3.Research progress on vesicle-associated membrane protein 8
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(9):1143-1148
Membrane fusion is essential for all life activities of eukaryotes and the fusion process requires the interaction of different vesicular transporters, which are highly conserved in eukaryotes,to coordinate specifically and facilitate the fusion of different biofilms. Vesicle associated membrane protein 8(VAMP8)mainly locates in vesicular as well as lysosomal membranes, and plays a vital role in the fusion of many different biofilms. This paper focused on the molecular structure, transcriptional regulation,post-translational modification and biological function of VAMP8 as well as the research progress on its correlation with human diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases and the development of effective therapeutics targeting VAMP8.
4.Relationship among Social Support Coping Style and Mental Health on University Librarians
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):449-451
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among social support, coping style and mental health on university librarians.Methods421 librarians were assessed with the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90),social support rating scale (SSRS) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) in 2005. ResultsSome factor of SCL-90 negatively correlated with utility percentage of social support(P<0.05), and positively correlated with passive coping style(P<0.05). Except utility percentage, the other three factors of social support showed significant difference among different academic titles (P<0.05), and it was significant different (P<0.05) on passive coping factor among them. The score of social support improved with ages except for utility percentage (P<0.05).On positive coping factor but not negative, there were significant difference among different age groups(P<0.05). ConclusionThe social support and coping style obviously correlate with the mental health of university librarians.

6.Effects of photodynamic therapy on microvessels and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in transplanted mouse Heps liver carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: Hitherto there has been no report on the changes of microvessels and the expression of angiogenic factors after photodynamic therapy(PDT) of liver carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PDT on the microvessels and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF) in tumor cells. Methods: The mice models subcutaneously transplanted with Heps liver carcinoma were randomly divided into a PDT group(n= 28) and a control group(n= 28).The dynamic changes of the microvessels and VEGF expression in the tumor cells were observed at 2,6,24 and 72 h after PDT by H-E and immunohistochemical staining. Results: Progressive changes were seen in the tumor microvessels at the four time points after PDT,including dilatation, blood stasis, hypostasis, hemorrhage, and angiolysis.Compared with the control group, the microvessel density of the tumors was reduced significantly(P

9.Effects of aerosdized dexamethsone inhalation on lurg injury
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(9):1433-1435
Objective To investigate the effects of aerosolized Dexamethsone inhalation on circulatory and respiratory function during lung injury (ALI) induced by hydrochloric acid (HCI) aspiration. Methods Twenty-four healthy pigs of either sex, weighting (15.5±2) kg were anesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium 50mg/kg and intubated and mechanically ventilated (FiO2=1.0,VT=10-15 ml/kg,RR=16bpm,I:E=1:2).Anesthesia was maintained with infusion of Ketamine, procaine and succinylcholine.Femoral artery was cannulated for MAP monitoring and blood sampling.Swan-Ganz catheter was placed in the pulmonary artery via right inexternal jugular vein.Dilute HC1 (0.1mol/L) was instilled via trachea into lungs until PaO2 was<13.3kPa.Arterial blood gases,MAP,MPAP and dynamic compliance were measured before induction of ALl (T0),when ALI was induced (T1) and 1,2,3 and 4(T2~5)there after. The pigs were then divided randomly into three groups according to the treatment they received:group A received IPPV alone, group B IPPV+PEEP(0.69kPa) ,group C IPPV+PEEP(0.69kPa)+aerosolized Dexamethasone (12.5ugokg-loh-I).Results MAP decreased significantly after induction of ALI in three groups hut there was no significant difference in MAP among the three groups (P>0.05).MPAP increased significantly after induction of ALI in all groups and remained high during the period of T2~5 in group A and B (P>0.05),hut decreased significantly from T2 in group C (P<0.05 ).PaO2 increased significantly during the treatment in group B、C(P<0.05),and was significantly higher in group C than that in group B (P<0.05).PaCO2 in group A was highest in three groups (P<0.05) and group C was lower in three groups (P<0.05).Dynamic lung compliance decreased in all animals after induction of lung injury (P>0.05),but was gradually increasing significantly during treatment(B、C group) (P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosolized Dexamethasone inhalation can improve respiratory function during ALI induced by HC1 aspiration and reduce pulmonary hypertension, but dont impair MAP.Both have the same effects on the treatment of lung injuries.
10.Effects of hirudin on cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):248-251
Objective To study the biological effects of hirudin on the cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar. Methods Fibroblasts were taken from normal skin and hypertrophic scar, and cultured in vitro with various concentrations of hirudin. Then, flow cytometry was used for observing cellcycles, and Western blot for some proteins (p27 and cyclin E) related with cell circle. Results With the increasing of the concentrations of hirudin, fibroblasts on G1 phase increased and on S phase decreased, and the expression of protein p27 increased, but that of protein cyclin E decreased. Conclusion Hirudin can influence the cell circle of fibroblasts derived from normal skin and hypertrophic scar by means of the expression of some proteins related with celI circle.Hirudin causes G1 phase arrest and inhibits the production of fibroblasts. Therefore,it seems that hypertrophic scar could be prevented and treated with hirudin.
