1.Research on EV71 infection complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(5):466-469
Enterovirus 71(EV71) infection complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE) is an important complication and the main death cause of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. The exact pathogenesis has not yet fully understood. Peripheral sympathetic nervous system hyperexcitability has been recognized, but its central positioning and machanisms are debatable. In recent years, people emphasized the release of cytokines caused by the brainstem injury and/or systemic inflammatory response also plays a very important role in the formation of NPE.The interventions at present are mainly symptomatic treatment in the nervous system involvement, respiratory and circulatory failure. Vaccines are still in the experimental phase of exploration. There is a certain distance from clinical application.
3.Modification Suggestion of Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(10):998-1000
Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards (GB/T 12996-1991) is being modified in China. With the help of the test methods from the international standard, European standard and Japanese standard, in contrast to Chinese national standards, the article discussed the new Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards.
4.Creep mechanical properties of middle cerebral artery in rat cerebral atherosclerosis models
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(11):1979-1982
BACKGROUND:Creep is a visco-elastic biological material form of solid performance. It is necessary to understand the creep mechanical properties of middle cerebral artery in prevention and treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral hemorrhage.OBJECTIVE:To compare the creep rheological properties of middle cerebral artery between the normal and atherosclerotic animal model,to identify the effects of atherosclerosis on the creep properties of middle cerebral artery.METHODS:Male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,in the model group, rats were injected vitamin D3+nicotine+ high-fat diet fed to prepare atherosclerosis models;in the control group, rats were fed with normal diet.Rats were killed at 4 weeks and the middle cerebral artery specimens were obtained. The creep experiments were performed with electron Shimadzu universal testing machine The stress rate was 0.01 Mpa/s,with 7 200 s experimental time.A total of 1 00 numbers were collected and analyzed using one linear regression analysis. The creep curve,as well as the variation of strain and time was recorded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The middle cerebral artery creep changed faster at the initial 600 s in the normal and atherosclerotic rats, and then slowly decreased. The creep of normal rats were greater than that of the atherosclerotic artery specimens at the 7 200 s(50.38%,48.26%,P<0.05).The results demonstrated that the middle cerebral artery have different mechanical properties of creep in normal and atherosclerotic rats. The creep curve is changed in an exponential relationship.and the atherosclerosis has certain effect on the creep characteristics of middle cerebral artery.
5.Influence of nursing interventoin on complications of elderly patients with lower extremity bone fracture
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(9):31-32
Objective To discuss influence of nursing intervention on complications of elderly patients with lower extremity bone fracture. Methods 105 elderly patients with lower extremity bone fracture were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group and random nursing group with 52 patients in each group. χ2 test and t test were used to compare the nursing effect in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complication and average hospitalization time in the nursing intervention group were evidently lower than those of the random nursing group. Conclusions Nursing intervention has profound significance on rehabilitation of elderly patients with lower extremity bone fractures.
6.Clinical observation on heavy silicone oil in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(24):20-22
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of heavy silicone oil used as internal tamponade to treat complicated retinal detachment. Methods Retrospective 15 patients ( 15 eyes)with complicated retinal detachment, whose retinal detachment arising from inferior retinal tears. Heavy silicone oil was applied to patients during vitrectomy. Results The mean follow-up was (4.20 ± 1.62)months. Retinal reattachment and holes were closed in 15 cases. Conclusions The study shows that heavy silicone oil tamponade is effective to treat complicated retinal detachment and relatively few complications. However, its emulsification period is relatively short, which may constrain its application to a certain extent.
7.Research progress of enteral nutrition and growth velocity in very low birth weight infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(5):536-538
This article reviewed the digestive system characteristics, enteral nutrition style, milk choice, the starting time of enteral nutrition, the velocity of milk volume increased and the ideal growth velocity of very low birth weight infants. The aim was to investigate the effect of the different starting time of enteral nutrition on their digestive function and the growth velocity,in order to find the suitable starting time of enteral nutrition, providing the basis for clinical enteral nutrition program of very low birth weight infant.
8.Application of antibody drugs in the field of anti-infection.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(12):1527-33
In recent years, with the rapid development of antibody drugs, the antibody-based therapies have gradually expanded from the cancer and autoimmune diseases to metabolic and infectious diseases and so on. However, the development of antibody-based anti-infective drugs is much slower as there are only two kinds of drugs in the market. This is due to the complex infective mechanism of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens, and the monovalent character of monoclonal antibodies that greatly limit the anti-infection effect of antibody drugs. The development and application of novel technologies, such as recombinant polyclonal antibody technology, will greatly accelerate the development of antibody-based anti-infection drugs. This article will introduce the application and trends in the development of antibody-based drugs in the field of anti-infection therapy.
10.Research Advance of Correlated Biological Effects of Selenium, Iodine and Zinc
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Selenium, iodine and zinc are the essential trace elements for human body and the important components of many kinds of hormones, proteins and enzymes. The three elements can play important biological roles by affecting the hormones, proteins and enzymes in human body, one of the three elements can influence the biological effects of the other two. For preventing and curing some deficiency diseases and supernutrition, to study the correlated biological effect of the three trace elements will demonstrate the important theory significance and practical value.
