Objective To analyze the phenomenon of monozygotictwin(MZT)in in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET),and explore possible laboratory-related factors that may contribute to MZT. Methods Patients who transferred single embryo in our center from January 2015 to October 2016,including 1786 fresh embryo transfer cycles and 1710 thawed embryo transfer cycles and 49 preimplantation genetic diagnoses(PGD)cycles, were retrospectively analyzed. Correlation between fresh embryo, embryo freez-ing and thawing, embryo quality, artificial assistant hatching and MZT were analyzed. Results (1)There was no significant difference in the MZT rate between embryo age ,in vitro culturing time and in vitro fertilization mode (P > 0.05).(2)The MZT rate between fresh blastocysts and frozen-thawed blastocysts showed significant differ-ence(0.88%vs. 3.08%,P<0.05).(3)The incidence of MZT was significantly higher in laser hatching than that in mechanical hatching in PGD(25.00% vs. 0.00%,P < 0.05). Conclusion Frozen and assisted incubation of blastocyst are risk factors for MZT.

A self-prescribed recipe of drug for purging turbid, Resolving Dampness and Dispelling Phlegm was employed in the treatment group (N = 54) with combination of allopurinol, and compared its effect with that in the control group (N = 36) only with allopurinol. The total effective rate in the treatment group (92.59%) was significantly higher (P

To observe Antiarrhythmic effects of L-dicentrine.Methods using experimented model of arrhythmials. Results: L-dicentrine iv l0 mg/kg could convert BacRinduccd arrhythmia into sinus rhythm in rats, and could significantly increase the tolerant dose of aconine to produce Ventricular fibrillation (VF) and Cardiac [rrest (ca) in rats. The drug could also decrease the incidence of VF and CP by cardiac rats and by chloroform in mice. L-dicelltrine had protective effects on ouabain ind uced Arrhythmias in guined pigs and on adrenalice induced arrhythmias in rabbit s . The drug might also inhibit the arrhymias induced by stimulation ofhypothaplu s. Conclusion: L-dicenirine have significant antiarrhythmic properties.

Objective To compare the influence of cryopreservation duration on quality of rozen-thawed embryo and clinical outcome in frozen-thawed transfer cycles. Methods A retrospective study was performed to evaluate the clinical outcomes and quality of rozen-thawed embryo of frozen embryo transfer(FET)cycles includ-ing freezing cycles and vitrification cycles. FET cycles were divided into 4 group acorrding to the storage duration of vitrified embryos:1~6 months group ,7~12 months group ,13~24 months group and ≥ 25 months group. Result There was no significant difference in recovery rate ,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate (98.1%, 99.0%,96.8%&95.7%;54.4%,55.4%,49.6%&51.5%;0.7%,8.9%,9.4%&11.1%;P>0.05). The embryos recovery rate and clinical pregnant rate after vitrification were significantly higher than programmed freezing (P<0.05). The blastocyst recovery rate in group A was significantly higher than the cleavage stage embryo recov ery rate in group B(P<0.05). Conclusions Vitrification has better effects on cryopreservation and clinical outcomes. Blastocyst may be the best stage for vitrifying and freezing of embryo.

OBJECTIVE:
To analysis the acoustic characteristics in patients with unilateral arytenoid dislocation and unilateral vocal fold paralysis, and evaluate the application value of acoustic analysis technique in these two diseases.
METHOD:
The voice signals of sustained vowel /a/ were measured using the software MDVP in 50 healthy adults and 67 patients with unilateral vocal cord movement disorders. The acoustic parameters (jitter, shimmer, NHR and F₀) were analyzed. All patients were divided into arytenoid dislocation group (36 cases) and vocal fold paralysis group (31 cases) through the laryngeal electromyography. All groups were divided into male and female group again. The acoustic characteristics between the two experimental groups and normal control groups were observed and compared. Results were analyzed using Rank sum test.
RESULT:
(1) In both male or female groups, there were significant differences in jitter and shimmer between two experimental group and control group. In both male or female groups, there were significant differences in NHR between arytenoid dislocation group and control group. There were no significant differences in NHR between vocal fold paralysis group and control group. Except for the male vocal fold paralysis group, there were significant differences in F between the other experimental groups and control groups. (2) In both male or female groups, there were no significant differences in jitter and shimmer between vocal fold paralysis group and arytenoid dislocation group. There were significant differences in NHR.
CONCLUSION
The acoustic parameters are effective parameters to measure the voice quality of patients with unilateral arytenoid dislocation and unilateral vocal fold paralysis. NHR is the most sensitive parameter in the distinction of vocal cord paralysis and arytenoid dislocation.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as a noninvasive method in recording the activities of the human brain as excited by low frequency current(LFC) stimulator. Methods The right common peroneal nerves of 6 healthy volunteers were stimulated with LFC (NMR-II stimulator). The activities of the brain were then recorded and evaluated during the scanning by the fMRI technique. Data obtained during the study were dealt with with the software SPM99. Results In both cerebral hemispheres, the area where the postcentral and superior temporal gyrus, inferior parietal lobule met were excited, and so were the operculum at both sides. Postcentral gyrus, superior parietal and paracentral lobule, and the precuneus in the left cerebral hemisphere, as well as the superior occipital gyrus and the superior parietal lobule in the right hemisphere, were involved as the excited areas. Conclusion fMRI is a useful tool for recording and evaluating the brain activities excited by LFC.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture as an adjuvant therapy for acute pancreatitis (AP).Methods We retrieved the databases ofCNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,EMBase, and Cochrane Library, selected the relevant randomized clinical trials (RCTs) of AP treated with routine western medicine as control group and treated with routine western medicine combined with acupuncture therapy as trial group. And then, the quality of the qualified RCTs was evaluated, and the end-point outcomes of the RCTs were analyzed by Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 RCTs involving 371 AP patients were included into the analysis. The time for abdominal pain relief(WMD =-1.44;95%CI:-2.38,-0.50),time for abdominal distension relief (WMD =-2.50;5%CI:-4.07,-0.73),time for the restart of anal exhaust(WMD =-1.79;95%CI:-3.73,-0.14),time for defecation (WMD =-1.95;95%CI:-3.51,-0.39),time for the restart of bowel sound(WMD =-1.39;95%CI:-2.44,-0.34),time for blood amylase becoming normal(WMD =-2.09;95%CI:-3.22,-0.96),and hospitalization time (WMD =-3.70;95%CI:-6.04,-1.36) in the trial group were less than those in the control group, and the differences of the above indexes except for the time for the restart of anal exhaust were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture as an adjuvant therapy is effective for improving the gastrointestinal function of AP patients, and shortening time for blood amylase becoming normal and hospitalization time. However, due to the low methodological quality, more well-designed randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy for AP.

To investigate the scientificity of patient-reported outcome (PRO) scale for myasthenia gravis (MG), which was used to evaluate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on MG patients. Psychometric performance of the MG-PRO scale was also expected to be evaluated in this study.
