Twenty five patients with incarcerated stone in distal common bile duct were treated with mini-blasting lithotrite under choledochoscope from June 2008 to September 2010.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The successful rate of surgery was 100%.The clearance rate of first procedure was 92% (23/25),2 cases underwent second procedure and all were successful. There were no severe operative complications including bile duct injury, perforation, hemorrhage or bile leakage.Miniblasting lithotrite is a safe and effective method for treating incarcerated stone in distal common bile duct.

Based on force sensing resistor (FSR) sensor, we designed insoles for pressure measurement, which were stable and reliable with a simple structure, and easy to wear and to do outdoor experiments with. So the insoles could be used for gait detection system. The hardware includes plantar pressure sensor array, signal conditioning unit and main circuit unit. The software has the function of data acquisition, signal processing, feature extraction and classification function. We collected 27 groups of gait data of a healthy person based on this system to analyze the data and study pressure distribution under various gait features, i.e., walking on the flat ground, uphill, downhill, up the stairs, and down the stairs. These five gait patterns for pattern recognition and classification by K-nearest neighbors (KNN) recognition algorithm reached up to 90% accuracy. This preliminarily verified the usefulness of the system.

Objective:
To explore the cognitive functions of the elderly aged 60 years and above in Xiamen, and whether TV watching time would affect those functions.
Methods:
We conducted a cross-sectional study on 3 230 registered individuals aged 60 years and above in Xiamen from July to October in 2016 with a multi-stage random sampling method. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was used to measure cognitive functions and ordinal logistic regression was used to quantify their associations with TV watching time.
Results:
A total of 2 944 respondents were included in this study. The overall age of them was (70.14±7.81) years. 51.49% (
