Objective: To investigate the level of MMP-3 in the serum of gastric cancer pa-tients and to examine the expression of VEGF-C in gastric cancer, to evaluate the effects of the two factors on the development process of cancer. Methods: The enzyme linked immunosorben assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the serum levels of MMP-3 in 50 patients with gastric cancer. PDCA cycle was applied in special rectification activities for medical instrument clinical trial, with quality criteria of implementation made. Completed medical instrument clinical trial from January 2011 to December 2012 was believed as control group, from January 2013 to December 2014 as PDCA group, the scores of clinical trial and the score rate of items were compared and analyzed. Results show quality scores of clinical trial in PDCA group are higher than that in control group (51 vs. 81, P < 0.001), score rate of items increased except adverse events (P < 0.001). The special rectification activities with PDCA applied in our department are feasible and effective. It significantly improves implement quality of medical instrument clinical trial.

BACKGROUND: Using color Doppler ultrasonography, renal graft size, appearance, structure, and blood flow distribution can be observed. Through the use of blood flow display technique, blood flow perfusion of renal graft can be accurately observed to assist diagnosis and differential diagnosis of complications following renal transplantation. OBJECTIVE: To observe the hemodynamic characteristics during different periods of acute renal transplant rejection, summarize its specific manifestations through analyzing different reaction of two dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) during renal transplantation in order to get valuable index on acute rejection of renal transplantation.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Comparative observation was performed at the Jinan University and First Hospital of Shenzhen University between January 2003 and January 2007.PARTICIPANTS: A total of 299 patients undergoing renal transplantation were divided into normal allograft group (n=236) and acute rejection group (n=63) according to renal allograft function.METHODS: The systolic peak flow rate, end-diastolic flow rate, mean flow rate, pulsatility index and resistance index of main renal artery and arcuate artery in patients of two groups were compared. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Renal allograft arterial inner diameter and hemodynamics of two groups.RESULTS: Compared with normal allograft group, the blood flow perfusion was reduced at acute rejection, which could not reach cortex margin, blood velocity was decreased at the diastolic phase, pulsatility index and resistance index were increased (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Color Doppler ultrasound, as a convenient, economical and noninvasive technique, provides the reliable evidences for the renal artery pulsatility index and resistance index in clinic, and also is valuable for the acute rejection early diagnosis of renal allograft.

Objective To explore the health guidance role on treating uterine fibroids in high intensity fo-cused ultrasound thermal ablation(HIFU).Methods High intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment was used in 74 cases of uterine fibroids patients before and after treatment to enable patients to better health guidance with treatment.Results After treatment,symptoms of patients with the clinical manifestation including menstrual too much,dysmenorrhea,frequent urination,constipation and anemia,were significantly improved.The volume of myoma of uterus before treatment and after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 1 year were (100.780 ±104.243 )cm3 , (53.446 ±49.546)cm3,(32.704 ±32.246)cm3 and (21.991 ±16.301)cm3,respectively.The volume of myoma of uterus gradually reduced after treatment as compared with that before treatment,the difference had statistical signifi-cance(t=6.758,186,7.567,all P<0.01).Conclusion Effective health guidance is beneficial to HIFU treatment for patient.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, etiology and risk factors of chronic pancreatitis guided by the M-ANNHEIM classification of chronic pancreatitis and to evaluate the validity and clinical significance of this classification. Methods A review of clinical data of inpatients in our hospital from December 2007 to December 2009 was conducted. The classification was carried out according to the pancreatitis were enrolled. There were 256 adult patients and 51 children and adolescent patients (age of onset<18 yr). Among these cases, 129(42%) reported a drinking history. 110 cases (35.8%) had a smoking history, 31 cases (10.1%) presented with hyperlipoidemia. 12 cases had some factors related to pancreatic duct such as pancreas divisum, pancreas trauma. There were 231 (75.2%) cases with calcification of pancreas, 45 (14.7%) with exocrine insufficiency (steatorrhea), 58 (18.9%) with endocrine dysfunction (diabetes mellitus), 32 (10.4%) underwent pancreatic surgeries, and 39 (12.7%) with pancreatic pseudocysts, biliary obstruction, pancreatic cancer and other severe complications. The M-ANNHEIM clinical staging of chronic pancreatitis was: no case in stage 0, 220(71.7%) cases in stage Ⅰ , 69(22.5%) cases in stage Ⅱ ,12(3.9%) cases in stage Ⅲ and 6 cases in stage Ⅳ. The mean value of the M-ANNHEIM score and severity index was 7.78,69 (22.5%) cases were in the minor level, 174 (56.7%) were in the increased level,62(20.2%) cases were in the advanced level. Conclusions The M-ANNHEIM classification of chronic pancreatitis is a simple, objective, accurate and noninvasive tool in clinical practice. This new classification system will be helpful for investigating the impact and interaction of various risk factors on the course of the disease.

