This article evaluates the curative effect of intestinal sustenance of larygo-Carlinomactomee, the intestinal sustenance therapy has two stages. In the first stage (five days), patients are given nasal feeding liauid diet, takeing protein 44.7g, appropriate vitamin and ferralia every day, the total calorie is 1 631 large calories. In the second stage (eleven days), patients are given high caloric liguid diet, take in protein 65g, every day. The total caloric is 3 345 large calories. The result indicates: giving intestinal sustenance earlier has a good effect on laryngocarcinomactomee by improving the patients's immunity and accelerating the patients' early recover.

Objective To explore the value of improved family management model to reduce the occurrence of death and rehospitalization rate of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) after discharge.Methods The children with BPD who were admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2006 to December 2013 were enrolled.Thirty-one cases with BPD used with improved family management mode after discharge from January 2010 to December 2013 were as experimental group.Twenty-seven cases with BPD used with traditional family management mode after discharge from January 2006 to December 2009 were as control group.The occurrence of death and rehospitalization were observed because of apnea,choking,respiratory failure,pneumonia and asthma within 3 months after discharge and compared the difference between two groups with chi-square test.The lung functions of all cases were checked in 40 week of the corrected gestational age and 3 month of the corrected age and compare the difference between the experimental group and control group with t test.Results The occurrence of death in the experimental group was 3.22％ (1/31 cases),and that of the control group was 22.22％ (6/27 cases),there was significantly statistical difference in the occurrence of death between two groups (x2 =4.907,P ＜0.05).The occurrence of rehospitalization in the experimental group was 25.80％ (8/31 cases),and that of the control group was 77.78％ (21/27 eases),there was significantly statistical difference in the occurrence of rehospitalization because of apnea,choking,respiratory failure,pneumonia and asthma between two groups (x2 =15.591,P ＜ 0.05).The difference of the lung functions between two groups in 40 week of the corrected gestational age was not statistically significant.The respiratory rate in the experimental group (30 survivors) were lower than those in the control group (21 survivors) in 3 month of the corrected gestational age (t =9.225,P ＜ 0.05),and time to peak tidal expiratory flow,volume to peak tidal expiratory flow,25 ％ tidal expiratory flow,50％ tidal expiratory flow,75 ％ tidal expiratory flow levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in 3 month of the corrected gestational age,the difference of lung functions between 2 groups were statistically significant (t =3.992,3.301,4.645,3.152,2.916,all P ＜ 0.05),the lung functions in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group in 3 month of the corrected age.Conclusions The improved family management mode can reduce the occurrence of death and rehospitalization for the children with BPD after discharge and is conducive to the improvenent of pulmonary function.

Objective To probe the lung lesion of rats inhaling cooking siritch oil fume(CSOF). Methods The male SD rats were randomly divided into exposure group and negative control group, 18 rats per group, then each group was randomly divided into 3 subgroups for dynamic observation, 6 rats per subgroup. Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on the expression of TGF-?1 and ?-IFN in rats with radiation-induced lung injury in different radiation time, and discuss the prevention and curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe and its possible action mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty Wistar rats were randomly allocated into irradiation group (n =30), irradiation with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe-treated group (n =30), irradiation with ambroxol-treated group (n =30) and normal control group (n =6). The former three groups were irradiated at right hemithorax with a dose of 30 Gy (5 Gy per week). Animals were followed for 26 weeks after the first irradiation. The levels of serum TGF-?1 and ?-IFN of 6 rats in each group were assayed by ELISA at the end of 4th, 6th, 8th, 12th and 26th week after the first irradiation. Results In Yiqi Huoxue Recipe-treated group, the levels of serum TGF-?1 were significantly lower from the 4th week than that of the irradiation group (P0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can inhibit the excretion of TGF-?1 and promote the excretion of ?-IFN. It suggested that Yiqi Huoxue Recipe might play an important role in the prevention and curation of radiation-induced lung injury.

Objective To study the expression of ILD patients and health men during exercise,furthermore provide the reference of application of exercise test in ILD.Methods Cycle exercise test was used in 36 patients with ILD and 20 normal subjects,The oxygen uptake per minute(VO2),Borg Scale(BS),SpO2,and other index of exercise test were detected.Results Compared with normal subjects,The VO2max in ILD patients was decrease markedly;The BS was increased,SpO2 decreased markedly during exercise.Conclusions The results indicate that the hypoxemia and dyspnea are the limited factors of exercise in the patients with ILD;The capacity of exercise in ILD decrease compare with normal subjects.

Objective To investigate the parameters of nutrition status in the patients with COPD and study the difference nutrition status among COPD GOLD classification including A, B,C and D.Methods According to the global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease ( GOLD) criteria, we classified the COPD outpatients into A, B, C, D group, with 10 cases in each group, 20 cases healthy people as control group as well as 20 patients with chronic bronchitis.Body mass index ( BMI) , triceps skin-fold thickness( TSF) ,ser-um albumin ( ALB ) were measured in each person.Results BMI was significantly lower in COPD group than health control group (21.3 ±4.0kg/m2 vs 24.7 ±3.7kg/m2, P<0.01) ; TSF was significantly reduced in COPD group than the control group (10.3 ± 4.4mm vs 13.0 ±4.4mm, P<0.05);ALB in COPD group was significant decreased than the control group (34.4 ±5.3g/L vs 39.5 ± 6.7g/L, P<0.01).Moreover, there were significantly differences in the nutrition status among COPD groups.BMI in the group of(C+D) was significantly lower compared with the group of (A+B) (19.9 ±4.3kg/m2 vs 22.1 ±3.5kg/m2, P<0.05).TSF was significant-ly decreased in the group of (C+D) than the group of (A+B)(7.7 ±2.4mm vs 12.9 ±4.4mm, P<0.01).Compared with the group of (A+B), ALB was also significantly reduced in the group of (C+D)(32.3 ±4.5g/L vs 36.5 ±5.4g/L, P<0.01).Conclusion The parameters of BMI, TSF, ALB are significantly reduced in the patients with COPD.Severe COPD easily develops malnutrition.Ac-cording to COPD GOLD classification, the nutrition status is worse in the group of ( C+D) than in the group of ( A+B) .It is worthy to pay attention to the nutrition status of COPD patients, and give appreciate therapy for patients with COPD.
