1.Advancement of pretreatment to decrease antigenicity in homologous nerve transplantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(53):10525-10528
Autogenous nerve transplantation is the best means for treating peripheral nerve injury. However, it would detriments function of donor area. Therefore, homologous nerve transplantation is adopted in clinic. The key of successful nerve allograft transplantation is to reduce nerve allograft antigenicity. Compared to physics method, chemistry method achieved a better result in reducing antigenicity of allograft nerve. Here, we introduce immune response and characteristics of grafts following homologous nerve transplantation, discuss the pretreatment method which can reduce the antigenicity. And propose that the combination of one or many kinds of methods would decrease the antigenicity of homogenous nerve in future.
2.Effects of electroacupuncture on the expression of Nestin in neural stem cell after focal cerebral ischemia in rats
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(10):-
Objective To study the influence of electroacupuncture on the expression of Nestin in neural stem cells after focal cerebral ischemia in rats and to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture in treating ischemic brain injury. Methods The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was made by using opening cranium hot coagulation in 72 rats, who were divided randomly into a model group and an electroacupuncture group. Electroacupuncture was applied on "Dazhui" and "Baihui" points in rats in electroacupuncture group, and immunohistochemistry method was used to observe the number of Nestin expression positive cells on the 3th, 7th, 14th and 21st days after ischemia. Results There were Nestin positive cells in the cortex, hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) and striatum at different time points after cerebral ischemia, and the number of Nestin positive cells in various brain regions were increased significantly on the 7th day (P

Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-?B(NF-?B) around the hematoma by the intervension of APS in rat, to study mechanisms of APS protecting brain and its effect on inflammation after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods ICH models was induced in rats by injection ofⅦtype collagenase into the right globas pallidus. APS was used as the intervension drug. Immunohistochemisty was used to investigate the dynamic changes of the expression of NF-?B in the tissue surrounding hematoma in ICH rats. Ultrastructures of the cells around the hematoma were observed with transmission electron microscope. Results Compared with model group, the scores of neurological behavior in treatment group rats were decreased significantly at 3 day and 5 day (P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(01):-
With the burgeoning of continuing medical education, grass-roots hospitals are confronted with quite a number of problems in the implementation of the task, such as a general rush into action with each department going its own way, incontrollable educational expenses that are beyond the hospitals, difficulties in developing programs at the hospital level because of the limitation of academic disciplines, and the buying and selling of credits. In view of the above problems, the authors put forward some suggestions for formulating a series of continuing medical education management strategies that both conform to the situation in our country and suit the needs of health professionals at grass-roots institutions.

0.05).(3) IL-17 was positively correlated to CRP(r=0.460,P 0.05).Conclusion:(1) IL-17 in patients is much higher than that in normal people, and is positively correlated to CRP,the acknowledged marker of inflammation status, but not correlated to dialysis duration, suggesting that IL-17 plays a role in pathogenesis of immune anomaly and micro-inflammation in patients with ESRD and HD;(2) There is no correlation between IL-6 and IL-17,and the mechanism of IL-17 elevation in ESRD patients needs to be further investigated.

Objective To explore the relationship between gene mutation of JAK2 V617F, JAK2 (exon12), CALR, MPL and clinical features of patients with bcr-abl negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), and to analyze the risk factors of thrombosis. Methods Clinical features and laboratory tests of 115 patients with bcr-abl negative MPN were analyzed retrospectively. 34 patients with thrombosis were treated as the observation group, and 81 patients without thrombosis were treated as the control group. Results Among 71 primary thrombocythemia cases, the white blood cell count (WBC) and hemoglobin level of JAK2 V617F positive group and CALR positive group was higher than that of 4 gene mutations in negative group (F= 5.835, P= 0.005; F= 3.405, P= 0.039). The incidence of splenomegaly in JAK2 V617F positive group and CALR positive group was higher than that of 4 gene mutations in negative group (χ2=16.902, P=0.0002; χ2= 12.658, P= 0.001). The patients'proportion of JAK2 V617F positive, high hemoglobin level (male ≥160 g/L, female ≥150 g/L), hypertension and over 60 years old in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (χ2= 5.585, P= 0.025; χ2= 4.909, P= 0.043; χ2= 8.891, P= 0.004; χ2=15.933, P=0.023). Conclusion The detection of JAK2 V617F, JAK2 (exon12), CALR and MPL gene mutations is helpful to the diagnosis of bcr-abl negative MPN; JAK2 V617F positive, high hemoglobin level, hypertension, and elderly age are risk factors of thrombosis.

Objective To introduce operative skill of liver resection by blocking hilum of liver under normal temperature.Method Retrospective analysis of experience treating 86 cases of liver cancer with the operation.Result Among 86 cases of hepatic malignant tumor, there were not serious complications such as death, massive haemorrhage etc.during operation;postoperative liver failure occurred in 7 cases, among them, cure 5 cases and 2 cases of death. The incision infection occurred in 5 patients; The thorax dropsy occurred in 19 cases, which was absorbed by oneself after treating in 14 cases, cured by puncture occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion Operative skill of blocking hilum of liver under normal temperature is more ideal means in treating the liver cancer.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and side effects of FLAG and MEA regimen in the treatment of relapsed and refractory adult acute myeloid leukemia. Methods Use retrospective analysis to Observe the therapeutic effects and side effects of the 51 cases of relapsed and refractory adult acute myeloid leukemia (M3 except) from January 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital, which are divided into FLAG group (23 cases) and MEA group (28 cases) according to chemotherapy. Results In FLAG group, the rate of complete remission was 30.4 % (7/23),the rate of partial remission was 17.4 % (4/23),the effective rate was 47.8 % (11/23).In MEA group, the rate of complete remission was 35.7 % (10/28),the rate of partial remission was 21.4 % (6/28),the effective rate was 57.1% (16/28),difference between two groups was not statistically significant. Both groups appeared Ⅳ degrees myelosupression, and there were no significant differences between them on incidences of secondary infection [95.7 % (22/23) vs 89.3 % (25/28)] and haemorrhagia [82.6 % (19/23) vs 85.7 % (24/28)].Difference on cardiac toxicity was statistically significant. Conclusions Compared with MEA regimen, FLAG regimen are similar effective and can be well tolerated, which has lower cardiac toxicity. Thus, FLAG regimen can be used as first-line treatment for relapsed and refractory adult acute myeloid leukemia.
