Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in differential diagnosis of pancreatic pseudocysts, cystadenomas and cystadenocarcinomas,so as to improve diagnostic accuracy of the condition. Methods The results of CEUS and conventional ultrasound for 71 patients with pancreatic cystic lesions were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with the finally obtained surgical-pathological examination to assess the ability of qualitative diagnosis between two methods. Results In 71 pancreatic cystic lesions, there were 32 pancreatic pseudocysts,24 cystadenomas and 15 cystadenocarcinomas. The sensitivity and accuracy of CEUS for pancreatic pseudocysts and cystadenocarcinomas were 84.4%,93.0% and 86.7%,88.7%,which were higher than those of conventional ultrasound 56.3 %,80.3 % and 53.3 %,74.6% (x2 =6.06,4.92,3.97,4.71,all P < 0.05).Conclusion There are some similarities in terms of imaging manifestations among pancreatic pseudocysts, cystadenomas and cystadenocarcinomas.Combining conventional ultrasound with CEUS can help the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions.

Objective To observed the clinical effect of vidarabine and interferonα-2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with infantile herpangina. Methods 58 children with infantile herpangina were divided ran-domly into the observation group and control group,29 cases in each group. All children were given theroutine nursing and general supportive therapy. The patients in the control group were treated by ribavirin and those in the observation group treated by vidarabine and interferon aerosol inhalation. The fever clearance time, the disappearance time of her-pes,the days of hospitalization and cases of adverse reaction was observed and recorded. Results The cooling time, bleb disappear time and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparation of the clinical effects of the two groups showed that the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.6%,which was higher than 75.9% in the control group(χ2 =5.22,P <0.05).No obvious adverse e-vents took place in both groups. Conclusion Vidarabine and interferon aerosol inhalation in treating infantile herpan-gina takes a good effect,no obviously adverse reaction and is worth being widely applied in clinic.

Objective:To investigate the work engagement among nurses in stomatology hospital and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From September 2018 to October 2018, we selected 229 medical and nursing personnel from a Class Ⅲ Grade A public stomatology hospital as the research object by convenience sampling. All medical and nursing personnel were investigated with the self-designed Work Engagement Scale for Dental Specialist Outpatient Nurses to analyze the current status and influencing factors of work engagement among outpatient nurses in stomatology hospital.Results:134 doctor questionnaires were distributed and 126 valid questionnaires were returned; 113 nurse questionnaires were distributed and 103 valid questionnaires were collected.Totals of 50.8% (64/126) of doctors and nurses were reasonably staffed; 45.6% (47/103) of nurses were satisfied with the professional status and development. The three items with the highest engagement evaluated by doctors included mixing materials, use of instruments and disinfection of products after use; the three items with the lowest engagement evaluated by doctors were medical record data management, assisting doctor-patient communication and return visits. Univariate analysis showed that there was a statistical difference in the engagement among nurses with different departments ( P<0.05) . Correlation analysis indicated that the staffing status of nurses is positively correlated with the clinical cooperation of nurses and the degree of participation in hospital prevention and control ( P<0.05) ; the professional status and development of nurses are positively correlated with the degree of patient participation management ( P<0.05) ; the degree of salary satisfaction is positively correlated with the degree of patient participation and clinic management. Conclusions:Nurses of public stomatology hospital have low overall work engagement during diagnosis and treatment for patients. We need to strengthen dental nursing training. Nurse staffing in place and perfecting performance evaluation methods can promote nurses to fully perform their duties and promote the improvement of patient safety.
