OBJECTIVE To investigate the quantity of antibiotics prescribed yearly from 2001 to 2006 and the resistance of Enterobacter cloacae, and analyze the correlation between them.METHODS Its susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was performed by disk diffusion method and analyzed by WHONET 5.3.The correlation between DDDs and the resistance was analyzed using statistics.RESULTS The percentage of resistance of E.cloacae to the five drugs was decreased during recent six years. The most of decreased tendency was amikacin, its resistance in 2006 decreased 28% than that in 2001.The consumption of five drugs all decreased. The consumption of ceftazidime in 2006 was 1/12 compared in the 2004.The consumption of ciprofloxacin in 2006 was 1/8 compared in 2001.The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the resistance and DDDs of amikacin(r=0.8826,P

Objective:To summarize the complications' prevention and nursing experience for patients after autologous transplantation of the microvascular submandibular gland for severe keratoconjunctivis sicca. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 141 patients(151 sides) after autologous microvascular submandibular gland transfer operation was undertaken to record the timing and incidence of major complications and to summarize the nursing experience. Results: The main complications after the transplantation were: vascular crisis, catheter obstruction, salivary fistula and temporary paralysis of hypoglossal nerve.Related nursing measures in response to these complications were discussed. Conclusion:Targeted nur-sing interventions for patients with autologous transplantation the submandibular gland have a positive effect on the prevention of the surgical complications.

Objective:This study aimed to explore and analyze correlated factors of the characteristics of moderate and severe pain in head and neck cancer (HNC) patients after tissue flap repairment, to provide the basis for the following pain management. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to enroll 239 patients who underwent tissue flap repairment at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University Hospital of Stomatology between December 2017 and December 2018 in this study. To classify the types of pain, Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) scores were used to collect the pain symptoms of patients with 6 time periods of wound, throat, infusion, other and non-intervention for 6 days, and analyze the characteristics and correlated factors of moderate and severe pain.Results:Eighty-seven of the 239 patients complained of moderate or severe pain. The distribution of patients age and education level had statistical differences in the presence or absence of moderate to severe pain ( P<0.05) . The cases of sore throat and frequency occurred most frequently among all types of pain. Conclusions:Although patient-controlled analgesia is given to patients after flap repairment, more than one-third of patients still complained of moderate and severe pain. Different types of pain have different characteristics, and throat pain occurred more frequently. Moderate pain was more common in male patients, while severe pain has a much higher proportion in female patients.

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient perception for humanistic care in China hospitals, and to provide a basis for developing nursing humanistic care measures and improving the quality of nursing humanistic care services. Methods A total of 30,099 outpatients and inpatients from 107 hospitals in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from July to August 2022 as survey subjects.A general information questionnaire and the Relational Caring Questionnaire-Patient Form were used for a cross-sectional survey, and a single-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient relationship care. Results Finally,29 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96.7%.The patient evaluation of relationship care was(65.72±8.61)points.Single-factor analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, children's situation, education level, occupation, place of residence, average family income, medical insurance type, visiting department, and location of the visiting hospital, and whether or not surgery were influencing factors of patient relationship care(P<0.05).Conclusion The evaluation score of caregiver-patient relationship care among Chinese hospital patients is above average, but there is still room for improvement in western and rural regions, seriously ill and outpatient patients,low-income and low-medical insurance reimbursement populations, and non-surgical patients.Medical institutions at all levels should optimize and improve nursing humanistic care services based on influencing factors, and further enhance patients'perception of nursing humanistic care.
