Construction of excellent course provides students with modern educational resources.Construction was focused on one main line, two dimensions, three aspects and with building frame, filling columns, putting into use, collecting feedback as well as modification and updating.Analysis was further made to avoid the common problems and phenomena such as displayed pages, limitation of share resources, low utilization of teaching resources and emphasis on construction, ignoring application and neglecting management. Some measures such as increasing the guidance of excellent courses and their promotion efforts, the establishment of an exchange platform and listening to feedback etc.are proposed.

OBJECTIVE To observe the property, the bacterial retaining effect and the storage time of nonwoven and wrinkle paper.METHODS The weight and shape, and the retaining effect and storage time of 14 kinds of nonwoven and wrinkle paper were observed.RESULTS Bacteria could go through all kinds of nonwoven and wrinkle paper. After sterilization, different quality and different package layer of nonwoven could be kept for 7-30 days. One or two layers of wrinkle paper package could be kept for 3 months. There was no significant difference in keeping place-in sterile room or in ward.CONCLUSIONS The time of preservation validity is related to the quality and the layers of nonwoven. It is suggested that two layers of lower quality nonwoven(28-30 g/m2) be used for lower and middle level dangerous medical material, with 7-10 days of preservation;four layers of high quality nonwoven(above 33 g/m2) could be used for high level dangerous medical material, with a 1 month of preservation.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the expression of caspase-3 in different post-traumatic intervals and severity of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Method Brain tissue samples of slight (n =24), moderate (n = 24) brain injury and control (n = 10) groups of rat were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results Up-regulation of caspase-3 expression was found in tissues from traumatic brain injury as compared with controls in 1h after TBI, and lasted for 2 weeks. In tissues taken Ih, 12h, 24h, 72h, lweek and 2weeks after TBI there were different amount of positive celis in brain injuries of different severity. Con-clusion The expression of caspase-3 is different in brain injuries of different severity . These findings are valuable in appraising the severity of injuries.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate curative effect and importance of radiofrequency thermocoagulation onsemilunar ganglion of aged patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia.
METHOD:
112 cases with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia were performed with radiofrequency thermocoagulation on semilunar ganglion by puncture through skin under local anesthesia.
RESULT:
The maintaining effective duration in 112 cases was 7.3 ± 1.3 years after primary therapy. After the first thermocoagulation, 89.28% (100/112) patients got the relief from pain immediately, 8 (7.14%) cases also recieved the same effect after twice treatment. However two cases (2.6%) had no effects. The total effective rate was 98.21%. During five follow-up years, VAS scores, dose of carbamazepine and satisfaction were better than those before the treatment. The effective rate was still over 57.5% within three years after the treatment. The recurrent risk increased obviously from 40 months after the treatment by Kaplan-Meier method.
CONCLUSION
Semilunar ganglion of radiofrequency thermocoagulation was an ideal option for old-age patients with trigeminal neuralgia. It can be performed repeatedly.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(3):286-288
It is important to bring the principal role of medical students into full play and to develop their learning motivation and enthusiasm in order to obtain the satisfactory teaching effect in the clinical practice of preventive medicine and pediatric dentistry. Methods of timely summing-up,self-evaluation,making assumption and pair combination should be recommended.Cultivation for medical students should focus on the idea for diagnosis and treatment, skill of clinical practice and ability of doctor-patient communication.

Mild cognitive im pairm ent caused by craniocerebral traum a is the key points and difficulties in judicial authentication. This article has com parative analysis of eachmode of event-related potential (classical O ddball, E riksen flanker task and so on), which can provide a more objective m ethod for such craniocerebral traum a cases in clinical forensic judicial authentication.

Objective T o explore the com position characteristic of event related potential (E R P ) in dif-ferent visual acuity levels, and to provide theoretical basis for the objective assessm ent of visual acuity. Methods M onocular stim ulus w as perform ed on 16 selected subjects. T he subjects w ere required to look straight at the screen ahead and count the am ount of stim uli from different directions. T he pictures of optotype stim ulus w hich corresponding to three different visual acuity levels w ere show ed in the center of the screen. The ERP results w ere recorded separately. Results (1) The P1 am plitudes of m atch stim uli recorded under the supra-threshold visual acuity level w ere higher than that of m atch stim uli recorded under the threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. T here w as no significant difference betw een the P 1 am plitudes of m atch stim uli recorded under the threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. T he tendency of conflict stim uli w as sim ilar to that of m atch stim uli under three visual acuity levels. (2) In the 340-500 m s post-stim ulus range, P 300 com ponent w as found under supra-threshold and threshold visual acuity levels; no P 300 com ponent w as found in corresponding tim e w indow under sub-threshold visual acuity. T he differences of P 300 am plitudes am ong three visual acuity levels w ere statistically significant. T he am plitudes from high to low w ere the supra-threshold, threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. Conclusion E R P can be a potential new m ethod for the objective assessm ent of visual acuity in forensic m edicine.

Objective To investigate the correlation between sTREM-1 and inflammatory factors expression in critical patients and its effect on severity of disease and clinical prognosis .Methods sTREM-1 ,TNF-α,IL-6 ,IL-10 levels were checked in serum of 54 patients who admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) on the first day and only sTREM-1 was checked again on the third day .At the same time ,APACHEⅡand survival situation in 28 days were recorded .Results sTREM-1 level in critical patients was positive correlated with TNF-α,IL-6 and APACHEⅡ(P<0 .01) .There was positive correlation between APACHE Ⅱ and TNF-α,IL-6 ,but pearson correlation coefficient between sTREM-1 and APACHE Ⅱ was higher than TNF-α,IL-6 .Compared with the survivor group ,the concentrations of serum sTREM-1 was significantly higer in non-survivor group on the first day and the third day after entering ICU(P<0 .05) .Conclusion sTREM-1 level is positive correlated with inflammatory reaction and the severity of disease .It also has prognostic value for outcome in patients with critical illness .

Objective T o observe the changes of cystathionine β-synthase (C B S ) expression in the cere-bral cortex after brain contusion at different tim es. Methods A n experim ental m odel of traum atic brain injury (T B I) in m ice w as established by an im proved w eight-drop device. T hen W estern blotting and im m unohistochem ical exam ination w ere used to detect the C B S expression in cerebral cortex around in-jury at different tim e points (1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 7 d). Results T he results of W estern blotting revealed that the expression level of C B S w as dow n-regulated and reached its low est level at the 3rd days after injury, and then restored to norm al level after 7 days. T he results of im m unohistochem istry show ed that C B S w as present in the norm al brain cortex. C B S expression gradually decreased at the 3rd days after injury, and then restored to norm al level after 7 days. Conclusion C B S has the potential to be a reference index for tim e estim ation after brain contusion in forensic practice.
