1.Treatment of 78 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis by Electroacupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(3):54-55
Seventy-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by acupuncture on 4 acupoints around knee, Dubi (ST 35), Neixiyan (Ex-LE 4), Liangqiu (ST 34) and Xuehai (SP 10), which were connected with electrotherapy instrument after the arrival of qi, and TDP irradiation of the knee. After 2 courses of treatment, 26 cases were cured clinically, 18 cases got remarkable effectiveness, 13 cases was improved and 3 cases failed, with the total effective rate of 96.2%.
2.Targeted drug therapy for bladder cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(3):236-238
Systemic chemotherapy is the main treatment which can improve the survival time of bladder cancer patients, though its efficacy is quite limited. The applications of targeted therapeutic drugs in bladder cancer has become more needed in clinic. At present the targeted drugs for bladder cancer include bevacizumab, cetuximab, sunitinib, gefitinib, everolimus and the inhibitor of programmed cell death-1 and its ligand, they provide a new direction for the treatment of advanced bladder cancer.
3.Designing of Cooperative Learning Model in Medical English Teaching in Open Studying Environment
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
The establishment of new teaching model in the open teaching environment has promised dramatic changes in the way we teach and learn in medical English.Through the combination of the character of medical English teaching and our experience of On-line Medical English Teaching,we introduce a cooperative model in Web-based course design for enhancing traditional face-to-face classroom teaching for further improvement in the process of reform.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;42(19):973-977
Cell-cycle deregulation leading to excessive cellproliferation is an important mechanism of human tumorigenesis. CDK6 and CDK4 have been found to be significant regulators of cellcycle, particularly in promoting cell -cycle progress. Moreover, these proteins are usually overly active in most tumors and closely related to tumor development. Recently, research has confirmed CDK4/6 as prospective targets for cancer therapy. However, the mechanism of excessive CDK6 activation leading to tumorigenesis is not completely understood. Therefore, further understanding of the role of CDK4/6 in cell -cycle regulatory pathways and celldifferenti-ation is essential, as well as their overexpression in different types of tumors. This information will elucidate the mechanisms of tumor development and treatment. Therefore, this review intends to discuss the structure and biological function of CDK6, the role and mecha-nism of CDK6 in carcinogenesis, and the clinical application of CDK6 inhibitors.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2013;(2):114-117
Objective The turnover intention and the work states of the health technicians were investigated to analyze the influencing factors of turnover and the relationship between turnover intention and work state,to guide the health technicians who want to dimission to make a correct decision, and to make some suggestions to improve their work states. Methods Multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to survey 2903 health workers on the job of all the county-level public hospitals in Shandong Province by the questionnaire of the Fourth National Health Services Survey.Analysis methods included Two Logistic classification regression and three evaluation methods based on two weights. Results 32.4 percent health technicians had turnover intention. The risk factors of the turnover intention were as follows:medical department, bad assessments of the practice environment, low degree of the diversity of job skills, small level of improving the individual's capacity, low degree of job satisfaction, high degree of job autonomy, high requirement for the expression of individual emotions, high working pressure, high job burnout. The higher turnover intentions were, the lower synthetical evaluation scores of the work states were. Conclusion The county hospitals ought to pay more attention to the health technicians with high tumover intention, and to guide the health technicians who want to dimission to make a correct decision, and to make some suggestions to improve their work states through having a heart-to-heart talk, training, and career planning, etc.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(12):-
This paper explores into the differences of successful and unsuccessful medical students in their use of English writing strategies. The result of T-test shows that students differ a lot in their use of four writing strategies especially in macro-management strategy and func-tion-focused strategy. Therefore, teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of au-tonomous use of writing strategy in daily writing courses.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(7):1194-1196
Objective To assess the value of selective renal arterial embolization in treating mononephrous renal angiomyolipoma. Methods 1 6 patients with mononephrous renal angiomyolipoma were retrospectively analyzed. To observe and analyze the changes in renal function, lesions reduction and its complications. Results Symptoms have been improved significantly after treatment,no se-rious complications were observed during operation and postoperation. The creatinine level in postoperation was lower than the pre-operative level,followed-up after 1year.Conclusion Selective renal artery embolization is a safe and effective method for the treat-ment of mononephrous renal angiomyolipoma.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(18):1175-1179
Objective:To study the role of FDCs-miR-548m-CDK6 axis on clonogenicity in mantle cell lymphoma. Methods:RT-qPCR and Western blot were used respectively to test the expression of miR-548m and CDK6. Bioinformatics assay was applied to predict the targets of miR-548m, and Western Blot was used to test the expression level of CDK6 after miR-548m overexpression or in-hibition. Luciferase report assay was performed to test whether CDK6 was a direct target of miR-548m. Colony forming assay was used to test the colony forming activity in MCL after overexpression of miR-548m or knockdown of CDK6. Results:Cell adhesion to FDCs induced downregulation of miR-548m and CDK6 expression in MCL. Bioinformatics assay revealed that miR-548m could target the 3'-UTR of CDK6 and that a negative correlation exists between the level of miR-548m and the CDK6 expression. Luciferase report as-say confirmed that miR-548m directly targeted 3'-UTR of CDK6. Colony forming assay showed that overexpression of miR-548m or knockdown of CDK6 significantly suppressed MCL colony formation. Conclusion:This study reveals that FDC-enhanced mantle cell lymphoma clonogenicity is mediated by the miR-548m/CDK6 axis.
