With the exploitation of marine resources and environmental deterioration, perilous events in the sea are gradually increasing. Seawater drowning is one of the most important causes of death. Researches on seawater drowning have attracted more and more interests in recent years, and certain progresses have been achieved in scientific research and clinical treatment. In the aspects of theory and establishment of a model, a renewed concept of seawater drowning-induced acute lung injury (SWD-ALI) has been acquired, the animal model of SWD-ALI has been successfully reprodaced for elucidation of the pathological and pathophysiological changes in lung tissue. Multiple results of molecular biological research on SWD-ALI have contributed to illuminating the pathogenesis involved. It is indicated that, compared with freshwater-induced lung injuries, SWD-ALI is severer in clinical picture, and it might develop to a peculiar seawater drowning-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (SWD-ARDS) if no prompt and effective treatment is employed. For the clinical treatment for SWD-ALI, comprehensive therapies based on mechanical ventilation have been approved. The scientific outcomes mentioned above have laid a foundation for the full realization of SWD-ALI and more effective rescue of SWD-ALI patients.

Objective To observe the effect of partial liquid ventilation (PLV) and conventional mechanical ventilation(CMV) on gas exchange in lung injury due to pulmonary edema as a result of seawater drowning in rabbit. Methods Twenty-four healthy male new Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups ( n =8). Pulmonary edema was produced in all rabbits by drowning in sea water. Rabbits of PE group received no treatment,that of CMV group were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation and PEEP,and that of PLV group with CMV,combined with PEEP and FDC. All rabbits were treated for 3 hours. Blood gases,TNF-?in plasma and pulmonary histopathology were determined during the experiment. Results In PLV group,PaO_2 was increased obviously,inflammatory exudate was reduced,and alveolar and interstitial edema was alleviated. The peroneal artery chimeric bone flap combined with chimeric flap of lateral femoral circumflex artery was applied in the repair of a case defects of both ulna and radius arteries combined with large extensive ring-like soft tissue defects of forearm in November, 2018, causing no blood supply to the hand. In the one-stage surgical procedure, anastomosis of the ulnar and radial arteries with the pedicle of the 2 flaps by Flow-through anastomosis were performed and the blood supply of the forearm and hand was restored. Six months after the surgery, the rotation functions of forearm, wrist joint and fingers were recovered. The patient was able to carry out daily activities and some of precision tasks.

Objective:To establish the method of determination of the contents of Danshensu and Protocatechuic aldehyde in Huoxue Mixture simultaneously by RP HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out with Inertsil ODS column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.5% HAc (22∶78) and UV detection wavelength was 280nm. Results:The average recovery of standard addition were 96.7%, RSD =1.12% ( n =5) for Denshensu, and 97.0 %, RSD =1.53% ( n =5) for Protocatechuic aldehyde, There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 1.25～10?g for Deshensu and 0.25?g～2.0?g for Protocatechuic aldehyde.Conclusion: The method is simple, acurate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of Huoxue Mixture.

Objective:To establish the determination of the contents of ferulic acid and paecniflorin in Huoxue Mixture Radix Salviae Miltiorrmizae, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra cortex Moutan, Radix Astragali and caulis Spatholobi simultaneously by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out with ZORBAX *ODS column. Chromatographic condition of ferulic acid: the mobile phase consisted of methanol 1%HAc (42∶58) and UV detection wavelength was at 313nm. Chromatographic condition of paecniflorin: the mobile phase consisted of methanol water (25∶75) and UV detection wavelength was 230nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the absorption peak area and the concentration in the rang of 0.125～1.0?g for ferulic acid and 0.25～2.0?g for paecniflorin, respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple, acurate, reproducible and can be applied for content determination of Huoxue Mixture.

OBJECTIVE：To compare the effect and adverse reactions of clarithromycin(Limaixian，CT)with those of erythromycin(ET)in treating respiratory tract mycoplasmal infections of children.METHODS：98 patients were randomly divided into CT group(56 cases)and ET group(42 cases)，CT in oral dosage of 20mg/(kg.d)and ET in iv dosage of 30～40mg/(kg· d)were given respectively.RESULTS：The curative rate，effective rate and clearance of mycoplasma of CT group were higher than those of ET group with significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reactions induced by oral CT were less than those by iv infused ET(P<0.01).CONCLUSION： Oral CT shows satisfactory therapeutic effect， less adverse reactions and can effectively clear away mycoplasma in treatment of respiratory tract mycoplasmal infections of childhood.

Objective To review the clinical features of lung nodule and the common misdiagnosed reasons and diseases. Methods A total of 44 literature on misdiagnosed lung nodule in the latest ten years were reviewed and their clinical characters, diagnosis methods were analyzed. Results Forty-four relative literatures were found, in which there were 319 misdiagnosed cases. The median of onset age was 43 years. Female patients were more than male. Cough, chest distress and fever were primary symptoms. 46. 39% of the patients were characterized with hilus of lung lymphadenectasis symmetrically. The most common misdiagnosis were tuberculosis, lung cancer and lymphadenoma ( 53.61%, 25. 71% and 10. 34% ). Majority of patients were correctly diagnosed by biopsy, especially through transbronchial lung or mucosa biopsy or lymphaden biopsy. Conclusion Clinicians should improve the understanding on lung nodule and comprehensively analyze and differentiate it with other diseases to reduce the misdiagnosis.

Objective To study the effect of pelvic floor electric stimulation on bladder function in goats. Methods 18 goats were randomized into the stimulating and the control group. Results In the stimulating group,the bladder capacity significantly increased by 24%,the voiding pressure significantly declined by 24% and the metabolic level of the detrusor cells is significantly lower. Conclusions Electric stimulation of the pelvic floor would inhibit bladder contraction and may be helpful in the management of instable bladder and stress incontinence.

OBJECTIVE To find out the reasons for the failure of sterilization of low temperature plasma antiseptic,and make corresponding measures to improve and standardize the plasma sterilization methods.METHODS A total of 280 times with the plasma sterilization by Johnson & Johnson STERRAD100S from the November 2007 to 2008 were conducted.RESULTS Among the antiseptic 280 pots,255 pots were completed smoothly.Another 25 pots were finished after removing the barriers.CONCLUSIONS The STERRAD100S low temperature plasma antiseptic is used standardizedly,taking effective measure,to speed up cycling rate of surgery instruments,reducing precious instrument's purchase and enhancing the antiseptic effect.It can positively use in operating room for antiseptic disinfection.
