Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):387-389
Objective To investigate the technical characteristics and clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion.Methods40 cases of edentulous patients in the fifth people's hospital of yuhang district hangzhou from January 2011 to January 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into 2 implants supported immediate loading implant supported mandibular complete overdenture group (immediate loading implant group, n=20) and conventional complete denture repair group (n=20) two groups according to the treatment methods, the planting denture satisfactions, body marginal bone resorption, complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe planting retention function, masticatory function, language function, comfort scores of the immediate loading implant group were significantly higher, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the bone resorption was significantly lower, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the incidence of complications 10% (2/20) was significantly lower than the conventional complete denture repair group 40% (8/20).there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion is higher than conventional complete denture repair.

Mouse blastocysts were exposed to doses of 0, 1 and 10 mumol/L retinoic acid (RA) for 24 h and the cytotoxic effect of RA on the mouse blastocysts in vitro was observed. FITC-labeled terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL-FITC) assay was employed to stain apoptotic cells and immunohistochemical S-P staining method was used to detect the expression of Fas protein in mouse blastocysts in vitro. The results showed that RA could induce apoptosis and increase the expression of Fas proteins of trophectoderm (TE) and inner cell mass (ICM) cells in blastocysts. Compared with the findings for the control blastocysts, exposure to RA (10 mumol/L) resulted in a more significant apoptosis and higher expression level of Fas proteins (P<0.01). It was concluded that RA could induce apoptosis, which may result in a significant reduction in the average number of total cells and the trophectoderm/inner cell mass in blastocysts and an increased expression of Fas protein, suggesting that RA had a cytotoxic effect on the growth and development of early embryos in mice.

5.Study of signaling pathway related tophosphatase of regenerating liver 3
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(5):537-541
PRL-3, belonging to the family of protein tyrosine phosphatase, has been found to be high expressed in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer and melanoma. It also has been reported that PRL-3 plays an important role in the progression of tumor. With the distinction of PRL-3 in tumor progression, especially in the metastatic tumor, there are more and more researches about the regulating mechanism of PRL-3.This paper reviews the development of signaling pathway of PRL-3.
6.Application of impedance pneumoplethysmogram and impedance respirogram to investigate pulmonary heart disease correlation with diaphragmatic muscle fatigue
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(3):36,39-
Objective To investigate correlation of pulmonary heart disease (PHD)with the diaphragmatic muscle fatigue(DMF). Methods Impedance Pneumoplethysmogram(IPG) and Impedance respirogram(IRG) were detected in 64 cases of patients with PHD,and investigate DMF rheogram positive rate, also analysed various parameters of IPG in positive and negative groups. Results (1)The positive rate of DMF.Rheogram in PHD with and without respiratory failure are 75% and 21.9% respectively.(2)The positve rate in PHD with and without heart failue are 80% and 46.3% respectively.(3)The mean values of various parameters of IPG in positive and negative DMF rheogram have no significant difference. Conclusion Respiratory failure and heart falure in PHD are closely correlated with DMF. However, the occurance of DMF are not parallel with the severity degree of PHD.
7.Determination of Amphotericin B in Vaginal Effervescent Tablets by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of amphotericin B in amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets.METHODS: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol ?L-1 potassium dihydrogen-acetonitrile(66∶34) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 408 nm;the sample size was 10 ?L,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS: The linearity of amphotericin B was good in the range of 0.404~3.636 ?g(r=0.999 4) and the average recovery rate was 99.39%(RSD=0.22%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate, feasible, and it can be used for the determination of this tablets.
8.Role of gap junction in cognitive function
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
Gap junction is one kind of synapse coexisting with chemical synapse in the nervous system. Nowadays with the development of electrophysiological technique, more research began to focus on the role of gap junction in the neural network, especially in the cognitive function. Gap junction collaborates with chemical synapses to induce the neural network activities related to memory and perception, such as gamma and ripple oscillation, which is regarded as the mechanism of the role of gap junction in cognitive function. This review introduces the structure of gap junction, distribution and expression of different kinds of connexins in central nervous system, which are the basic element of gap junction. Furthermore, this review discusses the role of gap junction in cognition related network oscillations and activity-dependent plasticity of gap junction.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Twenty six Wistar rats were divided into three groups: (1) Exposed towhole body blasts, (2) Exposed to head blasts and (3) Control group. The blast wave was gener-ated by compressed air operated shock tube. The purpose of this study was to observe theeffect of blast injury on conditional avoidance response (CAR) in rats. The results wereas follow: (1) After exposured, decreasing of acquisition of CAR was observed in bothblast groups within 5 days (P0.05). (3) The retention of CAR of group 2 is significantly lower than that of controls(P
