Objective To investigate the value of differential diagnosis of the configuration of QRS complex in lead aVR in patients with inferior wall myocardial infarction. Methods The configuration of QRS in 52 patients with pathological Q-wave both in lead Ⅲ and aVF were analyzed and the result of selective coronary arteriography was compared. Results 13 patients with the configuration of QRS in lead aVR appeared rS ( s), while 10 patients appeared QS(qs) and 29 Q(q)r,correlated with 12,4 and 0 patients with coronary arteriography showed stenosis or occlusion lesion in fight coronary artery or left circumflex artery (χ2 = 35.56, P = 0.000). Conclusions The con-figuration of QRS in lead aVR is helpful to differential diagnosis of the patients with pathological Q-wave both in lead Ⅲ and aVF. Patients with the configuration of QRS in lead aVR appear rS(s) could be diagnosed as old myocardial infarction, but excluded from old myocardial infarction while appearing Q(q)r.

ObjectiveTo explore the early effects of transplantation of fetal spinal cord (FSC) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on calcium, magnesium of injured spinal cord.MethodsThe spinal cord injury (SCI) animal model was established with Wistar rats. The rats were divided into 3 groups. The group A was received FSC cells suspension 5 ml after injury. The group B was received FSC cells suspension and bFGF 20 μl. The group C was not treated with any therapy. The values of Ca2+, Mg2+ of injured spinal cord tissues were measured at 6, 24 hours after injury. The morphyological results were observed by electron microscope on the fifth day.ResultsThe degree of ionic disorder in FSC+bFGF treated rats was strikingly ameliorated and the contents of H2O also decreased. The morphyological finding revealed that in FSC+bFGF treated rats, the damage of gray and white matters was slight in contrast to those of control group rats, which appeared a typically damage.ConclusionTransplantation of FSC and bFGF has some protective effects on contused spinal cord in rats.

Phosphoglycerate mutase (PGAM) is a key enzyme in glycolytic pathways. With PCR technique based on an EST identified in our lab, a novel gene named SjPGAM (GenBank Accession No. EU374631) was cloned. Sequence analysis revealed that the ORF of SjPGAM gene contained 753 nucleotides, encoding 250 amino acids, and the molecular weight was about 28.26 kD. Real-time PCR analysis showed that the mRNA level of SjPGAM was much higher in the 14 days and 19 days schistosomula than other stages, suggesting that the gene was a schistosomula stage differential expression gene. The SjPGAM cDNA fragment was subcloned into an expression vector pET-28a (+) and transformed into Escherichia coli BL21 cells. In the presence of IPTG, the 31 kD fusion protein was expressed in included bodies. Western blotting revealed that the fusion protein could be recognized by the rabbit serum anti-Schistosoma japonicum adult worm antigen preparation. The study provides important basis for investigating the mechanism of the PGAM in the glycolytic pathways of Schistosoma japonnicum.

BACKGROUND: Three-dimensional (3D) printed bone tissue engineering scaffolds have been widely used in research and clinical applications. β-TCP is a biomaterial commonly used in bone tissue engineering to treat bone defects, and its multifunctionality can be achieved by co-doping different metal ions. Magnesium doping in biomaterials has been shown to alter physicochemical properties of cells and enhance osteogenesis. METHODS: A series of Mg-doped TCP scaffolds were manufactured by using cryogenic 3D printing technology and sintering. The characteristics of the porous scaffolds, such as microstructure, chemical composition, mechanical properties, apparent porosity, etc., were examined. To further study the role of magnesium ions in simultaneously inducing osteogenesis and angiogenesis, human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) and human umblical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured in scaffold extracts to investigate cell proliferation, viability, and expression of osteogenic and angiogenic genes. RESULTS: The results showed that Mg-doped TCP scaffolds have the advantages of precise design, interconnected porous structure, and similar compressive strength to natural cancellous bone. hBMSCs and HUVECs exhibit high proliferation rate, cell morphology and viability in a certain amount of Mg²⁺. In addition, this concentration of magnesium can also increase the expression levels of osteogenic and angiogenic biomarkers. CONCLUSION: A certain concentration of magnesium ions plays an important role in new bone regeneration and reconstruction. It can be used as a simple and effective method to enhance the osteogenesis and angiogenesis of bioceramic scaffolds, and support the development of biomaterials and bone tissue engineering scaffolds.

Objective To investigate high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)prevalence among married women in Beijing and to study the high risk flactors.nethods During March 2007 to September 2008.a total of 6185 married women sampled from 137 communities in 12 districts were screened bv HR-HPV DNA test and cytogical test. The interview was carried out with unified questionnaires. The databage was set up and twice entered in EpiDam 3.0.After checked up,the data were analyzed in SPSS 15.0.Results (1) The HR-HPV infection rate was 9.89%.The HR-HPV infection rate of the city zone, the suburb and the exurb were 9.34%,10.51% and 9.51% (P>0.05).The HR-HPV infection rate of the native and the oudander were 9.53%,11.30% (P<0.05).(2) The age distribution of HR-HPV infection was that the rate was around 10% among 25 to 44 age groups, which was the highest(11.21%) in 30 to 34 age group;then the rate was descended as the age raising, the rate of 50 to 54 age group was the lowest(7.78%).(3) Multiple logistic regression showed that the related risk factors of HR-HPV infection mainly included 1000 RMB and above of family income per person per month.possessing more than 1 sexual partner of her husband, outlander and hish levels of education.(4) The prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in HR-HPV positive group wag significantly higher than that in HR-HPV negative group(29.76% vs 3.32%,P<0.01).Conclusions(1)The HR-HPV infection rate among aged 25 to 54 years was 9.9% and there was no significant difference in area distribution.(2)The hish risk population which should strengthen screening was the married bearing-age women with high level of family income, outlander, high levels of education and her husband possessing more than 1 sexual partner.(3)HR-HPV infection is the main risk factor for CIN and cervical cancer.while does not provide a causal relationship with them. The high risk population should be checked regularly to understand the development of HR-HPV infection and CIN incidence.
