Objective To analyze the relationship of self-consciousness,internet addiction and life satisfaction in rural adolescents.Methods 443 rural adolescents were investigated with Children's Self-concept Scale,Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale (ALSS) and Secondary School Students Internet Addiction Diagnostic Scale (IADDS).Results ①The differences between left-behind and non-left-behind rural adolescents were significant in self-concept ((51.28± 12.86) vs (55.01 ± 11.58)),ALSS((27.68±7.38) vs (31.25± 4.36)) and IADDS((4.87±3.38) vs (3.22±2.39))(t=-3.121,P＜0.05;t=-6.384,P＜0.05;t=5.968,P ＜0.05).The differences between boys and girls were significant in self-concept ((52.28± 12.44) vs (55.35±11.66)),ALSS((29.36±6.36) vs (30.71±5.16)) and IADDS((29.36±6.36) vs (30.71±5.16))(t=-2.680,P＜0.05;t=-2.424,P＜0.05;t=5.146,P＜0.05).The differences between only child and non-only child were significant in ALSS ((29.04± 6.77) vs (30.56 ± 5.18)) and IADDS ((4.44± 3.08) vs (3.05 ±2.45))(t=-2.659,P＜0.05;t=2.818,P＜0.05).The differences of different academic performance were significant in self-concept,ALSS and IADDS (F=-4.788,P＜0.05;F=9.127,P＜0.05;F=17.387,P＜0.05).②There was a significant negative correlation between self-consciousness and internet addiction(r=-0.337,P＜0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between self-consciousness and life satisfaction (r=0.660,P＜0.01),and there was a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and internet addiction.(r=-0.484,P＜0.01).③Life satisfaction was the mediator variable between self-consciousness and internet addiction,and the mediating effect accounted for 90.8％ of the total effect.Conclusion Self-awareness influence internet addiction through life satisfaction.

Autophagy is a powerful process for removing such proteins and for maintaining homeostasis.However,autophagy dysfunction has also been implicated in the pathogenesis of vari-ous neurodegenerative diseases,including Parkinson 's disease (PD).Recent studies have shown that TFEB could regulate au-tophagy and lysosome function through regulating the expressionof the relatedgenes.Thus,TFEB plays a key role in the occur-rence of Parkinson's disease.Therefore,this article will make a review of the regulatory mechanism of TFEB and its role in Par-kinson's disease.

Objective To compare the effects of different methods of anesthesia on immune function during renal transplantation. Methods Thirty-nine uremic patients of both sexes (20 male, 19 female) aged 19-65 yr, undergoing renal transplantation were studied. Patients who had infection, fever, immune system disease or had received immunoregulatory drugs were excluded. The patients were randomly divided into 3 equal groups: Ⅰ continuous epidural anesthesia group (CEA , n = 13); Ⅱ combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group (CSEA, n = 13) and Ⅲ general anesthesia group (GA , n = 13). In group I an epidural catheter was inserted at T12-L1 or L1-2 into epidural space and advanced in cephalad direction and a mixture of 2% lidocaine and 0.7% dicaine (1: 1) 11-12 ml was given. The height of block was T8 In group II CSEA was performed at L2-3 and a mixture of 1% dicaine, 10% glucose and 3% ephedrine (1 : 1 : 1) 3 ml was injected intrathecally. An epidural catheter was threaded in a cephalad direction. The block height was T8. 2 % lidocaine was given epidurally when the operation lasted more than 2 hours. In both group I and II pathidine 50 mg and droperidol 5 mg were given iv. In group III anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 5 ?g kg-1 , etomidate 0.3 mg ? kg-1 and vecuronium 0.08 mg ? kg-1 and maintained with isoflurane supplemented with intermittent iv boluses of vecuronium. Blood samples were obtained from peripheral vein for determination of CD+3 , CD+4 , CD+8 , CD+4 /CD+8 ratio and IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 , C4 before anesthesia (T0 ) , after anesthesia (T1), before blood transfusion (T2), 30 min and 1 h after blood transfusion (T3,4) ,when renal circulation was restored (T5), at the end of operation (T6 ) and 1 and 3 days after operation (T7.8) .Results There were no significant changes in T lymphocyte subgroups, immunoglobulins and complements measured after anesthesia (T1 ) as compared with the baseline values(T0) in the 3 groups. In group Ⅰ and Ⅱ CD+3 , CD+4 , IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 , C4 and CD+8 unchanged significantly as compared with the baseline values (T0 ) ; CD+4 /CD+8 ratio decreased after anesthesia ( P

