China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
On the basis of the origin, development and modern research of xuanfu theory,a new view of nose xuanfu theory is put forward,in wich, the mechanism of chronic sinusitis is blodkade of two orrifices and interties of two toxins.Additionally,on the basis of inducing resuscitation and opening xuanfu,a new treatment principle of dredging sinus orrifi ces, opening xuanfu, removing two toxins and strengthening vital qi are put forward, too. From modern medical point, nose xuanfu is corresponding to intercellular space of nasal mucous membrane, all kinds of ion channels and nasal tissue microcirculation.Nose xuanfu is qi-fluid circulation channel in internal and external environmental material information communication of nasal tissue.Nose xuanfu normal opening-and-closing function keeps normal physiological function of nasal cavity.Nose xuanfu theory provides one new way in rhinology with TCM.

3.Effect of blast injuries on conditional avoidance response in rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Twenty six Wistar rats were divided into three groups: (1) Exposed towhole body blasts, (2) Exposed to head blasts and (3) Control group. The blast wave was gener-ated by compressed air operated shock tube. The purpose of this study was to observe theeffect of blast injury on conditional avoidance response (CAR) in rats. The results wereas follow: (1) After exposured, decreasing of acquisition of CAR was observed in bothblast groups within 5 days (P0.05). (3) The retention of CAR of group 2 is significantly lower than that of controls(P
4.Curcumin inhibits the activity of GSK-3? to prevent AD in vitro
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To explore the mechanisms of Curcumin which plays a role of protecting cells through regulating the activity of GSK-3?.Methods Plasmid APPswe and BACE1-mychis were transiently co-transfected into SHSY5Y cells. The cells were treated with Curcumin and then were collected to determine the mRNA and protein levels of GSK-3?,?-catenin and CyclinD1 by RT-PCR and Western blot. Immuno-fluoresecnt staining was used to detect the location and expression of ?-catenin and GSK-3?, and ELISA was for the generation of A?.Results RT-PCR and Western blot results showed that in the cells, Curcumin inhibited the expression of GSK-3? mRNA and protein, and promoted the expression of GSK-3?-Ser9 protein (P
5.Advances of the Relationship Between Tumor Suppressor Gene DPC4 and Pancreatic Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor suppressor gene DPC4 and the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Relevant literatures of recent years were reviewed. Results DPC4 was located on chromosome 18. Its product was Smad 4 protein. Smad 4 protein was the central component of the transforming growth factor-beta signaling pathway, and all the biological effect was the results of interaction of Smad 4 and different Smads. The gene was deleted or inactive in about 50% of pancreatic carcinomas. The deletion of DPC4 had a great relation to the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion The alteration of tumor suppressor gene DPC4 is connected with the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. However, this research should be further studied.
6.PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC BACTERIA ON ATHEROSCLEROSIS IN EXPERIMENTAL HYPERLIPIDEMIC RABBITS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(05):-
Objective: To study the prevention and treatment of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on atherosclerosis (AS). Method: The hypolipidemic effect of PSB on atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbits induced by high cholesterol diet was studied with Spirulina platensis as positive control. The content of liver TC,AS plaque area percentage (PA) and the emphraxis of coronary artery were determined. Results:PSB could significantly reduce the content of TC in liver, the liver index (LW/BW), and PA 63.99%, 21.96%, 70.10%, respectively, and remarkably abate the lipid aggregation in liver and the pathological changes of coronary artery. In comparison,PSB was better than Spirulina platensis. Conclusion:PSB can prevent the formation of atherosclerosis in hyperlipidemic rabbits.
7.Effect of retinoic acid on apoptosis and expression of Fas proteins in mouse blastocysts cultured in vitro.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2008;28(3):239-42
Mouse blastocysts were exposed to doses of 0, 1 and 10 mumol/L retinoic acid (RA) for 24 h and the cytotoxic effect of RA on the mouse blastocysts in vitro was observed. FITC-labeled terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL-FITC) assay was employed to stain apoptotic cells and immunohistochemical S-P staining method was used to detect the expression of Fas protein in mouse blastocysts in vitro. The results showed that RA could induce apoptosis and increase the expression of Fas proteins of trophectoderm (TE) and inner cell mass (ICM) cells in blastocysts. Compared with the findings for the control blastocysts, exposure to RA (10 mumol/L) resulted in a more significant apoptosis and higher expression level of Fas proteins (P<0.01). It was concluded that RA could induce apoptosis, which may result in a significant reduction in the average number of total cells and the trophectoderm/inner cell mass in blastocysts and an increased expression of Fas protein, suggesting that RA had a cytotoxic effect on the growth and development of early embryos in mice.

9.Preparation and evaluation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems containing tanshinone Ⅱ_A
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To optimize the formulation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems containing tanshinone ⅡA(tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS) and assess the quality of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS. Methods Pseudoternary phase diagrams were used to choose the oil,emulsifier,co-emulsifier,and their proportion in the formulation on the basis of the ability to form emulsions and regions. Then the self-emulsifying time, droplet and morphology, size distribution,?-potential,stability,and other aspects of the quality were evaluated. Results The formulation of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was as follows:ethyl oleate-Labrasol-PEG 400=10%:45%:45%,drug loading ratio was 2.25 mg/g. The self-microemulsifying time of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was less than 1 min,the emulsion drops were spherical shape with average particle size of (84.9?2.1) nm and the average ?-potential (-24.0?1.15) mV (n=3). So tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was stable. Conclusion In this paper, the tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS has a good self-emulsifying performance. It is expected to further stabilize the preparation of tanshinone ⅡA self-microemulsifying agents.
10.Synergy dilemma of healthcare alliances and trust-based countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(8):565-568
Synergy is key to the formation of a community of interests and responsibilities for a healthcare alliance. This paper analyzed the management synergy dilemma and countermeasures of the alliance, in such terms as its model selection, function orientation and governance;its two-way referral, drug interchange and homogeneity of medical quality;its human resource two-way flow, equipment resource sharing and information platforms unification;as well as its medical insurance policy, financial subsidy and personnel system. On such basis, countermeasures were proposed based on trust.
