Objective To explore the relationship between Confucian coping and life meaning searching and assertion. Methods 378 undergraduates were assessed by the subscale " Meaning Searching and Assertion" in the life attitude profile scale (LAP) and the Confucian coping questionnaire. Results The role of adversity to individual growing,optimism in the adversity and the responsibility as human being were significantly related to life meaning searching and assertion,as well as each factor( r = 0. 412, r = 0. 630, r = 0. 374, P＜0. 01). The viewpoints to "fate" was significantly related to life purpose and life control( r= -0. 113, r= -0. 141, P＜0. 05). Regression analysis showed the role of adversity to individual growing,optimism in the adversity and the responsibility as human being are main predictor of life meaning searching and assertion. Conclusion Confucian coping can predict the individual level of life meaning searching and assertion.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of lateral collateral ligament reconstruction surgery com-bined with arthroscopy in treatment of chronic lateral ankle instability.Methods 60 cases with chronic lateral ankle instability were selected,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to a random number table,which has 30 cases in each group.The control group was received conservative treatment, the study group was underwent exploratory arthroscopic ankle cleanup combined with peroneus brevis tendon lateral ligament reconstruction surgery.Scores before and after treatment of the two groups were detected in American bare foot and ankle surgery-hindfoot score system( AOFAS) .And excellent rate,the recurrence rate and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results AOFAS score before treatment of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05),AOFAS score after treatment of two groups were significantly higher,and that of the study group was sig-nificantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=9.837,10.873,8.789,all P<0.05);Excellent rate of the study group was 96.7% (29/30) significantly higher than the 73.3% (22/30) in the control group,recurrence rate of the study group was 0.0% (0/30),significantly lower than the 13.3% (4/30) in the control group,the complication rate of the study group was 3.3%(1/30),significantly lower than the 20.0%(6/30)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =13.982,15.037,13.298,all P<0.05). Conclusion Lateral collateral ligament reconstruction surgery combined with arthroscopy in treatment of chronic lat-eral ankle instability has better clinical efficacy,the recurrence rate is low,and has less complications.

ObjectiveTo revise belief in a just world scale (BJW) established by Dalbert according with Chinese cultures and examine its reliability and validity.MethodsAt the base of studying abroad-related questionnaire and preparatory tests,a total 930 undergraduates form The East,The Middle and The West of China participant in this test respectively.ResultsThrough item analysis and explore factor analysis,the revised belief in a just world contained 13 items and 2 subscales which could explain 52.205％ of the total variances.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the revised belief in a just world scales had good construct validity.The Cronbach's coefficients of the scales was 0.885,and test-retest reliabilities was 0.884.ConclusionThe revised belief in just world scales has fairly high reliability and validity.

Objective To explore the classification of abnormal electroencephalogram of children with cerebral palsy (CP) and the relationship between the electroencephalogram and the CP type.Methods152 CP children were examined with the electroencephalogram. The data of electroencephalogram were analyzed.ResultsThe abnormal electroencephalogram rate of 152 CP children was 40.13%. The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the children with athetoid was lower (8.33%). The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the children with spastity hemiplegia was higher (71.43%).ConclusionThe abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the CP children is related with the location of cerebral injury.

Objective:To study the tissue speciality of endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation mediated by endothelial protein activated by acetylcholine (EPA)and its relationship with atherosclerosis.Methods:The tension of the isolated artery preparations was recorded using isometric-tension method and the isolated endothelium-intact vessels derived from normal and hyperlipidemic animal artery.Results:The EPA-mediated endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation was exhibited in rabbit aorta, renal, femoral, carotid, pulmonary arteries and cat aorta, renal, femoral, mesentery, coronary arteries but with different EC50. The sensitivity of EPA to ACh in descending order: pulmonary>renal>aorta>femoral>carotid arteries in rabbits. In cats,coronary>aorta>femoral>mesentary>renal. The endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation mediated by EPA in aorta, carotid and pulmonary arteries decreased significantly in hyperlipidemia rabbits.Conclusions:EPA effect existed wildly in testing artery and was of different tissue sensitivity. The decrease in EPA potency was closely related to occurence of atheroclerosis.

ObjectiveTo examine the relationship between belief in a just world of college students and prosocial tendencies.Methods400 college students were examined by using the belief in a just of Chinese versions ( BJW ) and the prosocial tendencies scales.Results①There was a marginally significant difference on college student's general belief in a just world and personal belief in a just world among different grades ( F=3.90,F=3.05,P ＜ 0.05 ).②The personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world was significantly posilively correlated with the prosocial tendencies of college students ( r =0.25,r =0.24,P ＜ 0.01 ).③Significant differences existed between the high-scoriug,the middle group and the low-scoring BJW group in prosocial tendencies and its sub-dimensions ( F =3.36 ～ 12.87,P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01 ),expect the openness dimension of prosocial tendencies( F =1.71,P ＞ 0.05 ).The scores of those three groups on prosocial tendencies ( (3.74 ± 0.43 ),( 3.57 ± 0.42),( 3.44 ± 0.43 ) ) and its sub-dimensions shows a decreasing trend from high to low.④Layer multivariate linear regression analysis showed that general belief in a just world were significant predictors of the prosocial tendencies( β =0.18,P＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionsThe intensity of belief in a just world has a certain impact on the prosocial tendencies of college students.

To explore the mechanism of protecting erythrocyte deformability (ED) of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS)and propyllene glycolmannurate sulfate(PGMS) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The erythrocyte filtration index(EFI),erythrocgte membrane Na+,K+-ATPase .glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured in 52 patients with AMI. Meanwhile the effects of PSS and PGMS on EFI, Na+,K+-ATPase ,GSH-Px and LPO in AMI patients were observed in vitro. The results showed that the EFI and LPO were markedly higher ,Na+ ,K+-ATP ase and GSH-Px were si-hnificantly lower in patients than those in control(P0. 05). These results indicate that PSS and PGMS could improve the ED in patients ,and the efficacy of PSS or PGMS was related to enchancement of erythrocyte membrane ATP-ase anci GSH-Px activity.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical application of gastric pharyngeal anastomosis assisted by laparoscope. METHOD: Apply laparoscope in the gastric pharyngeal anastomosis for 4 cases of advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma patients. RESULT: Gastric pharyngeal anastomosis assisted by laparoscope were successfully completed in all 4 patients, all patients avoided thoracotomy or laparotomy, one patient occurred pharyngeal fistula, and died six months later. One patient had cervical lymph node metastasis a year and a half later, without treatment again because of economicissue. The remaining two patients were still alive, one patient had survived 3 years and a half after operation, the other had survived 2 years and a half after operation. CONCLUSION Gastric pharyngeal anastomosis assisted by laparoscope is feasible. It can reduce the operation wound, improve the safety of operation and patients' life quality.