Objective To explore the changes of placental growth factor (PLGF) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods One hundred and twelve patients were divided into four groups according to clinical data and coronary angiography:non-coronary artery disease (non-CAD) group (27 cases),stable angina (SA) group (28 cases ),unstable angina (UA) group (29 cases) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group (28 cases).Fifty-seven patients with ACS were divided into single lesion group (19 cases),twice lesion group ( 16 cases) and triple lesion group (22 cases) by coronary angiography,and 0-7 scores group (23 cases),8-15 scores group (27 cases) and 16-32 scores group (7 cases) by Jenkins scores.The serum PLGF levels of all the cases were determined on admission.The serum PLGF levels of 40 cases receiving percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were determined at 30 min before operation,the first and second day after operation.Results The serum PLGF levels of AMI group and UA group were (38.33 ±10.14) ng/L and (37.44 ± 13.32) ng/L respectively,which were significant higher than that of SA group [(20.90 ± 3.88) ng/L] and non-CAD group [(20.34 ±4.53) ng/L](P＜ 0.01),and there was no significant difference between AMI group and UA group,SA group and non-CAD group (P ＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum PLGF level among triple lesion group,twice lesion group and single lesion group (P ＞ 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the serum PLGF level among 0-7 scores group,8-15scores group and 16-32 scores group (P ＞ 0.05).The serum PLGF level of patients receiving PCI on the first day after operation [ (32.03 ± 7.41 ) ng/L] was significantly higher than that before operation [ (23.86 ± 6.91 ) ng/L](P＜ 0.05 ),and on the second day after operation the serum PLGF level [ (29.37 ± 6.99) ng/L] was less than that on the first day after operation,showing a fall tendency(P＞ 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum PLGF levels in patients with ACS were not related with cardiac troponin T and creatine kinase isozyme-MB (r =-0.158,P=0.421;r =0.302,P=0.118).Conclusion The serum PLGF level of ACS patients is an inflammatory marker reflecting coronary atherosclerotic plaque destabilizing or plaque ruptured,and may also play an important role in early diagnosis of the borderline case of ACS.

Objective To investigate the risk factors and biomarkers for early diagnosis and treatment for myocardial ischemia during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients aged ≥75 years,in order to improve the effectiveness and security of ERCP.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing ERCP in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 were divided into the elderly group (n =42,aged≥75 years) and the non-elderly group (n =40,aged ＜75 years).The pre-and post-operative ECG findings,laboratory serological indexes,ERCP operating parameters and post-operative complications were compared between two groups.Results ASA grade was increased in elderly patients as compared with the non-elderly group.The intraoperative hypothermia,preoperative infection and jaundice,and hypertension were risk factors for myocardial ischemia during ERCP.The biochemical indexes including myeloperoxidase,creatine kinase and cardiac troponin Ⅰ were the biomarkers for early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with non-specific changes of ST-T wave.The indications of anesthesia meeting operation,the consecutive and close anesthesia monitoring,application of nitroglycerin,thermal insulation during operation,oxygen inhalation can effectively relieve myocardial ischemia during ERCP operation.Conclusions The early discovering and effectively treating myocardial ischemia during ERCP can ensure the safe and effectiveness of ERCP in elderly patients aged ≥75 years.

BACKGROUND:As a kind of dental implant material, the application of titanium has certain restrictions because of its higher probability of postoperative bleeding rate, infection and gingival hyperplasia. Studies have shown that polymethylmethacrylate has been used in artificial joints and artificial bones, but rarely reported to be used as dental implant material. OBJECTIVE:To explore the biocompatibility indexes such as cytotoxicity, cel adhesion rate, relative cel proliferation rate and post-implantation inflammatory response of human osteoblasts when pure titanium and polymethylmethacrylate are used as dental implant materials, so as to provide certain reference basis for the clinical usage of polymethylmethacrylate as the dental implant material. METHODS:Human osteoblasts were cultured in vitro. Three groups were divided as folows: control group (cels cultured normaly), pure titanium group (cels cultured with titanium extract) and polymethylmethacrylate group (cels cultured with polymethylmethacrylate extract). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, the cel adhesion rate was significantly decreased after 2, 4, 8 and 16 hours of culture with pure titanium and polymethylmethacrylate extracts (P < 0.05); the cel adhesion rate in the polymethylmethacrylate group was higher than that in the pure titanium group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the cels were sparse and grew slowly after 2 days of culture with pure titanium and polymethylmethacrylate extracts. Cels in the polymethylmethacrylate group grew faster with fusiform distribution and obvious drawing phenomenon. Compared with the control group, the relative cel proliferation rate was significantly decreased after 2 days of culture with pure titanium and polymethylmethacrylate extracts (P < 0.05); the relative cel proliferation rate of polymethylmethacrylate group was higher than that of the pure titanium group (P < 0.05). The expression of inflammatory factors in rat serum was significantly increased after 7 days of implantation of titanium and polymethylmethacrylate materials (P < 0.05), the expression of inflammatory factors in the polymethylmethacrylate group was less than that in the titanium group (P < 0.05). There was only one rat developing alergic reaction, but no pyrogen reaction and no death in the polymethylmethacrylate group; and three rats presented with alergic reaction, one rat present with pyrogen reaction and no death occurred in the pure titanium group. These results demonstrate that as the dental implant material, polymethylmethacrylate is superior to pure titanium in the cel toxicity, inflammatory response and biocompatibility.

