Through discussing the traditional medical ethics culture and medical ethics,this paper pointed out the main problems in the teaching practice of medical ethics:it did not well handle the relationship between the inheritance of traditional culture and the absorption of foreign culture;it emphasized too much on the learning of analysis methods and tools of ethical problems but ignored the cultivation of personality and morality;the teaching curriculum of medical ethics is unreasonable.This paper discussed the similarities and differences between medical ethics and traditional ethics culture,gasped the common essence of ethics,and put forward to better improve the teaching of medical ethics through the construction of basic theory system,the settings and perfection of curriculum system,the construction and improvement of the curriculum evaluation system,and the inheritance of traditional medical ethics cultural.

OBJECTIVE: To examine AMCase mRNA expression levels in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis SD rats. METHOD: Thirty SD rats were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. 20 in experimental group and 10 in the control group. AR model rats were established through repeated intraperitoneal shot of ovalbumin (OVA) for 2 weeks and consequently confirmed by local challenge with OVA for 1 week. The control group was treated by the same method with Physiological saline water instead of OVA. After the last excitation allergic rhinitis was diagnosed according to the accumulation score about nasal symptom. The septal mucosa of all rats were used to diagnose pathologically by HE dyeing. AMCase mRNA in nasal mucosa, obtained from the bilateral nasal mucosa in two groups, were used to do reverse transcriptive polymerase chain reaction. Real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to examine AMCase mRNA expression levels. RESULT: (1) The results showed definitely that there were positive expression of AMCase mRNA in normal nasal mucosa. This expression increase significantly during nasal allergy (P < 0.05). (2) The increased expression of AMCase mRNA in allergic rhinitis are related with the nasal symptoms score (r = 0.411, P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Increased expression of AMCase mRNA in nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis model might play roles in the pathogenesis of AR, and Restrain the enzyme activity could become new treatment targets of allergic rhinitis.

Objective To evaluate the results of surgical treatment for duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).Methods Between January 2000 and January 2013,33 patients underwent surgical resection of duodenal GIST in Peking University Cancer Hospital,including local resection and pancreatoduodenectomy.Clinical data,surgical outcome and prognosis were reviewed.Results The median survival time is 94 months (range:55-132 months).The 1,3,5-year survival rates are 97％,89％ and 80％,respectively.The 5 year survival rate of patients after pancreatoduodenectomy and local resection is 78％ and 83％,respectively (P =0.091).It shows that tumor size and mitotic count and Fletcher classification influence overall survival.Conclusions When fulfiling proper safe margins,local resection is a reliable and curative option for most duodenal GISTs.

To explore the origin and prevention of myopia from disfunction of internal organs and obsrtuction of channels.According to the research of ancient literature on relationship between internal organs/channels and myopia,and in the combination with research on neuroelectrophysiology,hemorheology molecular biology and clinic study,the feasibility of treatment on myopia from dysfunction of internal organs and obstruction of channels were analyzed.Dysfunction of internal organs and obstruction of channels played an increasingly important role in the occurring and developing of myopia.In the treatment of myopia,the role of internal organs and channels must be emphasized.

Familial spontaneous pneumothorax(FSP) is a specific type of primary spontaneous pneumothorax.FSP means there are more than one individuals develop pneumothorax and is a rare inherited disease.FSP is different from primary spontaneous pneumothorax in several clinical manifestations.So far the genetic basis and inheritance pattern of this disease are not clear.Progress in this field are reviewed here.

Objective To study the effect of aspirin on cell proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and the probab le mechanism involved. Methods Using MTT method, flow cytometr y (FCM),~~~3 H-TdR incorporation a nd electron microscopy, the effect of aspirin on the SGC-7901 of proliferation and related mechanism were studied. Results Results showed that th e growth of SGC -7901 was inhibited by aspirin. The inhibitory rates for growth of SGC-7901 we re positively correlated with the concentration and duration of aspirin in the m edia. ASA could inhibit DNA syntheses. Sub-G_1 pe ak was detected by FCM, and the rate of apoptosis was between 7.8% and (34.4)% . The cell ratios o f S and G_2/M increased, whereas the cell ratio of G_0/G_1 phase decreased (after) treatment and was in a dose-dependent manner. The SGC-7901 cell line exhibited some mor p hologic features of apoptosis, including cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation, D NA fragmentation, and formation of apoptotic bodies under electron microscopy. Conclusions Aspirin inhibited the growth of human gastric cancer ce ll line SGC-7901. The effects of aspirin on the phase of cell cycle and inducing apoptosis may be partially explained as the cytotoxic effects of aspirin.

[Objective] To investigate the mechanism of Dachengqi Decoction (DCD) in treating systemic inflammatory response syndrome ( SIRS). [ Methods ] Mouse models induced by zymosan A were administered with DCD orally. Serum endotoxin level was detected by limulus assay and TNF-? and IL-6 levels by radioimmunoassay 6, 12 and 24 hours after medication. Hypertensive renal damage is based on the extent and duration of hypertension, renal damage caused by varying severity. Hypertensive renal damage due to various causes imbalance of vascular active substances, renal arteriosclerosis, so that the abnormal renal hemodynamic, renal ischemia, low specific gravity of urine, low osmotic pressure and urine. The rapidly increasing incidence of hypertensive renal damage has become one of the most important reasons of end stage renal disease (ESRD). Effective treatment of hypertension is limited by poor compliance and significant adverse reaction of antihypertensive drugs. Therefore, some patients have turned to Chinese medicine (CM), hoping that such treatments might improve the efficiency. The author reviews relevant theory and the latest researches, on the basis of combining diseases and syndrome, discusses state and achievement of hypertensive renal damage with Chinese herbal medicines from fundamental and clinical research and action mechanism from standpoints of Chinese herbal compound and herbal effective chemical composition to take future research for important reference.