Objective To study the correlation between emotion regulation type and mental quality of young army men.Methods 487 young army men were measured with the Mental Quality Questionnaire of Army men and the questionnaire of army men's emotion regulation types.Results (1)Compared to soldiers,non-commissioned officers were tend to use affective-appeal((16.65±3.57)vs(15.65±3.45),t=2.08,P<0.05).The dimension of altective-appeal was significantly different in service age(F=2.85,P<0.05).The dimension of cognitive-focus had significantly difference between different education levels of soldiers(F=3.94.P<0.01).(2)The dimensions of cognitive-focus(t=4.41,P<0.01) and self-comfort(t=4.44.P<0.01) were significantly different in mental quality level.(3)There was a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality(P<0.05).Affective-appeal,behavior-restrain and self-comfort were significantly positive predictions of mental quality,meanwhile cognitive focus was negative.Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality.

Objective To investigate the stent occlusion rate and its risk factor in chronic pancreatitis (CP). Methods From November 2006 to January 2010 a total of 77 pancreatic endoprostheses from 64 patients with CP were tested by simulating the pathophysiologically increased main pancreatic duct (MPD)pressure. The water flow during 15 seconds was recorded 4 times at a pressure of 10 cm water. Kaplan Meier method was used to evaluate the univariate relationship between risk factor and stent occlusion, and Cox regression survival analysis was used to evaluate the multivariate relationship between risk factor and stent occlusion. Results 64 patients with CP were included, with 43 males and 21 females, the mean age was 38 years (range, 4 ～ 80 years). The stents had been placed for a mean of 263 days ( range 26 ～ 759 days).Average stent diameter was 8F (range, 5 ～ 10 F). The overall occlusion rate was 67.5% (52/77), the nonocclusion rates at 90, 180, 360, 540 d were 96. 1% (74/77) , 72.7% (56/77) ,58.4% (45/77) and 35.1% (27/77). In the Cox regression analysis, endoprosthesis diameter ≥8.5F was shown to be the only risk factors for stent occlusion. Conclusions A significant proportion of stents placed after 180 d were not occluded, and were significantly lower than those reported from similar studies overseas. Pancreatic endoprosthesis diameter ≥8. 5F was prone to occlusion.

Objective To investigate if the anticancer prescription Fuzhengyiaitang in combination with progestogen matching chems can have better clinical effects than progestogen alone.Methods Collecting 60 patients and grouped into two randomly.One group named the experimental group and the other is named the control.The experimental group is given Fuzhengyiaitang and progestogen and the control ine is given the progestogen alone.The clinical effects are investigated.Results The experimental group had better clinical effects than the other one and the results had statistical significance.The experimental group are stronger,had better immunal functions and less side effects.Conclusion Fuzhengyiaitang and progestogen match cbems Can have better clinical effects in treating the stage I's operation.

Methods Sixty-seven recipients of renal allograft were included in the study.
