Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status, complications and satisfaction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 184 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the Third People's Hospital of Panzhihua City from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 92 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine internal medicine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. After 1 month, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups before and after nursing. The incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The quality of life of the two groups were assessed by the life activity ability rating (FIM) scale and the quality of life index (QLI).Results Compared with the control group, the SAS and SDS score of the observation group after the intervention were significantly improved (P<0.05).The incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The FIM and QLI of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological status and quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. It is worth popularizing widely.

Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(12):824-826
Objective To realize the isolation of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs)from ward environment, and provide evidence for clinical prevention and control of MDRO transmission. Methods Patients with MDRO in-fection in a stomatology hospital from September 2012 to July 2014 were as trial group,12 randomly selected pa-tients without MDRO infection were as control group, environmental object surface in patients’ward were taken specimens and performed culture, isolated organisms were identified and performed antimicrobial susceptibility tes-ting.Results Of 44 patients with MDRO infection,13 patients’surrounding environment were detected MDROs,the total detection rate was 29.55%(13/44).The detection rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA),multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB),and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE)were 45.45%(5/11),66.67% (2/3)and 66.67%(6/9)respectively.Detection rates of MRSA from nasal cavity and hands of MRSA-infected patients were 72.73% and 54.54% respectively, from nasal cavity and hands of patients’caregivers were 36.36%and 18.18% respectively. The difference in bacterial count between trial group and control group was not significantly dif-ferent (all P >0.05).Conclusion Isolation rate of MDROs from ward environment of MDRO-infected patients is higher than that of non-MDRO-infected patients, monitoring, cleaning and disinfection for MDRO-infected patients’surrounding environment should be strengthened,so as to prevent the spread of MDROs in hospital.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(8):578-579
The clinical data of 3 cases of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome concurrent with ipsilateral vocal cord paralysis were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literatures were also reviewed. Ramsay-Hunt syndrome is a kind of disease characterized by heavy ear pain, herpes zoster oticus and inner ear neurologic symptoms, which can also affect the vocal cords and give rise to vocal cords paralysis. Ramsay-Hunt syndrome can cause multiple in flammation of cranial nerves. The viral infection can also involve the 3rd and 10th cranial nerves. It mainly damage the facial nerve, followed by the involvement of vestibulocochlear nerve. The vagus nerve damage is rare, so the relevant clinical reports are less. It is important to take the objective data as well as subjective symptoms of the patients into consideration to make a definite diagnosis, so that we can treat it as soon as possible to achieve better curative effect.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) procedure for women with ruinary incontience. Methods 37 patients with stress incontinence underwent the TVT procedure. An incision was made on the anterior vaginal wall and a curved trocar was introduced placing the TVT to the lower part of the middle urethra. An indevelling uretha catheter was with drained after 24 hours. Results The patients have been followed up for 3~16 months(mean follow-up of 13 months). All were cured by the TVT procedure. The main postoperative complication is retention (in 2 patients). Conclusions The results demonstrate that TVT procedure is safe and effective for the treatment of stress incontinence in female patients.
