OBJECTIVE To investigate the occupational hazard situation among medical staff and conduct effective measure and enhance the medical care.METHODS A questionnaire survey on occupational hazard had been completed among the hospitals in Fengtai District in Beijing in three years.RESULTS The rate of sharp damage of medical staff was 72.13%,from them the nurses were with highest rate(81.49%).The higher rate of sharp damage was in the operating theater(88.32%)and the surgical department(82.49%).CONCLUSIONS To assure the medical safety,we should pay more attention to the occupational hazard management.

Objective To compare the effects of four different analgesic techniques on hyperglycemia and stress response to abdominal hysterectomy so as to select a more reasonable analgesic model. Methods Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into four groups: groupⅠreceived 0.2% ropivacaine+fentanyl 2 ?g/mL+ 0.008% ondansetron for PCEA; groupⅡreceived fentanyl 8 ?g/mL+ 0.008% ondansetron for PCIA; groupⅢ received 0.2% ropivacaince+tramadol 2 mg/mL+0.008% ondansetron for PCEA and groupⅥ received tramadol 8 mg/mL+ 0.008% ondansetron for PCIA. The four groups all included loading dose of 5 mL, bolus of 1mL with lock time of 10 minutes and background 1 mL/h. The level of blood glucose, insulin and cortisol were observed at five points: before anesthesia, at 2nd hour, 24th hour, 48th hour and 72th hour after the end of surgery. Results All the four analgesic techniques produced satisfactory pain relieve. Hyperglycemia was inhibited more efficiently in groupⅠand group Ⅲ than in groupⅡ and groupⅥ(P

Objective To evaluate the X-ray characterstics of benign and malignant neoplasms on mammography in order to improve their differeatial diagnostic level. Methods X-ray image changes of 67 malignant breast neoplasms were described by the mammography and in comparision with those of 31 benign masses .Results The accordance percentages between the X-ray and histological examinations for the malignant and benigin neoplasms were shown to be 89.6% and 84.0% respectively. Occurrence of masses with an enhanced density , irregular shape, calcification granules in clusters were found to be indication of a malignent lesion. Conclusion The mamography can provide effective imaging data for differential diagnosis betweren the benign and malignant breast neoplasms.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the predictive accuracy of the SurgiCase CMF software in surgical simulation and prediction for mandibular asymmetry with 3-dimensional simulation and measurement.
METHODSCBCT data of 27 patients with mandibular asymmetry were observed in CMF, and postoperative soft tissue physiognomy were predicted by simulating sagittal ramus osteotomy with or without genioplasty. The measurement parameters representing the symmetry of soft tissue were selected and the horizontal, coronal and sagittal planes were established. The results were analyzed by SPSS 19. 0. The overlap compared color grading charts were observed.
RESULTSAngles between cheilions and the horizonta plane (Ch-Ch-FH) in the simulation and postoperative soft tissues are (2. 35 ± 1. 81)° and (1. 44 ± 1. 13)°. The angles constructed among subnasale, upper lip and lower lip (Sn-UL-LL) are (4. 02 ± 3. 05)° and (2. 59 ± 1. 64)°, showing statistically different (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05), which means that predictive accuracy of the lip canting and lip vertical deviation is relatively low. Distance between gonioi and sagittal plane (Go'-MS), distance between gonion and pogonion (Go'-Pog') and angle betweer subnasale to menton and the horizontal plane (Sn-Me'-MS) are not statistically different, which mean! high predictive accuracy of mandibular angle and chin. By observing the overlap compared color gradin-) charts, the predictive accuracy is not good in the cheek, especially in the deviate side.
CONCLUSIONSThe predictive accuracy of CMF system for patients with mandibular asymmetry is relatively high, but it is not good in the lip and cheek. The software improvement is still necessary.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pulmonary carcinoma by bronchical arterial infusion (BAI) and bronchical arterial infusion with the addition of pulmonary arterial infusion (PAI).Methods Totally 69 cases with pulmonany cancinoma were treated by intervention therapy .Of them ,38 cases were undergone the bronchical arteriography and arterial infusion and 31 cases were undergone the brochical pulmonany arterial dual infusion. Results The bronchical arteryies taken part in the blood supply of neoplasmin all cases ,while the pulmonany artery only in 77% of cases .The effective ratio of BAI +PAI was 87%, and BAI was 65.7%,there were markly different (?
