1.Review of clinical research on the supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method in treatment of chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression of lung cancer
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(6):573-576
Lung cancer, as the highest incidence and mortality in the world, has become a majorkiller of human health. Most patients received chemotherapy to alleviate symptoms and prolong life when they are in the middle and advanced stage of lung cancer. The supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method of traditional Chinese medicine maybe the breakthrough point for lung cancer. Thus, this paper reviewed the clincial research on the single agent, compound and Chinese patent medicine, which relected the meaning of upplementing Qi and activating blood circulation, for bone marrow suppression caused by lung cancer chemotherapy.
2.Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer in recent 5 years
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(9):855-858
The Chinese medicine could alleviate clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life in the treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion. TCM showed its certain characteristics and advantages. This paper summarized the literatures about the treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion with Chinese medicine in recent years in the light of oral Chinese herbal medicine, external use of Chinese medicine, pleural perfusion with traditional Chinese medicine.
3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in treatment of middle-late gastric cancer
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(7):662-665
On the basis of related literature, this paper analyzed that the traditional Chinese medicine combinated with chemotherapy can improve the clinical effect of middle-late phrase gastric cancer patients and improve their quality of life, reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy, prolong survival period.

Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients with pure diffuse axonal injury (DAI)treated by multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy. Methods The nursing care of pure DAI patients treated by multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy, which included the traumatic condition evaluation before treatment, the nursing care during treatment, the nursing care after treatment but also in coma, and the nursing care after palinesthesia. Results The intracranial pressure and concentration and lactic acid in blood and cerebrospinal fluid alleviated. The forehead expanded. The disability rating scale(DRS)decreased. While the incidence of sub-hypothermia related complications did not increased. Conclusions The elaborative nursing care aiming at different pathogenetic conditions, different stages is the first guarantee in the treatment of pure DAI with multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy.

Objective: To investigate the antiatherosclerotic effect of Wujibaifeng Pills and its mechanism. Methods: Rat dyslipidema was induced by ovariectomy (OVX), the levels of serum lipids, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected after 12 weeks with the treatment of wujibafeng pills. Results: Wujibaifeng Pills lowered serum oxidized-low density lipoprotein cholesterol (OX-LDL,P

Objective To clone and express Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. isrealensis(B.t.i.) crystal protein CryIVD gene and determine its mosquito larvicidal activity. Methods The gene encoding CryIVD (2.0 kb or so) was amplified by PCR, the amplified fragment was inserted into E.coli plasmid pUC18 to construct the recombinant cloning and expression vector pUC18 CryIVD, which was named pUC18 1. The ligation was transformed into competent E.coli DH 5? and the recombinant vector pUC18 1 was confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing. After being inducted by IPTG, the expression of CryIVD gene in positive clone was detected by SDS PAGE and the mosquito larvicidal activity of CryIVD was also determined by standard bioassay. Results The results showed that the CryIVD gene was successfully cloned and expressed in E.coli DH 5? . Mosquito larvicidal activity of engineered E.coli (LC 50 ) to Cx.pipiens pallens and Ae.albopictus Ⅱ-Ⅲ instar larvae was 2.38?10 6 cells/ml and 1.6?10 7cells/ml respectively. Conclusion The CryIVD gene was successfully cloned and expressed, and a high mosquito larvicidal activity was observed.
