1.Efficacy of Ciclopirox Olamine Vaginal Suppositories Combined with Fluconazole in the Treatment of Vul-vovaginal Candidiasis
China Pharmacist 2015;(4):598-599
Objective:To explore the efficacy of ciclopirox olamine vaginal suppositories combined with fluconazole in the treat-ment of vulvovaginal candidasis. Methods:Totally 74 cases of vulvovaginal candidasis( VVC)infection were randomly divided into two groups with 37 ones in each. The control group orally received fluconazole combined with terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets, and the observation group orally received fluconazole combined with ciclopirox olamine vaginal suppositories. The recent(7 days)and long-term(1 and 3 months)clinical curative effects and the drug safety in the two groups were observed and compared. Re-sults:after the 7-day treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0. 05);after the 1-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0. 05);after the 3-month follow-up,the re-currence rate of the observation group(2. 7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22. 2%,P<0. 05). The two groups showed no serious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion:Fluconazole combined with ciclopirox olamine vaginal suppositories in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidasis exhibits promising curative effect and low recurrence rate without serious adverse reactions.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To observe the effect of Herba Houttuyniae(HH) on urinary albumin and insulin resistance of diabetes mellitus(DM) rats. Methods Three rat model of diabetes mellitus was induced with streptozotocin(STZ) and high glucose-lipoids animal feeds, then treated with HH for 8 weeks. The change of biochemical parameters such as 24-h urine volume, urinary albumin, fasting insulin(FINS) level, fasting glucose and insulin sensitivity index were observed. Results After treatment,FINS level was lower in HH group than that in the model group, rosiglitazone group and losartan group(P
4.Therapeutic Observation of Aligned Needling for Cough in Kids
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(12):1172-1173
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of aligned needling in treating cough in kids.MethodTotally 113 kids with cough were randomized into two groups. Fifty-sixkids in the treatment group were intervened by aligned needling; fifty-seven kids in the control group were by orally takingXiao ErKe Chuan Lingoral fluid.ResultThe total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group versus 66.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAligned needling and orally takingXiao Er Ke Chuan Lingoral fluid both can produce certain efficacies in treating kids’ cough, while the total effective rate of aligned needling is significantly higher.
5. Expression of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(4):404-407
Objective: To investigate the expression of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect expression of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 in 77 gastric cancer specimens and 30 normal stomach mucosal tissues, and then the relationship of the expression with clinical pathology parameters was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues than those in the normal gastric tissues (P<0.05). The expression of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 was correlated with the differentiation, histological type, infiltration, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of the tumors (P<0.05), but not with patients' gender, age or tumor size(P>0.05). The l-,3- and 5-year survival rates of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin and NM23 positive patients were higher than those of negative patients(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The expression of CDX-2, PTEN, E-cadherin, NM23 in gastric cancer is related to the differentiation, infiltration, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer, and detecting their expression in gastric cancer may help to judge the prognosis of gastric cancer.
6.The application of problem-based learning in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(3):272-274
ObjectiveTo investigate the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods48 students who majored in obstetrics and took internship in Xiamen Maternity and Child Care Hospital were selected as study subjects and were randomly assigned to control group and observation group.Traditional teaching pattern and PBL were performed in the above-mentioned groups respectively. The score of final test on maternity nursing and self-evaluation on capacity advancement were compared between two groups.ResultsThe score of observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); Similarly, the self-evaluation of observation group after internship was also elevated with significance (P<0.05) when being compared with control group.ConclusionEvidence showed that PBL was capable of improving the knowledge of maternity nursing, and it was also been proved effective in fostering the ability of self-learning,communication,and solving problem. Therefore, the PBL was appropriate to be promoted in the internship of nursing education.
7.GC-MS analysis of essential oil from the seeds of Myristica fragrans Houtt in Indonesia
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from the seeds of Myristica fragrans Houtt.(nutmeg) in Indonesia and to provide qualities control scientific foundations. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and separated with GC capillary column. The relative content of every compound was determined by normalization method and the chemical compositions were evaluated by GC-MS.Results: Ninety-three chromatographic peaks were isolated and sixty-one compounds were identified, accounting for 97.62% of the total essential oil in nutmeg. Conclusion: The essential components of nutmeg in Indonesia is monoterpenoids and it's derivatives, accounting for 78.87% of the total essential oil.And phenolic compounds were the secondary composition, accounting for 16.79%.The essential oil contains safrole, which can induce genetoxicity and mutagenicity in animal, and myristicin and elemicin which can induce illusion. So,it must be careful when Myristica fragrans Houtt was used.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(3):272-276
The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test contributes a lot to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer (PCa) and, along with imaging-guided prostate biopsy, has improved the diagnosis rate of lower-risk PCa and the accuracy of its clinical staging. However, many questions and controversies remain as to the choice of optimal biopsy strategies. Scholars differ in views about how to utilize PCa-related biomarkers to optimize the detection of initial and repeat biopsies. This review focuses on the present status of and advances in transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy for PCa.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective: To explore the function of spleen promoting blood production through observing change of blood routine and bone marrow of anemia rats treated by supernatant of rat spleen. Methods: Two groups of anemia rats were injected with spleen supernatant of normal(group1) and spleen deficiency rat(group2), and other two groups were translated glossary with spleen homogenate of normal rat and Guipi soup. After treatment for one week, the blood routine, bone marrow and spleen index were observed. A week after withdrawing treatment ,those were observed again. Results: ①Compared with model group, the blood routine of other groups were increased in varying degrees, especially in group1, had significant different (P
