1.The effects of heart rate variability of trimetazidine for elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the effects of heart rate variability of trimetazidine for elderly patients with chronic heart failure .Methods 290 cases senile patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and the control group(n=145 ,each group) .two groups of patients were taking standardization of chronic heart failure treatment ,observation group added with trimetazidine 20 mg/time ,3 times/d ,for 12 weeks .Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment between normal R-R standard deviation(SDNN) ,R-R phase difference between five minutes root mean square (rMSSD) ,5 minutes period av-erage standard deviation between normal R-R(SDANN) ,R-R> 50 ms phase difference between heart rate proportion (pNN50) , heart rate ,left ventricular ejection index(LVEF) ,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd) ,Patients with 6 min walk test(6-MWDS) changes .Results The heart rate ,6-MWDS ,LVEF and LVEDd in both groups has no statistical significance before treat-ment(P>0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,6-MWDS ,LVEF increased after the treatment (P<0 .05) ,heart rate ,LVEDd de-creased(P<0 .05) ,the 6-MWDS and LVEF in observation group increased more than control group (P<0 .05);heart rate ,LVEDd decreased more(P< 0 .05) .SDNN ,rMSSD ,SDANN ,pNN50 had no statistically significant difference before treatment in both groups(P>0 .05) ,after treatment the above indicators were higher than before treatment (P< 0 .05) ,after treatment SDNN , rMSSD ,SDANN ,pNN50 in observation group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti heart failure therapy combined with trimetazidine treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can obviously increase the heart rate variability ,and improve the autonomic nerve function and cardiac function .

Objective To investigate the effect of Honghua Injection on the activity of rat liver CYP2D6.Methods The metabolic rates of probe dextromethorphan(DM) in the blank and Honghua Injection groups(0.9,1.8,and 3.6 mL/kg) in vivo urine and in vitro liver microsome incubated system were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The variation of the metabolic rate of DM represented the effect of Honghua Injection on the activity of rat liver CYP2D6 in vivo and in vitro.Results In vivo and in vitro,the DM metabolic rates of treated groups(1.8 and 3.6 mL/kg) are lower than that in the blank group(P

Objective To study the effects of Fluvastatin on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) induced by C-reactive protein (CRP). MethodsThe HUVECs were primary cultured. HUVECs from third to sixth generations were stimulated with different concentrations CRP and at different times. Then the cells were treated with Fluvastatin in different concentration of 10-7,10-6 and 10-5mol/L.
