Objective To analyze the relationship of self-consciousness,internet addiction and life satisfaction in rural adolescents.Methods 443 rural adolescents were investigated with Children's Self-concept Scale,Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale (ALSS) and Secondary School Students Internet Addiction Diagnostic Scale (IADDS).Results ①The differences between left-behind and non-left-behind rural adolescents were significant in self-concept ((51.28± 12.86) vs (55.01 ± 11.58)),ALSS((27.68±7.38) vs (31.25± 4.36)) and IADDS((4.87±3.38) vs (3.22±2.39))(t=-3.121,P＜0.05;t=-6.384,P＜0.05;t=5.968,P ＜0.05).The differences between boys and girls were significant in self-concept ((52.28± 12.44) vs (55.35±11.66)),ALSS((29.36±6.36) vs (30.71±5.16)) and IADDS((29.36±6.36) vs (30.71±5.16))(t=-2.680,P＜0.05;t=-2.424,P＜0.05;t=5.146,P＜0.05).The differences between only child and non-only child were significant in ALSS ((29.04± 6.77) vs (30.56 ± 5.18)) and IADDS ((4.44± 3.08) vs (3.05 ±2.45))(t=-2.659,P＜0.05;t=2.818,P＜0.05).The differences of different academic performance were significant in self-concept,ALSS and IADDS (F=-4.788,P＜0.05;F=9.127,P＜0.05;F=17.387,P＜0.05).②There was a significant negative correlation between self-consciousness and internet addiction(r=-0.337,P＜0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between self-consciousness and life satisfaction (r=0.660,P＜0.01),and there was a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and internet addiction.(r=-0.484,P＜0.01).③Life satisfaction was the mediator variable between self-consciousness and internet addiction,and the mediating effect accounted for 90.8％ of the total effect.Conclusion Self-awareness influence internet addiction through life satisfaction.

The article reviewed mechanisms of the direct intracellular way induced by endotoxin.Paid special attentions to the development of transmembrane, intracellular and intranuclear signalling and looked ahead the application in clinic.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of heavy silicone oil used as internal tamponade to treat complicated retinal detachment. Methods Retrospective 15 patients ( 15 eyes)with complicated retinal detachment, whose retinal detachment arising from inferior retinal tears. Heavy silicone oil was applied to patients during vitrectomy. Results The mean follow-up was (4.20 ± 1.62)months. Retinal reattachment and holes were closed in 15 cases. Conclusions The study shows that heavy silicone oil tamponade is effective to treat complicated retinal detachment and relatively few complications.However, its emulsification period is relatively short, which may constrain its application to a certain extent.

Objective To discuss influence of nursing intervention on complications of elderly patients with lower extremity bone fracture. Methods 105 elderly patients with lower extremity bone fracture were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group and random nursing group with 52 patients in each group. χ2 test and t test were used to compare the nursing effect in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complication and average hospitalization time in the nursing intervention group were evidently lower than those of the random nursing group. Conclusions Nursing intervention has profound significance on rehabilitation of elderly patients with lower extremity bone fractures.

BACKGROUND:Creep is a visco-elastic biological material form of solid performance.It is necessary to understand the creep mechanical properties of middle cerebral artery in prevention and treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral hemorrhage.OBJECTIVE:To compare the creep rheological properties of middle cerebral artery between the normal and atherosclerotic animal model,to identify the effects of atherosclerosis on the creep properties of middle cerebral artery.METHODS:Male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,in the model group,rats were injected vitamin D3+nicotine+ high-fat diet fed to prepare atherosclerosis models;in the control group,rats were fed with normal diet.Rats were killed at 4 weeks and the middle cerebral artery specimens were obtained.The creep experiments were performed with electron Shimadzu universal testing machine The stress rate was 0.01 Mpa/s,with 7 200 s experimental time.A total of 1 00 numbers were collected and analyzed using one linear regression analysis.The creep curve,as well as the variation of strain and time was recorded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The middle cerebral artery creep changed faster at the initial 600 s in the normal and atherosclerotic rats,and then slowly decreased.The creep of normal rats were greater than that of the atherosclerotic artery specimens at the 7 200 s(50.38%,48.26%,P＜0.05).The results demonstrated that the middle cerebral artery have different mechanical properties of creep in normal and atherosclerotic rats.The creep curve is changed in an exponential relationship.and the atherosclerosis has certain effect on the creep characteristics of middle cerebral artery.

As one of pharmaconutrients,it has been proved that ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can regulate inflammation and immunological function because not only its metabolites are different from other lipids but also it can affect intracellular signal transduction.So the structure、composition and molecular mechanisms of ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are reviewed in this article.

As one of lipid nutrients,it has been proved that ?-3 polyunsaturaed fatty acids can effectively be used in the patients with sepsis,cancer,transplantation,chronic inflammatory diseases and so on,which is related with the molecular mechanisms of regulating the structure and function,cytokines and so on.So the clinical study of ?-3 polyunsaturaed fatty acids on different diseases is reviewed in this article.

In recent years, with the rapid development of antibody drugs, the antibody-based therapies have gradually expanded from the cancer and autoimmune diseases to metabolic and infectious diseases and so on. However, the development of antibody-based anti-infective drugs is much slower as there are only two kinds of drugs in the market. This is due to the complex infective mechanism of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens, and the monovalent character of monoclonal antibodies that greatly limit the anti-infection effect of antibody drugs. The development and application of novel technologies, such as recombinant polyclonal antibody technology, will greatly accelerate the development of antibody-based anti-infection drugs. This article will introduce the application and trends in the development of antibody-based drugs in the field of anti-infection therapy.

〔Abstract〕 Based on the data of funded papers from SCIE in 2013, the funded issues of high-level medical papers wrote by Chinese authors are discussed by bibliometrics method.The levels and sources of funds from domestic and foreign countries which funding the Chi-nese medical papers are analyzed.The present situation and existing problems of Chinese high-level medical papers funded by domestic and foreign fundations are revealed.
