Objective To probe the periodontal ligament regeneration following the implantation of bone marrow mesenchymal cells ( BMSCs ) sheet-collagen membrane-BMSCs sheet sandwich complex.Methods BMSCs cell sheet-collagen membrane-BMSCs sheet complexes were compounded on the root surface of teeth of Beagle dogs.All the dogs were killed on 4 and 12 weeks after implantation.Periodontal ligament regeneration was observed by radiological means, HE staining and Sirus-red staining.Results Compared with collagen membrane group and blank control group, there was a clearly periodontal ligament like tissue and Sharpey′s like fibres formation in test group only.Conclustion Cell sheet-collagen membrane-cell sheet sandwich complex can effectively improve the periodontal ligament regeneration.

Objective To explore the relationship of depth of trophoblastic invasion with trophoblast cell activity and serum β-hCG according to the expression of proliferation antigen Ki-67 which viewed as an indicator of cell proliferation activity.Methods Fallopian tube specimens collected from 108 patients who underwent operation treatment for fallopian tubal pregnancy in our hospital were investigated by light microscopic examination.They were divided into three groups according to the depth of trophoblastic infiltration: Ⅰ group (stage): trophoblastic invasion of tubal mucosa,Ⅱ group(stage): trophoblastic invasion of the muscularis,Ⅲ group(stage): trophoblast invasion of serosa layer(muscularis penetration).The expression of Ki-67 was detected by SP method and blood β-hCG was detected within 2 hours of preoperative.The level of β-hCG,the expression of Ki-67 and the depth of trophoblast invasion were analyzed.Results Mean level of serumβ-hCG in Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were(1416.64 ± 859.94)U/L,(3380.33 ± 2392.36)U/L and(6999.33 ± 4949.90)U/L respectively.Positive expression rate of cell proliferation antigen Ki-67 in Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 21.95％,53.66％ and 6.40％ respectively.There were significant difference on the expression of Ki-67 between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,group Ⅱ and Ⅲ group,group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ(x2 =3.94,4.07,4.35,respectively,P ＜ 0.05).The serumβ-hCG level also displayed statistics difference in the three groups(F =9.914,P ＜ 0.01).The positive expression of Ki-67 and serum β-hCG level were positively correlated with each other(r =0.678,P ＜ 0.05)Conclusion The high level of the serum β-hCG indicates high expression of Ki-67 and deeper trophoblast invasion of tubal wall.

Objective To compare the anesthetic effects,safety and side effects of the mixture with different ratios of etomidate to propofol in painless gastroscopy.Methods Two hundred patients scheduled for painless gastroscopy,95 males and 105 females,aged 18 to 65 years,BMI 18.5-27.0 kg/m2,ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,were randomized into two groups,group A (the ratio of eto-midate and propofol volume 1:1);group B (the ratio of etomidate and propofol volume 1:2).All of the patients were injected with sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg at first.All patients were given the first dose of 0.15-0.2 ml/kg intravenously slowly.Repeated doses of 1-2 ml etomidate-propofol were administered to maintain an adequate level of sedation.HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2were monitored.The dosages of etomidate and propofol were recorded.At the same time the induction time,the operation time,the recovery time and the leaving time were recorded.And low blood pressure,hypoxia saturation,re-spiratory obstruction,muscle fibrillation,nausea and vomiting and other adverse reactions were re-corded.Results There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the induction time,the operation time,the recovery time,the leaving time,perioperative hypotension,periopera-tive hypoxia and injection pain.The dosage of etomidate in the group A was significantly more than in the group B (P<0.01).The dosage of propofol in the group A was significantly less than in the group B(P<0.05).The incidence of myoclonus in group A was notably higher than that in the group B (P<0.01),The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group A was higher than that in the group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Etomidate plus propofol (1:2)had less incidence of myoclonus and nausea and vomiting,and it is more suitable for gastroscopy than 1:1 EP mixture.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression of MEF2D in NPC tissues, study the relationship between the expression and prognostic. METHOD: Specimens from 101 NPC patients who were follow-up visited 1 to 7 years were analyzed for MEF2D by using immunohistochemistry. RESULT: (1) The expression of MEF2D was higher in the higher clinical stage. (2) Density and Grey of MEF2D was negative correlated (|r| = 0.865, P < 0.01). (3) NPC patients' survival rate after therapies was 52.5%, the survival curve of 1th clinical stage was higher than 4th. (4) The survival curves of MEF2D stages were no statistical significance. CONCLUSION There's statistical significance of the MEF2D expression in clinical stages, but not in survival curve, which indicated that MEF2D concerned with invasion and metastatic of NPC.

The concept of human resource consumption in RBRVS was used as reference to improve the activity-based costing ( ABC ) method. The authors sorted out the resource cost repository, identified the activity system, classified the motivation resources into respective activity cost repositories, and calculated the cost of respective cost object distribution.The cost of three telemedicine service items(remote single discipline consultation, remote image consultation and remote pathology consultation were 119.69, 147.03 and 161.61 yuan respectively) was calculated by the improved ABC.It can better indicate project costs than that calculated by the traditional ABC(137.30, 147.17 and 144.08 yuan), and proves more consistent with the existing prices of other province(134.00, 150.00 and 174.00 yuan).

