1.Different brand automatic instrument of coagulation test results contrast analysis
China Medical Equipment 2014;(12):59-61
Objective: Based on the same clinical laboratory automatic blood coagulation analyzer method comparison of different brands. Discuss different between blood coagulation analyzer test results are comparable or check whether the deviation of the results in the permitted range. Method:collecting 112 cases of fresh plasma specimens, using ACL ADVANCE and Sysmex CA7000 two kinds of blood coagulation analyzer, respectively prothrombin time (PT), activated partial prothrombin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB), and compare the results, to medical decision level of judging system error detection system for clinical result, and calculate the two blood coagulation instrument testing results of the correlation coefficient and linear regression equation. Results:the ACL ADVANCE and Sysmex CA7000 blood coagulation analyzer test of PT, APTT, TT and FIB result comparison, there were no statistically significant difference (t=0.974, t=0.649, t=0.765, t=1.163;P>0.05), the correlation coefficient respectively;Medical decision level of system error were less than half the total margin of error. Conclusion:to the ACL ADVANCE as standard test system, Sysmex CA7000 determination results have clinical acceptability, two blood coagulation test results with good correlation. Should be conducted on a regular basis in the same laboratory coagulation analyzer compares different experiments, to ensure the comparability of the same in the laboratory test results.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the influence of partial parenteral nutrition on serum osmotic pressure, blood glucose,(biochemistry),bilirubin metabolism, immune function, growth and development of premature infants. Methods Seventy premature infants were randomly divided into control group and study group. On the base of enteral feeding, study group were offered parenteral nutrition, while the control group were supplied 10% glucose, fluid and electrolytes. Simultaneously, relevant indices were measured in 2 groups. Results 1.There were no significant difference in serum osmotic pressure, blood glucose and biochemistry before and after parenteral nutrition. 2.There were no significant difference in emerging and lasting time of jaundice between 2 groups.3.Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C_3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in study group were significantly higher than those in control group. 4.In study group the time of hospitalization and birth-weight regain were significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusions There is no significant influence on serum osmotic pressure, blood glucose, biochemistry and bilirubin metabolism during partial parenteral nutrition. Parenteral nutrition may help gain weight, shorten the time of hospitalization, and improve immunological function of neonates.
7.Influence of Massage on Gastrointestinal Motility of Premature Infants
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Objective To explore the influence of massage on gastrointestinal motility in premature infants. Methods Fifty-eight premature infants from NICU of the affiliated hospital of Jining medical college were randomly divided into massage group(28 cases) and control group(30 cases). They were all received usual care. The infants in massage group were subjected to caresses touches twice(5-20 min/time)every day.The time of meconium and charcoal being excreted were recorded.Blood samples were collected on day 2,7 after birth.Motolin and gastrin were determined by radioimmunassays. Results The time of meconium and charcoal being excreted in massage group was(78.78?41.16) h and(21.48?9.85) h,respectively. Those in control group were(101.84?32.84) h and(34.66?13.20) h,respectively, there were significant differences between massage group and control group(P0.05).The blood concentrations of motilin and gastrin on day 7 in massage group were(402.35?40.14) ?g/L and (133.60?25.99) ?g/L, respectively, those were(315.84?37.62) ?g/L and (80.22?33.50) ?g/L in control group, respectively, there were significant differences in the blood concentrations of motilin and gastrin between 2 groups(Pa

AIM: To understand the influence of national constitution monitoring on sports behavior, attitude and physique of the investigators. METHODS: The study was performed at the Constitution Monitoring Center of Chenzhou Sports Bureau from March to December 2005. 285 public servants of Chenzhou were enrolled as investigators for the first study in 2005 and the second after 10 mouths with questionnaire. Age was accorded with the first measurement. 283 valid data were included (168 males and 115 females), because 2 could not participate in the constitution measurement. Questionnaire in 2006 involved individual physical awareness, behavior, attitude, participating rate, and whether doing the questionnaire according to the physical exercise prescription in the first monitoring. RESULTS: Significant differences in cardiovascular function, strength and sensitivity were detected between testees and national average value, especially in males and middle-age persons and youth. Nine months later, significant difference was found after paired test, step test and in vital capacity improvement. Improvement in other indexes had differences in age and sex. CONCLUSION: The measurement on national constitution is good for realizing their own state of health, improving their sports consciousness, increasing their frequency of doing sports greatly, and improving the physical state, especially for middle-aged and elder persons.
9.Effect of diabetes on spatial memory ability in rats using Morris water maze
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;33(6):321-325,330
Objective To study the effect of diabetes on spatial memory ability and spatial associative memory ability in rats. Methods 70 SD rats( 180±20 g) were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,type1 diabetes group and type2 diabetes group. Type1 and type2 diabetic rat models were set up by streptozocin (STZ) intraperitoneal injection and high fat forage raise. The blood glucose was determined. After rat diabetic model established 1 month and 3 months, respectively, the Morris water maze experiments were implemented, including 4 days' place swimming and 1 day's space exploration. Results After 1 month, diabetic rats' spatial memory ability and spatial associative memory ability were not affected. After 3 months, in place swimming test, the escape latency of two diabetic rat groups was obviously longer than that of the control group (P<0.05). From the second day of the experiment, escape latency of the control descended sharply, while that of the diabetic group descended slowly. There was no difference between type 1 and type2 diabetic groups in escape latency (P>0.05). After 3 months, in the space exploration test, when rats were put into the maze from I quadrant which already trained, swimming time in the platform quadrant was shorter, the other parameter scores were lower of the two diabetic model groups, contrast to the control group (P<0.05). The parameter scores of type2 diabetic group were lower slightly than type1 diabetic group. When rats were put into the maze from IV quadrant for which never trained, the parameter scores of two diabetic groups were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) and the total score of type 1 group was lower than that of type2 group. Conclusion The spatial memory ability and spatial associative memory ability of type 1 and type2 diabetic rats descended. In the experiment, the spatial memory ability of type2 diabetic rats was more significantly affected than that of type1 diabetic rats. By contrast, type 1 diabetic rats' spatial associative memory ability descended greatly than that of type2 diabetic rats.

Objective To evaluate the application of CT plain scan in diagnosis of foreign body in the esophagus. Methods 10 cases with foreign body (fishbone) in the esophagus in this study underwent CT plain scan, and thin layer CT scan was added as needed.CT findings were analysed in comparison with that of operation and endoscopy. Results The foreign bodies(fishbone) in the esophagus were all showed by CT,the fishbones appeared as slight high density or high density shadows in different size and form. The complications included esophageal bleeding in 2 cases, submucous hematoma in 1,abscess in 3 and pyothorax in 1.Conclusion Plain CT scan and thin layer CT scan is of significant value in diagnosis of foreign body in the esophagus.
