3.Relationship among Social Support Coping Style and Mental Health on University Librarians
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):449-451
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among social support, coping style and mental health on university librarians.Methods421 librarians were assessed with the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90),social support rating scale (SSRS) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) in 2005. ResultsSome factor of SCL-90 negatively correlated with utility percentage of social support(P<0.05), and positively correlated with passive coping style(P<0.05). Except utility percentage, the other three factors of social support showed significant difference among different academic titles (P<0.05), and it was significant different (P<0.05) on passive coping factor among them. The score of social support improved with ages except for utility percentage (P<0.05).On positive coping factor but not negative, there were significant difference among different age groups(P<0.05). ConclusionThe social support and coping style obviously correlate with the mental health of university librarians.
4.Research progress on vesicle-associated membrane protein 8
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(9):1143-1148
Membrane fusion is essential for all life activities of eukaryotes and the fusion process requires the interaction of different vesicular transporters, which are highly conserved in eukaryotes,to coordinate specifically and facilitate the fusion of different biofilms. Vesicle associated membrane protein 8(VAMP8)mainly locates in vesicular as well as lysosomal membranes, and plays a vital role in the fusion of many different biofilms. This paper focused on the molecular structure, transcriptional regulation,post-translational modification and biological function of VAMP8 as well as the research progress on its correlation with human diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases and the development of effective therapeutics targeting VAMP8.
5.Clinical analysis of serotretine combined with metformin in the treatment of senile diabetic patients with sulfonylurea failure
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):296-298
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of sulfonylurea-deficient elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016.The patients were divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) according to the random number method. The patients in the observation group were treated with sitagliptin and metformin. The patients in the control group were treated with gemcitabine, and the clinical treatment effect, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting C peptide and postprandial 2hC peptide Level of statistical comparison. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Before and after treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting C peptide and postprandial 2hC peptide level were not significantly different After fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were significantly lower than before treatment, after treatment of fasting C peptide and postprandial 2hC peptide levels were significantly higher than before treatment. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of serotretine combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus is similar to that of Yuxing, and the combination is more convenient and more suitable for clinical treatment. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
6.Effects of photodynamic therapy on microvessels and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in transplanted mouse Heps liver carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: Hitherto there has been no report on the changes of microvessels and the expression of angiogenic factors after photodynamic therapy(PDT) of liver carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PDT on the microvessels and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF) in tumor cells. Methods: The mice models subcutaneously transplanted with Heps liver carcinoma were randomly divided into a PDT group(n= 28) and a control group(n= 28).The dynamic changes of the microvessels and VEGF expression in the tumor cells were observed at 2,6,24 and 72 h after PDT by H-E and immunohistochemical staining. Results: Progressive changes were seen in the tumor microvessels at the four time points after PDT,including dilatation, blood stasis, hypostasis, hemorrhage, and angiolysis.Compared with the control group, the microvessel density of the tumors was reduced significantly(P
7.Dysphagia after Traumatic Brain Injury (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(8):740-742
The incidence of swallowing disorder is high in previous research both in oral and pharyngeal stage, and there are many related factors contributing to the assessment of swallowing function. This article reviewed the research progress of dysphagia after traumatic brain injury (TBI) from epidemiology, assessment methods, characteristics, risk factors, therapeutic strategies and clinical outcome。
9.Inhibitory Effects of Angiostatin on the Growth of Human Glioma and It's Pathological Study
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of human angiostatin ( AS) on the subcutaneously transplanted mouse glioma. Methods; Effects of AS on the proliferation of angioendothelial cell line ECV-304 and human glioma cell line TJ-905 were observed with MTT method. Mouse model of subcutaneously transplanted of glioma line G422 was established. AS was injected subcutaneously, tumor ratio and tumor in hibitory rate were estimated. Results; ( 1) Inhibitory effects of AS on ECV-304 enhanced with the increase of dose, while AS exerted no effect on TJ-905 ; (2) It was shown with animal experiments that turner inhibitory rates were 21. 8% and 84. 3% with AS doses of 10 mg and 50 mg-kg-1. d-1 , respectively; (3) Immunochemical factor VM staining indicated there the differences between the control and the control and the test groups in both the angiodevelopment and quantity. Conclusion; There was no inhibitory effect for AS to angiolorna cell in vitro, however in vivo, it inhibited the glioma growth via its inhibitory effect on the proliferation of an-gioend othelial cell line. It was then suggested that AS would be of wide application in tumor treatment.
10.PCR assays for differential detection of Ureaplasma parvum and Ureaplasma urealyticum
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(17):-
Objective To establish two PCR assays to rapidly and simultaneously detect U.parvum and U.urealyticum.Methods Two PCR assays were established through designing two sets of specific primer targeting urease gene B of U.parvum and U.urealyticum,respectively.The standard strains of U.parvum and U.urealyticum and the clinical samples were detected by these PCR assays and PCR products of the standard strains and two clinical specimens were directly sequenced and carried out specific and sensitive assays.Forty-eight clinical specimens were tested for culture and the PCR assays and tow methods were compared. Results The standard strains of U.parvum,U.urealyticum and the clinical specimens were successfully and differentially detected by the PCR assays and the sequencing results were found to have a complete similarity to the GenBank sequences. The 14 strains of other bacterial genera including 5 strains that produced urease were not amplified by these PCR assays. Each assay had a detection limit of 10 copies/?l of plasmid DNA.The positive rate in 48 clinical specimens by PCR(54.2%)was higher than that by culture(39.6%)(P
