Objective: To investigate the distribution of abnormal occlusion of permanent dentition in adolescents. Methods: 304 Junior university students aged 16- 18 years old were investigated with their occlusion casts according to the Angle classification and the relationshop of over-jet and over-bite in both anterior and posterior teeth. Asymmetrical Angle category was given to those whose bilateral classifications were different. Results: 19.73% of the subjects were found with normal occlusion. Among the abnormals 58. 05%, 8. 90%, 8. 90% and 24. 15% were found with Angle Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and asymmetrical Angle category respectively. Anterior edge-to-edge relationship, cross-bite, deep over bite, deep-over jet and open bite were 12.71 %, 11.02 %, 5.08%, 5.08 % and 2.12% respectively, posteriorly cross-bite, reverse crosss bite and combination of the two were 19.07%, 17.37% and 0.85 % respectively. Conclusion: The asymmetrical Angle malocclusion and abnormal over-jet and over-bite of both anterior and posterior teeth stand a large ratio in Junior university students.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture for depression and to discuss its impact on the content of 5-HT in patients with depression.
METHODSEighty patients with depression were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a western medication group,40 cases in each one. Acupuncture was applied in the acupuncture group,Siman(KI 14),Shenshu(BL 23),Guanyuan(CV 4),Dazhui(GV 14),Yinlingquan(SP 9), Zusanli(ST 36),Taichong(LR 3),Yanglingquan(GB 34) and Jingming(BL 1) were selected, the intensive moxibustion was applied at G(uanyuan(CV 4). Fluoxetine was treated with oral administration in the western medication group. The treatments of six weeks were required in each group. The Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) was applied to evaluate efficacy and serum 5-HT was detected before and after treatment in the two groups.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the scores of HAMD were decreased obviously in the two groups compared with those before treatment (scores in the acupuncture group: 24. 48 ± 0. 28 vs 8. 95 ± 2. 24; scores in the western medication group: 24. 14±0. 24 vs 10. 29±1. 30),and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0. 05). Between the two groups, the scores of HAMD in the acupuncture group at the end of the lst,2nd,4th,6th weeks were superior to those in the western medication group (all P<0. 05). The content of serum 5-HT after treatment was increased markedly compared with that before treatment [the content in the acupuncture group: (26. 21 2. 36)pg/mL vs (52. 07 ± 0. 56)pg/mL, the content in the western medication group:(26. 26±2. 31)pg/mL vs (51. 70±0. 52)pg/ mL, both P<0. 05]. But there was no statistic significance between the two groups(P >0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe efficacy of acupuncture for depression is superior to that of western medication with fluoxetine.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2012;24(2):98-101
ObjectiveTo explore the expression and clinical significance of Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (Rac-1) protein and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) in breast cancer and their relationship with tumor stage, node metastasis status and hormone receptor status. MethodsImmunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Rac-1 and HIF-1α protein in 139 specimens of breast cancer, combined with their clinical pathological characteristics and hormone receptor status for statistical analysis. Results The expression of Rac-1 and HIF-1α in breast cancer tissue were 64.75 % and 65.47 %,respectively. The levels were related with the stage of TNM and histological grade (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).There was no significant correlation between these two proteins'expression and the age of patient, primary pathological location, histologic type and menstruation status of breast cancer patients(P > 0.05). The expression of Rac-1 and HIF-1α had no statistical significance between triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and non-triple negative breast cancer (NTNBC) patients (x2 =1.1229,x2 =0.1786,P > 0.05); The expression level of Rac-1 was positively correlated with HIF-1α in these breast cancer specimens (rs =0.414,P < 0.01).ConclusionThe expression of Rac-1 is positively correlated with HIF-1α level in breast cancer. The relationship between Rac-1 and HIF-1α might be as a new important marker to estimate the invasion, metastasis extent and prognosis in breast cancer.Blocking the regulation between Rac-1 and HIF-1α might be a new treatment target in breast cancer.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2016;(8):1250-1256
A novel method was proposed for the quantification of nitrite ion in aqueous samples by the combination of an advanced quantitative fluorescence model with ratiometric fluorescence indicator 2 , 3-diaminonaphthalene . The proposed method was tentatively applied to direct quantitative determination of nitrite ion in turbid environmental water samples containing both scatterers and absorbers; and its performance was thoroughly investigated and evaluated. Experimental results showed that the proposed method could realize accurate quantitative determination of nitrite ion in environmental water samples with recovery rates in the range of 90. 8%-103. 0%, which were comparable to the corresponding values of HPLC-DAD experiments. The limit of detection and limit of quantification of the proposed method were estimated to be 1 . 9 and 5. 8 nmo/L, respectively.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2006;0(06):-
As a tool for the research of periodical literature data, core journal was initially used in optimizing selection of journals for libraries and information institutes and in providing access for readers to selection of journals. But in recent years, the primitive function of core journal has began to weaken and its negative effects to generalize, mainly in the value orientation deviation of academic periodicals and in the generalization of the evaluation function.Due to these effects, bad results have emerged in periodical circle, academia and even in scientific research management, therefore, rational cognition may be required on the functional effects of core journals.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2015;21(6):418-420
Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is a common bile duct cancer. The radical resection rate of end-stage malignancies reported in literature is about 20%.Half of the patients have lost the chance of operation at the time of care, while the average survival time in the patients who can not be operated is about six months. Therefore, for most patients, looking for a palliative treatment which can prolong the survival time is particularly important. From June 2013 to June 2014,our hospital applied iodine-125 brachytherapy,to treat 7 patients with unresectable hilar cholangio carcinoma. All the patients are still alive, the average survival time of 7 patients is 5.2 months up to now, with median survival time being 7.8 months, and longest survival time being 12 months. With good outcomes, few complications,as well as significantly prolonged survival time,iodine125 brachytherapy is regarded with broad clinical applications.

Objective To analyze risk factors for metabolic syndrome in Mongolia versus Han nationalities in Xilinhaote city. Methods Using the epidemiology investigation data of health examination,we calculated the prevalence of metabolic syndrome of Mongolia and Han nationalities, then used logistic regression model to explore risk factors of two nationalities. Results The crude prevalence of MS in Mongolia and Han nationality was 34.3%and 24.6% respectively. The multivariate logistic regression showed that male, the meat-rich diets and aging(OR:2.18, 1.92, 1.04 respectively)were the risk factors for Mongolia nationality, and smoking, family history of hypertension, drinking, the meat-rich diets, aging(OR:1.89, 1.84, 1.72, 1.61 and 1.04 respectively)were the risk factors for Han nationality. Conclusions Xinlinhaote population has higher MS prevalence, and different nationalities have different risk factors. We should take preventive actions to control it.