Objective To investigate the effect of community comprehensive intervention on health behavior and self-rated health status among family caregivers of disabled elderly.Methods One hundredand twenty family caregivers of disabled elderly were selected from community health service centers of Beijing Dongcheng District,and were given 6 month-comprehensive community intervention (intervention group);121 family caregivers of disabled elderly from another community were selected as the control group.The knowledge and skills of caregiving,health behaviors (daily exercise time,daily relaxation time) and self-rated health status were evaluated before and 6 months after intervention.Results The knowledge and skill scores in intervention group were improved by 50.781 points,the daily exercise time and daily relaxation time were prolonged by 0.491 h and 0.837 h,respectively after the intervention (all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rated health status of two groups before and after intervention (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Community comprehensive intervention improves the knowledge and skills of caregiving,and the health behaviors among family caregivers of disabled elderly,but the intervention measures does not impact the self-rated health status of family caregivers.

Objective To explore the correlation between hepatitis B virus large surface protein(HBV-LP)and hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA),analyze the clinical significance of detecting the two index dynamically for diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)were used to detect the levels of HBV-LP and HBV-DNA in serum specimen of 230 hepatitis B patients.Results There was a positive correlation between the content of HBV-LP and copy numbers of HBV-DNA in serum of hepatitis B positive cases(r=0.84,P＜0.01).The positive rate was 84.78％ in HBV-LP and 84.35％ in HBV-DNA of 230 HBV positive cases.As a result there was no significant difference(P＞0.05)in this study.Therefore,the positive rate was 63.63 ％(35/55)in HBV-LP and 58.18％(32/55)in HBV-DNA of 55 HBV negative cases.There was also no significant difference(P＞0.05)in this study.However,the positive rate of HBV-LP(82.47％)was higher than HBE(52.06％)in the 194 HBV-DNA positive cases.There was significantly different(P＜0.01).Conclusion HBV-LP and HBV-DNA are the significant index of the degree of hepatitis B virus replication in hepatitis B positive cases,especially in determining the virus replication and prognosis of treatment in HBe Ag negative,providing the reliable laboratory data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective:To analyze the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of parasellar cavernous haemangioma and improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis accuracy.Methods:13 patients with parasellar cavernous haemangioma were collected.All the patients were diagnosed by MRI and confirmed by pathology.Based on the pathologic findings,the MRI features were discussed.Results:9 cases presented horizontal dumbbell.The lesions located in the parasellar were larger than the sella turcica.The main body position of the lesions were centered lateral to the parasellar and encasesed the intracavernous internal carotid artery (ICICA).While,1 cases were similar in size and shape.1 case was located in the sella turcica.2 cases was centered lateral to the ICICA.pituitary were detected obscurity in 7 cases and displaced in 6 cases,6 cases appeared extremely high homogeneous intensity on T2-weighted images:as bright as cerebrospinal fluid signal.Only 5 cases underwent three-dimensional arterial spin labelling perfusion imaging (3D-ASL).The lesions revealed marked hypoperfusion.The cases of misdiagnosis were 9,including 4 cpituitary adenomas and 5 meningiomas.Conclusions:The characteristics of MR images ofparasellar cavernous haemangioma were horizontal bottle gourd form,the main body position of the lesions were centered lateral to the parasellar and encasesed the (ICICA),and their extremely high homogeneous intensity on T2-weighted images:as bright as cerebrospinal fluid signal.In cases that are equivocal,3D-ASL were useful in differentiating cavernous haemangiomas from parasellar meningiomas,which could decrease mistaken diagnosis.Graspping the imaging feature and differential diagnosis were helpful for the diagnosis of this disease.
