iodine deficiency seems to induce immune reaction, increase the levels of autoantibodies, and might develop autoimmune thyroid diseases.

Objective It is to study the influence of atorvatatin on serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level in acute cer- ebral infarction patients and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction di- agnosed by CT or MRI were chosen and divided into two groups randomly.Both the groups were treated with normal method and the treatment group was given atorvastatin 20mg per day.Serum CRP levels in the two groups were measured by immunnturbidimetry within24h after final diagnosis and at two weeks the level decreased obviously in treatment.Re- slllts Serum CRP levels all increased in the patients.After treatment for two weeks the level decreased obviously in treatment group.The difference was significant compared with control group.Conclusion Atorvastatin can markedly reduce the serum CRP level in acute cerebral infarction patients and has important significance for the pathogenetic condi- tion change and prognosis of cerebral infarction.

Objective] To explore the nursing method and effect of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress for the treatment of the disease of the blood vessel. [Method]Selects the hospital March 2013 to January 2015 ,a total of 96 patients with confirmed thrombotic occlusion vasculitis with the first period and the second period of patients, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each, two groups at the same time, the routine nursing and the context of Mailuoning 30ml IV drip, treatment group based on the Tougu Tongmai Recipe wet applied external treatment, combined with TCM syndrome nursing. Two groups for 1 month for a course of treatment, observation of cold pain in the limbs, gap of claudication, soreness and numbness symptoms and treatment of total efficiency; readmission after followed up to observe the recurrence(deterioration), statistical analysis of parallel. [Results] The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.8% and 68.75% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with Mailuoning injection in the treatment of, Speranskia through vein wet compress external treatment nursing can effectively improve the thrombus occlusive vasculitis in patients with limb peripheral blood circulation, also can better reduce the recurrence rate, slow the progression of the disease, so as to achieve the purpose of disease treatment.

Objective To compare FEV1 with BODE in evaluating COPD.Methods Forty-one stable COPD patients,23 males and 18 females,with mean age of 58.8 years,were evaluated for FEV1 and BODE scores,the number and duration of acute exacerbations of COPD(AECOPD),number of admissions and duration of hospitalization caused by AECOPD,and sputum culture.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 11.0 for Windows.Results There was a remarkable difference in disease severity between the group with FEV1≥1 L and BODE score

Objective To study the effect of tetramethylpyrazine injection on proliferation and apoptosis of human acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell line Jurkat and the relevant molecular mechanisms.Methods Cells were treated with tetramethylpyrazine injection at various concentrations (0,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00,1.25 and 1.50 mg/ml),CCK-8 method was used to detect the inhibition rates at 24,48 and 72 h.After cells were treated with different concentrations of tetramethylpyrazine injection (0,0.50,1.00 and 1.50 mg/ml) for 48 h,the cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry,and the Aurora-B and Survivin protein expression were analyzed by Western blot.Results Compared with the control group (cells without tetramethylpyrazine injection treatment),various concentrations of tetramethylpyrazine injection could effectively inhibit Jurkat cells proliferation in a time-and dose-dependent manner (P ＜ 0.05),and IC50 at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment were (1.33±0.16),(0.91±0.10) and (0.67±0.11) mg/ml,respectively.After cells were treated with tetramethylpyrazine injection at different concentrations (0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/ml) for 48 h,the number of treated cells in G2/M phase was increased,but that in S phase was decreased,and the apoptosis rates were significantly higher than that of control group,with a dose dependence (P ＜ 0.05).The results of Western blot showed that the expression levels of Aurora-B and Survivin in treated cells were lower than that of control group,also with a dose dependence (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Tetramethylpyrazine injection can effectively inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of Jurkat cells in vitro,and its underlying mechanisms involve with down-regulation of the Aurora-B and Survivin protein expression.

Objective To explore what cause the screw loosening after the internal fixation with thoracic and lumbar pedicle screws in the elderly and to develop the preventive measures.Methods Retrospective analysis were used to collect the clinical data from patients ager 60 years and over who had undergone surgeries of thoracolumbar pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital during May 2011 and May 2013.Totally 187 cases were included in this study.According to whether there was a loosening of the screws, patients were divided into fixtion-loose and-well groups.The operation time and blood loss volume in the two groups were recorded.Visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), the rate of screw loosening were compared at 6 months after operation and the last follow-up.The causes of screw loosening were analyzed.Results The main causes for the thoracic and lumbar pedicle screw internal fixation were thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis, fractures,spondylolisthesis, cancer and degenerative diseases, etc.Patients were followed up for an average of (35.2±8.7) months.13 patients (7.0％) were found screw loosening, 5 males and 8 females, with the mean age of (78.4 ± 3.5) years.The screw loosening occurred 3 months to 1 year after the surgery, (7.6±3.7) months on average.Among the 13 patients with screw loosening, 1 patient suffered screw loosening in single segment, 3 patients in two segments, and 9 patients in three segments or above.Osteoporosis combined with screw loosening.appeared in 10 patients VAS and ODI scores in all subjects had statistically differences at 6 months after operation and the last follow up versus preoperation (P＜0.05 for all), but no statistical difference versus the last follow-up(P＞ 0.05).There were significant differences in gender and preoperative osteoporosis rate between the two groups (P＜0.05 for both).Conclusions Osteoporosis is one of the reasons for the screw loosening in elderly patients after pedicle screw internal fixation.The increased probability of the screw loosening in long segment may be related with the change of the older spine mechanics.Further randomized controlled trials are still required to confirm whether elderly osteoporosis patients need to receive bone cement augmentation treatment.

Objective To explore the relationship between dipeptidyl peptidaseⅡ(DPPⅡ) and the pathogenesis of congenital cataract.Methods Eighty SCR rats with congenital cataract were randomly divided into four groups:8,10,12 and 14 weeks groups(n=20).Normal Wistar rats at each age were used as control groups.Immunohistochemical experiments using the streptavidin-biotin immunoper-oxidase method were used to observe the immunoreactivity changes of DPPⅡ in lens in SCR rats at different time(8,10,12,14 weeks).Results The immunoreactivities of DPPⅡ in the lens epithelial cells and fibres of cataractous lenses of all ages were higher than those in control groups.At the 12th and 14th week,immunoreactive staining of DPPⅡwas found to extend into the perinuclear region.Conclusion The immunoreactivity of DPPⅡ is enhanced in cataractous rat lenses.DPPⅡ may be participated in the proteolytic modification of lens proteins during cataractogenesis.
