1.Advance in the study of microRNA in tumor metastasis
China Oncology 2009;19(10):793-796
Within the past few years, studies on MicroRNA (miRNA) and tumor metastasis have become the focus of attention. Multiple lines of evidence demonstrated the involvement of specific miRNAs in tumor metastasis, which can negatively regulate the expression of target mRNA and post-transcriptionally control gene expression. Metastasis is the key indicator of tumor malignancy and is the main reason of death of the tumor patients, so how to prevent and control it is important to increase the survival of the tumor patients. This review summarized the recent progress on the research field of miRNA and its association with tumor metastasis.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(3):338-342
Optogenetics is a novel technique which combines optics with genetics.Using genetic means,a selected opsin protein is ectopically expressed in target neurons, which are then stimulated by light to moderate the neuronal circuit,as a consequence to regulate the animal's behaviors.Retinal degeneration like retinitis pigmentosa and aged macular degeneration causes visual impairment and eventual blindness.Optogenetics techniques have opened the door to creating artificial photoreceptors in the remaining retinal circuits of retinal degeneration retinas via gene therapy. However, there are still limitations in optogenetics technique, for example, potential risk in virus infection, the choice of target cells and the low visual resolution of the experiment animal. It has been reported that vision was successfully restored to a certain extent in animal model using optogenetics technique. With higher photosensitivity of opsin protein, longer activation kinetics and higher transfection efficiency of virus vector, optogenetics techniques' application in ophthalmology will be improved.
3.Relevance of cancer toxin pathogenesis theory with transformation of inflammation to carcinoma.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(2):243-246
The "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory is an innovate theoretical system for cancer pathogenesis of Chinese Medicine, which was built on the basis of "Cancer Toxin" concept initially raised by Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying. The mechanism of the transformation from inflammation to carcinoma has become one of hot-points in the field of cancer research at home and abroad in recent years. We focused on discussing the relevance of the "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory with the transformation mechanism from inflammation to cancer, provided evidence for using "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory in intervening transformation from inflammation to cancer, hoping to guide for Chinese medical prevention and treatment of tumor.

4.Anti-T Cell Immunotoxin for GVHD Prophylaxis in Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplantation
Beifen SHEN ; Yan LI ; Xing CHEN
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
Bone marrow transplantation was considered effective treatment for leukemias and other haematological diseases. Acute graft v-host disease (GVHD) is a major complication of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. The T lymphocytes were specially depleted by anti-CD5, CD2, CD8, CD27 monoclonal antibody-ricin immunotoxins. Inhibition of the protein synthesis and T-cell functions in the target cells was observed in vitro. At 10 9mol / L of the immunotoxin, 3 logs (99.9%) of target cells were killed, but no cytotoxicity on nontarget cells. At the same concentration, the anti T cell immunotoxin had no any influence on the proliferating rate of CFU-GM and BFU E. None of the ten patients who received T cell depleted bone marrow developed grade III or IV acute GVHD.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
The progress and application of teletriage, which is one of emerging telemedicine technologies, is introduced with highlighting its advantages and characteristics. Advices are also given on how to explore this technology in China by learning the experience abroad. Teletriage will be one of the most useful e-health technologies for meeting the great need of medical resources in the innovation process of Chinese medical system.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To perfect gene profile expressed in pre-implantation embryos. Methods Using nested RT-PCR to investigate the expression of seven imprinted genes: P57~ KIP2, LIT1, TSSC3, GRB10, PEG3, ARHI, and ZAC1 in human oocytes and pre-implantation embryos. Results Transcripts of P57~ KIP2 and ZAC1 were detected in human oocytes and at all stages of pre-implantation; LIT1 was expressed only in stages of 8-cell and blastocyst; transcripts of TSSC3 could not be detected; GRB10 mRNA could be detected in oocytes and pre-implantation embryos except for 2-cell embryo; ARHI was expressed in oocytes and 2,8-cell embryos and blastocyst; Peg3 mRNA existed in 4,8-cell embryos and blastocyst. Conclusion Except for TSSC3, transcripts of the other six imprinted genes are detected in human pre-implantation development, which are helpful for pre-implantation diagnosis of imprinted diseases, and provide the theoretical basis for understanding the correlation among assisted reproductive technology, genetic imprinted diseases and tumor.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(8):121-122
ObjectiveTo analyze the different effects of spiral progress method and traditional method used in computer teaching in TCM colleges and universities.MethodsStudents were divided into the groups of spiral and traditional. At the end of the course, students would have a course examination. Results Students in spiral group got better scores than students in traditional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Using spiral progress method in computer teaching in TCM colleges and universities can help students develop the right thinking model and scientific learning method. It can also improve students’ ability to use computer knowledge in TCM study and research.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression of ARHI mRNA,an imprinted suppressor gene,in ovarian serous carcinoma and the methylation status of its three CpG islands, and to determine the possible role of aberrant methylation of ARHI gene in pathogenesis of ovarian serous carcinoma. Methods Twenty normal ovarian specimens and 20 ovarian serous carcinoma specimens were analyzed.Total RNA was extracted and semi-quantitative RT-PCR was employed to detect the mRNA expression of ARHI gene.Methylation status of three CpG islands were examined by DNA bisulfite treatment,PCR amplification and methylation specific restriction enzymes,TagI for CpG I and III,BstUI for CpG II.Results The average of ARHI/G3PDH was 0.73?0.09 in normal ovarian specimens, and it was 0.43?0.37 in ovarian carcinoma specimens(P

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(04):-
70%) underwent successful stent implantation. Two weeks after interventional treatment, renal function was improved in 26 patients and blood pressure was well controlled in 24.Conclusions Age, hypertension and hyperlipidemia are the factors influencing occurrence of RAS in patients with CAD. Stent implantation plays an important role in the protection of renal function and control of hypertension.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(10):-
The development in Chinese child health care demands the communication with the society of education.Bio-education is a new promising subject integrating bio-science with education. It is the evidence-based science that combines biology,neuro-physiology,neuro-psychology,brain science with education to study the educational phenomenon of mankind and its principles. It is a bridge through which bio-medicine communicates with education. This new subject will be helpful to build up the new model of integrating medicine with education. It will accelerate both of the basic and applicable research in children's growth and development, learning ability, social adaptive ability and health improvement.Hence, either the field of bio-medicine or education will thrive on the newly founded subject.
