Objective To investigate and understand the characteristics and drug intervention of post-traumatic stress symptoms(PTSD) among middle age acute leukemia patients. Methods The Essen Trauma-Inventory (ETI) was administrated to 100 middle age acute leukemia patients who were admitted in our department and study the PSTD symptoms. Results The positive rate of PTSD is 21.21% in sample of the patients.Total PTSD symptoms scores were (18.10 ± 9.42),there is no significant different between the 3 main PTSD symptoms in these patients(P > 0.05).Type of leukemia, sexuality, levels of education and marital status are influencing factors of PSTD symptoms, there is significant different between the subgroups (P <0.01).Drug intervention can significantly relieve PTSD symptoms in these patients (Z =13.56,P < 0.01).Conclusions Middle age acute leukemia patients are generally found PTSD symptoms and with a high incidence rate of PTSD,so it needs timely diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education on patients with peptic ulcer. Meth-otis 108 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups:intervention group and control group. Each consisted of 54 samples and was given the same medication. Besides, the control group was additionally cared with routine heath education while the intervention group was given the comprehensive health education. Results Com-prehensive health education reduced the course of hospital, alleviated symptoms of digestion and improved the peptic ulcer, while the routine heath education made no significant progress in either aspect. Differenees of knowledge as well as attitude score was of statistical significance(P≤0.05) between before and after heath education were given except the score of behavior ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion Comprehensive health education could significantly improve curative effect for the treatment of peptic ulcer.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using leukocyte filter to prevent nonhemolytic febrile transfusion reactions(NHFTR) in hematologic patients who were trarisfused erythrocyte suspension. Methods Select 720 inpatients need erythrocyte transfusion and have transfusion records. The patients were randomly divided into investigation group and control group. We made a routine examination and recorded the patients' body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate and transfusion adverse reaction before and after erythrocyte suspeusion transfusion. Results Before blood transfusion, the body temperature of patients between two groups were normal, but after blood transfusion, there were 35 patients with NHFTR in the control group, while only 5 cases in the investigation group which used leucocyte filter, the difference between two groups is significant( P<0.01 ). The change of the patients' body temperature were compared between two groups before and after transfusion, the changes in the control group was significantly higher than the investigation group( P<0.01 ). Compared the changes of serum total bilirubin level in all patients before and after transfusion, there was no difference in both groups. The incidence of NHFTR increased with increasing of the transfusion times, but compared with the investigation group, the incidence of the control group was higher significantly(P<0.01 ). Conclusion Leukocyte filter can prevent the occurring of NHFTR efficiently, enhance the quality of transfusion, guarantee the blood transfusion safety.

Objective To observe the protection effect of thrombopoietin on adriamycin-inducod acute myocardium injury in rats model. Methods 32 Wistar rats were randomized into four groups (n=8):Control group,ADM group,ADM +TPOL group and ADM +TPOH group. All agents were given by intraperitoneal injection. The control group was given normal saline, while the other three groups were given adriamycin at the dosage of 20 mg/kg once.TPO groups were injected TPO at different dosages of 10 μg/kg or 30 μg/kg three times on alternate days.ELISA was used to detect CK-MB and cTnI content of serum in the rats.By HE staining, pathological change was found and grade of tissue morphology was scored. The ultrastructure change of cadiocyte was observed by the electron microscope. Results The energy of CK-MB (14.65±1.91,14.21±1.70) and cTNI (9.66±1.31,10.07±1.20) in TPO groups were obviously lower than that of the ADM group(19.58±3.49,12.50±1.62) (P<0.05),respectively.Pathological score of ADM group was higher than TPO groups (P<0.01).The ultrastructure of myecard tissue in the ADM group was damaged more severely than TPO groups.Above-mentioned indexes were with no significant difference between ADM+TPOL group and ADM+TPOH group. Conclusion TPO can protect the heart which was injured by the ADM.

Objective To construct a postoperative lung infection preventive care program for lung cancer patients and carry out preliminary validation,so as to provide a reference basis that can be used in clinical practice. Methods Literature analysis was carried out to search domestic and international databases, guideline networks, and association websites, with a search timeframe of January 2011 to December 2021,to obtain relevant evidence,to construct a preliminary draft of a preventive care program for postoperative lung infections in patients with lung cancer, and to use the Delphi method of correspondence with experts from Guangdong Province,Henan Province, and Sichuan Province,September-December 2022,to determine the content of the program.Correspondence to determine the content of the program. In November-December 2023,15 thoracic surgery nurses and 15 lung cancer patients in a tertiary hospital in Shantou City were selected for the initial application of the program and evaluated the effectiveness of the program through the nurses'clinical significance, applicability, feasibility, and patient satisfaction. Results A total of 21 experts completed 2 rounds of correspondence.95.65%and 95.45%of questionnaires were retumed in the 2 rounds of correspondence;the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.941 and 0.948;the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.176 and 0.310;the coefficients of variation for each item in the 2nd round of correspondence were 0.04~0.25.The final draft of the program included 10 aspects and 37 measures, such as teamwork, health education, risk assessment, rehabilitation training, fluid management, oral manage-ment,airway management, nutritional management, pain management, line management, and other 10 areas with 37 measures. After the initial application of the program,100%of the nurses thought that the program was meaningful,87%of the nurses thought that the program was clinically applicable and feasible, and 100%of the patients indicated that they were satisfied with the program,of which 80%were very satisfied. Conclusion The constructed nursing program for preventing postoperative lung infection in lung cancer patients is scientific, relevant and feasible, and can provide references for clinical health care personnel to develop measures for preventing postoperative lung infection in lung cancer patients.
