1.Inhibitory effect of recombinant fibronectin polypeptide CH50 on invasion and metastasis of melanoma B16 cells.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2007;27(1):17-9
In order to investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of recombinant polypeptide CH50 on invasion and metastasis of melanoma B16 cells, the recombinant polypeptide CH50 was separated and purified by ion exchange chromatographic technique. The melanoma B16 cells treated with purified CH50 were cultured in vitro, the number was counted at 4, 24, 48 and 72 h and their morphological changes were observed in order to detect their adhesion and spreading abilities. In in vivo study, the melanoma B16 cells were labeled with CFSE and treated with CH50 and then they were injected into mice via mouse-tail veins. After 5 h, the lung tissues were fixed by frozen section. Accumulation and invasion abilities of B16 cells on lung tissues were observed under the fluorescent microscopy. The results showed that the morphological character of B16 cells treated with CH50 changed greatly and the number of B16 cells treated with CH50 decreased significantly (P<0.05). The adhesion and spreading abilities of B16 cells treated with CH50 were weakened obviously and the metastasis foci on lung tissues reduced. It was concluded that the recombinant polypeptide CH50 inhibited invasion and metastasis of melanoma B16 cells on tissues and could be a prospective bio-product in tumor general therapy.
3.Relationship between Interstitial Cells of Cajal and Gastrointestinal Inflammation in Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
The main function of interstitial cells of Cajal(ICCs) is to produce the gastrointestinal slow-wave electric potential,to impel the propagation of electric potential, and to participate in the transmission of neural signal. The decrease or abnormal distribution of ICCs would lead to gastrointestinal inflammation easily.Meanwhile,as the gastrointestinal inflammation happens, inflammatory cells and mediators also can reduce the number of ICCs.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of extended-spectrum ?-lactamases(ESBLs) and the resistance in Escherichia coli isolates from biliary tract and abdominal cavity.METHODS ESBLs-producers were detected by CLSI Phenotypic Confirmatory Test and susceptibilities were tested by agar dilution method.RESULTS 50.1% Of isolates were ESBLs producers in those isolates.ESBLs producers were highly resistant to ampicillin, cefazolin, cefuroxime, fluoroquinolones, and cefotaxime. The resistant rate to ceftazidime,cefepime,cefoperazone-sulbactam,amikacin,and cefmetazole was less than 40%.None was resistant to meropenem in ESBLs producers. In non-ESBLs producers the resistant rate to ampicillin, cefazolin, cefuroxime, fluoroquinolones was more than 40% and most were susceptible to other antimicrobial agents. The resistant rate to ampicillin, cefazolin, cefuroxime, and ciprofloxacin was significantly higher in ESBLs producers than non-ESBLs producers.CONCLUSIONS With resistance to most of antimicrobial agents,ESBLs-producers were highly prevalent in E.coli isolates from biliary tract and abdominal cavity,so more attention should be paid to survey and detect those strains.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2017;26(1):53-57
Objective To summarize the manifestation of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis by ultrasound and discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Methods The ultrasonic appearances of 31 cases of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis confirmed by clinics and pathology were reviewed and analyzed. Results Nineteen of 31 cases were observed in association with eosinophilic infiltration of other organs which were diagnosed as idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome.Eosinophilic cystitis was the most common among the complications(89.4%,17/19).Twelve of 31 cases were diagnosed as eosinophilic gastroenteritis without complications. The endoscopic appearances of eosinophilic gastroenteritis were nonspecific which include erythematous, hyperemia edema, and partiality erosion changes.Endoscopy demonstrates increased numbers of eosinophils in the propria of stomach and the duodenum.Ultrasound features of the gastroenteritis appeared diffuse or the parts of gastrointestinal tract. The most common sites of eosinophilic gastroenteritis were the stomach and duodenum.Involvement of muscle layer and serosal layer showed wall thickening of cyclic annular and uniformity.Ultrasound might show nodular or irregular thickening of the folds in the gastric antrum when the submucosa were thickening. The mucosal layer involvement was not easy to be found by ultrasound. The echo of serous layer and submucosa associated with the disease stage. The thickening of surrounding omentum and mesenteric tissue, echo enhancement and nonspecific hyperplastic mesenteric lymph nodes infiltrated with eosinophils might be present.Eosinophilic ascites could often be detected. Conclusions Ultrasound has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis, and the ultrasonic changes of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis are characterized.Ultrasonography can provide the possible diagnosis when combined with inflammatory of other organs, especially cystitis inflammatory changes.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(12):1136-1138
Objective To explore the reliability and validity of driver coping questionnaire (DCQ) Chinese version. Methods Three hundred and forty drivers were investigated at random by DCQ and positive affect nagative affect scale (PANAS). Results Four factors were extracted, namely active appraisal and coping, confrontive coping, emotion-focused coping and avoidance coping. The correlation coefficients between the questionnaire and the four factors were 0.317 ~ 0. 813 (P < 0.01 ), and the correlation coefficients among the four factors were 0.057 ~0.294. Positive appraisal and coping were correlated with PA positively( r=0. 171, P<0. 01 ) ,and with NA negatively( r= -0. 349, P<0.01 ),and the other three coping styles were positively correlated with NA( r=0. 242 ~0.262, P<0.01 ). The split-half reliability was 0.734,the Cronbach α coefficients of the total questionnaire and four factors were 0. 807,0. 890,0. 621,0. 571and 0. 687 respectively. Conclusion DCQ Chinese version has good reliability and validity, and is an effective instrument to test drivers' coping behavior.
8. Protection of Ginkgo-Diyidamolum Injection on Rat Myocardial Cells Injured by Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2018;53(6):421-426
OBJECTIVE: To explore the protective effect of ginkgo-diyidamolum injection on rat myocardial cells injured by oxygen- glucose deprivation. METHODS: The model of oxygen-glucose deprivation in rat myocardial cells was established. The cells were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, oxygen-glucose deprivation group, different ginkgo-diyidamolum injection dosage groups(0.28, 0.84, 1.40 mg•mL-1). The effects of ginkgo-diyidamolum injection on NO level, malondialdehyde (MDA) level, changes in the concentrations of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were evaluated. Cells apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry. The gene transcription level of myocardial cell gap junction protein 43 (Cx43) was monitored by RT-PCR. RESULTS: Compared with oxygen-glucose deprivation group, ginkgo-diyidamolum injection could reduce the content of intracellular NO, MDA, LDH and enhance the activity of SOD. Ginkgo-diyidamolum injection high dose and middle dose groups obviously improved the myocardial cell morphology, inhibited cell apoptosis and Cx43 gene in myocardial cells. CONCLUSION: Ginkgodiyidamolum injection has a strong protective effect when myocardial cells injured by oxygen-glucose deprivation, which is related to the antioxidant effect, inhibition of cell apoptosis, and maintaining the role of myocardial gap junction channel.
