Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(21):2907-2908
Objective To study on the efficacy of valsartan in treatment of the patients with essential hypertension. Methods 80 cases with essential hypertension patients, according to number table, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in this study. The patients of control and treatment group were treated with captopril(25 mg,tid) and valsartan(80 mg,tid) respectively. Then their clinical efficacies and side effects were observed. Results Treatment group was markedly effective in 23 cases,15 cases of effective, ineffective in 2 cases and the total effective rate was 95%.Meanwhile,control group was 17 cases,13 cases,10 cases and 75% respectively. The total effective rate between the two groups had statistically significant differences(χ2 = 6.275,P<0.05).After treatment, both of groups' blood pressure, serum uric acid and blood microglobulin levels was obviously lower than before treatment(t = 10.718,4.632,3.865,2.332,23.272,10.628,21.556,14.824,all P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more markedly than the control group(t = 12.518,10.719,16.839,12.626,all P<0.05).There were three cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group, and the control group was four cases. Conclusion This study indicated that valsartan treatment essential hypertension was effective, effects stability, convenience, minor adverse reactions, patient well tolerated, and was one of effective drugs treatment hypertension to prevent target organ damage.
4.Expression of GFAP in adult rats hippocampus of onset subclinical seizures following hypoxic brain damage
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To explore the mechanism of early onset subclinical seizures following hypoxic brain injury. Methods:SD male adult rats were assigned randomly to control rats and rats exposed to global hypoxia by 8% oxygen nitrogen atmosphere. According to electroencephalogram recording seizure discharge, hypoxie rats were divided into subclinical seizures group and non-subclinical seizures group, then the changes in neuropathology and the expression of GFAP in cortex and hippocampus of rat brain were studied by Nissle-staining immunohisochemistry and western-blot. Results:Subclinical seizures occurred in 19.67% rats following hypoxia. Compared with non-subclinical seizure group, neuronal loss of hippocampal CA1 and CA3 region as wel as temporal cortex were distinct in subclinical seizure group(P
5.Inhibition of airway inflammation of asthmatic mouse by intravenous injection of T-bet recombinant adenovirus
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of recombinant T-bet adenovirus (AdT-bet) on airway inflammation in mice with asthma, and to explore the relevant mechanisms. Methods C57BL/6 mice were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 12 mice each. The asthmatic model was reproduced in group A, B and C by administration of ovalbumin (OVA) in aluminum hydroxide. Mice in group A, B and C received 50?l AdT-bet (108pfu) and AdLacZ and PBS, respectively, 19 days prior to OVA challenge. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected on the 26th day after the induction of asthma for the determination of the cellular composition and concentrations of IL-4, IL-5 and IFN ?. Meanwhile, IgE content in serum was determined. The pathological changes and the expression of GATA-3 in the lungs of these mice were investigated. Results The percentage of eosinophils (EOS) and concentrations of IL-4 and IL-5 in BALF of group A were 0.6%?0.2%, 6.8?3.7pg/ml, 12.5?4.8pg/ml, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in group B (20.9%?6.8%, 92.4?23.0pg/ml, 56.5?11.8pg/ml) and group C (20.8%?6.7%, 90.4?22.8pg/ml, 57.3?12.2pg/ml, P
6.Periareolar mammaplasty and liposuction for breast reduction
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate a new technique for breast reduction. Methods The subcutaneous fat of the breasts was removed by liposuction. Two circular incisions, an inner circle that represents the new areola perimeter and the outer circle that defines the outside extent of the skin de epithelized, were designed. The de epithelized skin worked as a dermal cloak to position the nipple and cover the remaining glandular tissue with supporting. Results This technique was used in 9 cases. All the breasts kept a satisfactory shape. The areola and scar tended to widen within 3 months. Conclusion This technique is easy to perform, and effective for breast reduction.
8. Effect of cinobufacini injection on proliferation and tube-like structure formation of human lymphatic endothelial cells co-cultured with human hepatoma HepG-2 cells
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(21):1837-1840
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of cinobufacini injection on proliferation, migration and tube-like structure formation of human hepatoma HepG-2 cells co-cultured with human lymphatic endothelial cells. METHODS: Co-culture system of human hepatoma HepG-2 cells and human lymphatic endothelial cells is established by means of transwell chamber; cell growth curve is used to observe the effect of cinobufacini injection on the proliferation of HLEC co-cultured with HepG-2 cells; migration assay is used to observe the effect of cinobufacini injection on the migration of HLEC co-cultured with HepG-2; matrigel assay is used to observe the effect of cinobufacini injection on the tube-like structure formation of HLEC co-cultured with HepG-2 cells. RESULTS: Cinobufacini injection significantly inhibits proliferation(P < 0.05), migration (P < 0.05) and tube-like structure formation (P < 0.05) of HLEC co-cultured with HepG-2 cells in dose dependent ways. CONCLUSION: Cinobufacini injection inhibits proliferation, migration and tube-like structure formation of HLEC co-cultured with HepG-2 cells, which might contribute the inhibiting mechanisms of cinobufacini injection on tumor metastasis.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
objective: To design a new technique which might be used to reconstruct the orbicularis oris muscle effectively. Methods: The superficial and deep layers of orbicularis oris muscle on the lateral side of the cleft were dissected and sutured to the correspondent layers on the medial side respectively. A small muscle flap from the medial nasal labial bundle below the columella was rotated laterally and sutured with the nasal bundle on the lateral side in 10 cases of cleft lip. Results: Satisfactory results were obtained in all the cases. The postoperative scar was minimal. The lip appearance was satisfactory at rest as well as in motion. Conclusion: This technique is effective in reconstruction the orbicularis oris muscle of cleft lip.

Virologica Sinica 2011;26(2):139-145
Inducing animal viruses to adapt to chicken embryos or chicken embryo fibroblasts(CEF)is a common method to develop attenuated live vaccines with full security.Canine distemper virus(CDV)also does this, but the mechanisms and particular receptors remain unclear.Virus overlay protein blot assays were carried out on CEF membrane proteins, which were extracted respectively with a Mem-PERTM kit,a radioimmunoprecipitation assay buffer or a modified co-immunoprecipitation method, and revealed a common 57 kDa positive band that differed from the 42-kDa positive band in Vero cells and also from those receptors reported in lymphocytes and293 cells, indicating a receptor diversity of CDV and the possibility of the 57-kDa protein acting as a receptor that is involved in adaptive infection of CDV Kunming strain to CEF.
