OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between phenotypes and genotypes of clinical isolates of ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae.METHODS Agar dilution method was used to test the MICs of 11 antibiotics against 67 ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae strains.PCR was performed for amplifying ?-lactamase-encoding genes of SHV-,TEM-,and CTX-M-type,and the PCR products of some strains were cloned and sequenced to identify their gene serotypes.RESULTS With no imipenem-resistant strains among 67 strains,their resistant rates to 10 kinds of antibiotics were 10.45-89.55% The cross-resistant rates to aminoglycosides of 60 strains and to ?-lactams of 44 strains were 88.33% and 40.91%,respectively.The positive rates of SHV-,TEM-,and CTX-M-type for 67 strains were 91.04%,56.72% and 28.36%,respectively,and SHV-12,TEM-1 and CTX-M-3 genotypes were found in 7 strains by cloning and sequencing.CONCLUSIONS Sixty seven strains of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae present a clear feature of multi-resistance and cross-resistance to most of antibiotics except imipenem,among them there are 7 strains producing SHV-12 and CTX-M-3 extended-spectrum ?-lactamase coexistent with TEM-1 broad-spectrum ?-lactamase.

Objective To understand the status of knowledge and attitude of schistosomiasis control among the human populafion in schistosomiasis transmission-controlled area of Changqiu mountainous areas.Methods The subjects were selected by the random cluster sampling method among residents and students in these alias,then they were investigated by questionnaire.Resuits A total of 150 residents and 209 students were selected.There were 60% of the residents whose awareness rates of the knowledge on schistosomiasis control were above 90%.The correction rates of the questions in residents were between 99.30% and 100%.and the awareness rates about the questionswhether re-infection would occure after schistosomiasis was cured and the remedy for schistosomiasisof female adults were both 75.40%.The correction rates of the two question8 on attitude and behaviour of schistosomiasis control in adults were above 80.00%.In students'questionnaires.the awareness rates of knowledge on schistosomiasis control were above 90%.except the two questions on the shape of the snailand the infection-risk months of schistosomiasis.The correction rates of attitude and behaviour of schistosomiasis control were aslo above 80%.Conclusion The correction rates of knowledge,attitude and behaviour of schistosomiasis control of adults and students have reached the national goal of schistosomiasis control in 2008.

This study was aimed to analyze the application of non-pharmacotherapy in treating cervical radiculopathy (CR) in real-world,and to provide clinical reference for CR non-pharmacotherapy.The clinical real-world data of CR was extracted by using information sharing system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and clinical research.Six hundred and twenty-eight inpatients and outpatients with CR were enrolled from December 2012 to July 2014 in the information system database of Wangjing Hospital.Basic characteristics of the non-pharmacotherapy groups were analyzed by statistical description method.The node degree and mutual information value were recorded for non-pharmacotherapy application of all patients by using liquorice software.Complex network diagrams were generated.The results showed that 47％ of CR patients received non-pharmacotherapy (294/628),including 67 males and 227 females.The average age of patients was 49 years old,and the prevalence of the disease was the highest from 45 to 65 years old.In all patients,the usage of manipulation and cervical traction was higher,and the combination of manipulation and acupuncture was the most.Within outpatients,the proportion of cervical traction was higher,and the combination of manipulation and acupuncture was the most frequently.Within inpatients,the proportion of manipulation and cervical traction was higher,and the combination of comprehensive physical therapy and exercise therapy was the most frequently.It was concluded that non-pharmacotherapy has been commonly used in clinical treatment of CR.Cervical traction and manipulation was the widest applications.The combination treatment was in wide application.Future studies should increase the sample size of CR patients from different regions,and enhance gradually the level of evidence of clinical research for non-pharmacotherapy treating CR.

Complex network diagrams were generated. Result: Yuxuebi capsule and Jingshu granule is the highest frequency in application of Chinese patent medicine. Jingshu granule and Cobamamide for injection were the highest frequency in combined application of Chinese patent medicine and western medicine. Association frequency was 822, mutual information value was 268.07. Biqi capsule and Daiwenjiu cream were the highest frequency in combined application of Chinese patent medicine and topical drugs. Association frequency was 384, mutual information value was1754.76. Conclusion: The basic treating principle for CR was promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The efficacy and safety of combined Chinese patent medicine with other medicine need further research