Objective: To understand the current situation of intimate partner violence (IPV) among young students in Chengdu and its relationship with emotion regulation self-efficacy,and to provide a reference for conducting the education on close relationship. Methods: Totally 1 041 young students with love experience in Chengdu were selected by by stratified cluster random sampling to explore potentional factors related to IPV. Results: The incidence of IPV perpetration among young students with love experience was as high as 69.6% and the incidence of IPV victimization was 62.2%. Young students had committed(65.4%) or been subjected(64.0%) to more than three intimate partner violence. 59.92% young students were both perpetrators and victims of IPV. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with young female students, young male students were not prone to commit violence in intimate relationships(OR=0.59), but may become victims of IPV(OR=1.91). More than half a year in love(OR=1.70), cohabitation(OR=2.47), bullying by peers (OR=1.54) and interference by parents (OR=1.63) were risk factors for IPV perpetration. Among them, more than half a year in love (OR=1.51) and cohabitants (OR=2.52) were positively associated with IPV victimization. The efficacy of managing negative emotions was a negatively associated with IPV perpetration (OR=0.96) and victimization(OR=0.97)(P<0.05). Conclusion The phenomenon of intimate partner violence among young students is more common, which is closely related to the rearing style of young students, peer relationship, love relationship and the ability to manage negative emotions, which should be paid attention to.

Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasound probe fixation bracket assisted ultrasound-guided venipuncture in difficult intravenous access.Methods:A total of 105 inpatients with difficult intravenous access from November 2017 to May 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method. From November 2017 to May 2018, 39 patients as the control group were treated with ultrasound-guided peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture technique. From June 2018 to May 2019, 66 patients as the experimental group were treated with ultrasound probe fixation bracket assisted ultrasound-guided peripheral vein indwelling needle puncture technique. The success rate of one needle puncture, the times of puncture and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one needle puncture was 92.4% (61/66) in the experimental group and 66.7% (26/39) in the control group ( χ2 value was 11.450, P<0.01); The puncture times in the experimental group and the control group were 1.08±0.27 and 1.44 ±0.72, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z value was -3.435, P<0.01). The pain scores of the experimental group and the control group were 2.00 ± 0.95 and 3.08±1.37, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z value was -4.159, P<0.01). Conclusions:The application of ultrasound probe fixation bracket assisted ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture technique in patients with difficult intravenous access can improve the success rate of one needle puncture, reduce the number of puncture and reduce the degree of pain.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two methods of compressive coverage with aseptic gauze dressing and alginate dressing on haemostasis in placement of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)so as to provide a new dressing method for clinical application.Methods A total of 416 breast cancer patients undergoing PICC were randomly divided into two groups,with 208 per group.In the control group,the puncture sites for PICC were dressed with aseptic gauze immediately after the placement of PICC,with a daily aseptic gauze dressing change once per 24 hours.In the trial group,the puncture sites were dressed with alginate dressing immediately after the placement of PICC,with a weekly dressing change at the 7th day after PICC placement,while no local bleeding on the puncture site.The incidence,within 24 hours,of bleeding,degree of comfort,frequency and cost of dressing change as well as the infection rate within 7 days after the PICC placement were monitored and compared between the groups.Results A total of 205 patients in the control group and 208 in the observation group had completed the study.In the trial group,the incidence of bleeding at puncture sites within 24 hours after placement of PICC was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.88%vs.38.05%,χ2=4.829,P=0.028).The frequency of dressing change within 24 hours in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(Z=205.235,P<0.001).The cost of dressing change in the observed groups was also significantly less than that of the control group(56.94 vs.10.20 yuan in average,Z=-8.990,P<0.001).The incidence rates of local pain and itche reported by the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(Z=-12.079,P<0.001;Z=-12.194,P<0.001).No infection at the puncture site was observed in both groups.Conclusions Application of alginate dressing immediately after PICC placement in breast cancer patients can extend the time for initial dressing change up to 7 days in the patient without bleeding at the puncture site within 24 hours after the placement of PICC.An alginate dressing can reduce the incidence of bleeding at the puncture site,increase the comfort of patients,lower the frequency and cost of dressing change hence the nursing workload.

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing measures on preventing the occurrence of central venous access devices associated skin impairment (CASI) of tumor patients.Methods:A total of 306 tumor patients with indwelling PICC who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Beijing from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the experimental group by the convenient sampling method, and they were given cluster nursing measures. A total of 295 patients with indwelling PICC from March 2017 to June 2018 in the same department were selected in the control group, and the PICC catheterization and maintenance procedures were used for operation. The occurrence of CASI and the degree of pain and itching of CASI patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of CASI in the experimental group was 7.19% (22/306) , lower than 20.34% (60/295) in the control group, and the number of cases of tension blisters and contact dermatitis in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . The degree of pain and itching of patients with CASI in the experimental group were lighter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Cluster nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of CASI in tumor patients with indwelling PICC and improve their comfort degree.

Objective:To investigate whether the lung specific X protein(LUNX)gene can serve as a prognostic biomarker for non-small cell lung cancer related to immune cell infiltration.Methods:A total of 280 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Hengshui People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected to detect the expression of LUNX gene in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues,and to analyze the relationship between LUNX gene and immune cell infiltration and prognosis survival status in the tumor microenvironment.Results:Compared with adjacent tissues,the expression level and positive rate of LUNX gene in non-small cell lung cancer tissue were increased,which were related to differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and tumor staging(P<0.05).GEPIA database analysis showed that the LUNX gene was only slightly expressed or not expressed in other tissues,while its expression was elevated in LUAD and LUSC(P<0.05).The copy number of LUNX gene and LUNX gene were related to the level of immune cell infiltration(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that high expression of the LUNX gene was associated with patient survival prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LUNX gene is specifically expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissue,affecting the level of immune cell infiltration in non-small cell lung cancer,leading to an imbalance in the immune microenvironment,and is an important mechanism for causing patients prognostic death,which can be used as a prognostic biomarker for evaluating immune cell infiltration.
