1.Clinical observation on the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of 47 patients with traumatic rupture
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(6):820-821
ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and safety of the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture.Methods47 patients with traumatic rupture were treated with spleen-preserving surgery:the biological glue which local physical bleeding had 7 cases, suture repair had 13 cases, splenic artery ligation had 10 cases, splenic artery ligation and splenic repair had 9 cases, partial splenectomy had 8 cases.Results47 patients had four cases of infection, and cured after dressing,1 case had postoperative bleeding symptoms and used splenectomy surgery.46 patients with spleen-preserving operation is successful, the average length of stay was 15 days, there is no deaths. After 6 months, all patients used abdominal B-utrasoundor CT scans to confirm the survival of spleen is good and indicator of the examination is normal.Follow-up of these patients had no dangerous infections and complications.ConclusionSpleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture was safe, feasible, could retain the greatest degree of function, and could be used in clinical practice.
5.Color Doppler ultrasound in the assessment of the breast mass
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):257-258
Objective The aim of the study was to determine the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the assessment of the breast mass. Methods The results of ultrasonograph of the breast mass were retrospectively observed in 79 operation and pathological proven breast mass parients,in which 47 patients had proven malignant breast mass and 32 patients had proven benign malignant breast mass. Results Color Doppler ultrasound had a sensitivity of 100%for diagnosing breast mass, accuracy of 93.7%(30/32)and 91.4%(43/47)for diagnosing malignant and benign mass. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostie value in distinguishing malignant from benign mass.
6.The Mechanisms of Arsenic Trioxide-induced Apoptosis in Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma SGC7901 Cells
China Pharmacy 2001;12(6):333-334
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible role of the alteration of mitochondrial transmembrane potentials(Δ Ψ m) in arsenic trioxide(As2O3)-induced apoptosis of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells(SGC7901).METHODS: Cell apoptosis was assessed through morphology, cell viability, the percentage of sub-G1 cells and phosphatidylserine(PS) externalization.the Δ Ψ m was detected on flow cytometry through double staining of Rhodamine 123 (Rh123) and propidium iodide(PI).RESULTS: The As2O3-induced apoptosis was associated closely with the disruption of the Δ Ψ m.CONCLUSION: The disruption of the Δ Ψ m is one of the mechanisms of As2O3-induced apoptosis.
7.The newest developments of the study on anti-HIV drugs.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):509-515
Besides 36 (28 single-tablets and 8 fixed-dose combinations) used antiretroviral drugs clinically, there are a number of investigational antiretroviral agents currently in phase 2-3 clinical trial. Tenofoviralafenamidefumarate (TAF) is a novel nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor that is potent and less toxicity than tenofovir (TDF). Doravirine is a non-nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor that demonstrates activity against NNRTI-resistant viral strains. GSK744 is an integrase inhibitor with a long acting preparation. In addition, several drugs with new mechanisms are also noted, for example, BMS-663 068 is a small molecule CD4 attachment inhibitors and cenicriviroc is a novel CCR5/CCR2 antagonist with antiretroviral activity and anti-inflammatory effects. Several drug classes that target known pathways in HIV latency have being developed, and leading the list are histone deacetylase inhibitors. Other agents include protein kinase C activators, positive transcription elongation factor activators, DNA methyl-transferase inhibitors and histone methyl-transferase inhibitors and so on. This review is focused on the above-mentioned drug candidates that may be used in clinical in next couple of years and those compounds that can reverse latent HIV infections.

8.Effects of hirudin on cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):248-251
Objective To study the biological effects of hirudin on the cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar. Methods Fibroblasts were taken from normal skin and hypertrophic scar, and cultured in vitro with various concentrations of hirudin. Then, flow cytometry was used for observing cellcycles, and Western blot for some proteins (p27 and cyclin E) related with cell circle. Results With the increasing of the concentrations of hirudin, fibroblasts on G1 phase increased and on S phase decreased, and the expression of protein p27 increased, but that of protein cyclin E decreased. Conclusion Hirudin can influence the cell circle of fibroblasts derived from normal skin and hypertrophic scar by means of the expression of some proteins related with celI circle.Hirudin causes G1 phase arrest and inhibits the production of fibroblasts. Therefore,it seems that hypertrophic scar could be prevented and treated with hirudin.
10.Application of Next-generation Sequencing Techniques in the Dynamics of HIV-1 Quasispecies.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(5):573-578
In the last decade, next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, which is characterized by being high-throughput, rapid, sensitive, and accurate, has developed rapidly. Main components of NGS are platforms: 454 sequencing; illumina sequencing; ion torrent sequencing; SOLID sequencing. NGS is used widely for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1. In this review, we focus on applications of the dynamics of HIV-1 quasispecies.
