Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(20):17-19
Objective To study the influence of health behavior intervention on coping style and hope level in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 60 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. Two groups all had an operation, carried on the normal nursing care and health education. After operation, the intervention group accepted health behavior intervention from the beginning of the first period chemotherapy. After the third period chemotherapy, coping style and hope level of the two groups were measured. Results After intervention, positive coping style "confrontation" had a higher score. Negative coping style such as obviation and acception got lower scores in the intervention group compared with the control group. In addition to "keep an intimate relation(I)",the rest dimensions of hope level showed significant differences as well. Conclusions Applying the related theories of health behavior to build up mental nursing intervention mode has a significant meaning on lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. It can increase patients' positive coping style and reduce negative aspects. At the same time, hope levels of lung cancer patients also have an improvement.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(6):4-6
Objective To know the relationship of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy, and then carry out reference to clinical nursing cares. Methods Interviewed 115 patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy by questionnaire to know their conditon about self-efficacy and quality of life, and then analysis the relationship between them. Results The general score of quality of life of patients with breast cancer was 105.62±6.68, which was significant lower than the normal model. There was significant correlation of self-effi-cacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Conchusions Related experts should emphasis the postoperative management of patients with breast cancer, and then promote their self-efflcacy and quality of life.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of detection of IL-17 and peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS) count in whee-zing children under 5 years old. Methods Fifty-three children with recurrent wheezing under 5 years old had been randomly enrolled including 43 boys and 10 girls. They were divided into 2 groups :wheezing group Ⅰ,in which, the patients with atopic high risks(n=27);whee-zing group Ⅱ,in which, the patients without atopic high risks(n=26).Children without infectious diseases such as hernia and renal calculus had been enrolled randomly as control group(n=20),including 11 boys and 9 girls. After taking 3 mL venous blood and centrifuging of patients in 3 groups, the level of IL-17 in the serum was measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, peripheral blood EOS count was performed in the meantime by means of eosine staining. Results The serum levels of IL-17 in wheezing groups [(1 469.315?978.300) ng?L-1,(263.340?131.800) ng?L-1]were significantly higher than that of control group[(36.478?2.000) ng?L-1](Pa0.05);serum IL-17 and peripheral blood EOS count had positive correlation(r=0.933,P

Objective To evaluate the role of SPECT cerebral perfusion imaging in assessing the stent implantation for cerebral artery stenosis. Methods A total of 35 patients (31 males,4 females, average age (63.9±10.8)years) with cerebral artery stenosis confirmed by DSA for cerebral artery stent implantation were retrospectively analyzed.99Tcm-ECD cerebral perfusion imaging was performed for all patients before and after stent implantation. The images were realigned and normalized by SPM 2.0 and then analyzed by Brain Search software for quantitative analysis. The brain was automatically separated to 210 functional areas according to Talarich map.The normalized averaged counts (NAC) of each area were calculated and compared with the data of 28 health controls (8 males,20 females, average age (35.8± 9.4) years).Less than 1.96s was defined as low perfusion lesions. The NAC values before and after stent implantation were compared for classifying improved from non-improved group. The mean number of lesions and Essen stroke risk score (ESRS) were analyzed between the two groups. The mean number of lesions and postoperative improvement rate of the internal carotid artery (ICA) occlusion and stenosis were compared.Paired rank sum test,two-sample t test,two-sample rank sum test and x2 test were used for statistical analysis. Results In 35 patients with low perfusion areas,20 were significantly improved after stent implantation. The mean number of lesions in the improved group (34.05± 14.41)was significantly higher than that in the non-improved group (22.93±17.24; t=2.067,P<0.05).The mean ESRS of the improved patients (14.8)was significantly lower than that of the non-improved patients (22.3,Z=2.24,P<0.05).The improvement rate of 28 cases with ICA stent implantation was (60.7%,17/28)higher than that of 7 cases with middle cerebral artery (MCA) stent implantation (3/7; P>0.05).The mean number of the ICA occlusion lesions (34.36± 14.31)was higher than that of the ICA stenosis lesions(31.35± 16.37),but the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.498,P>0.05).The improvement rate of the ICA occlusion was higher than that of the ICA stenosis (7/11 vs 10/17),but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion SPECT cerebral perfusion imaging and its quantitative analysis can evaluate the low perfusion lesions before stent implantation and predict the perfusion improvement after stent implantation.

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(10):744-746
Detection of serum tumor markers in clinical application is simple, which has become an in dispensable means in clinical medical work, and played an important role in the early detection of malignant tumor, benign and malignant tumor differential diagnosis, guiding the stage and predicting prognosis. But because of its sensitivity and specificity have limitations,we should find more new markers.
