1.The Revision of Children's Perception of Marital Conflict Scale
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective:To revise the children's perception of interparental conflict scale (CPIC) developed by Grych and his colleagues and examine its reliability and validity Method:Data were collected from a sample of 303 primary school students tested with the CPIC scale Results:The results of factor analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis showed that the revised CPIC had a good construct validity; and ?coefficient of the whole scale is 0 879, the reliability coefficient of split-half is 0 865, and the ?coefficient of each dimension was more than 0 657 Conclusion:The CPIC scale is suitable for Chinese children after revision

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To study the effect of formaldehyde exposure on DNA-protein crosslinks (DPC) in buccal mucosa cells in students who were taking anatomy course. Methods The modified SDS-KCl precipitation assay published by Zhitkovich and Costa in 1992 was applied to detect DNA-protein crosslinks in human cells. And this method has been used to explore DPC induced by different pollutants in numerous studies.37 medical students (20 males and 17 females) aged 19.24?1.09 (mean?standard deviation) and 40 students (20 males and 20 females) in natural science college aged 19.55?0.99 (mean?standard deviation) were studied. The frequency of exposure to formaldehyde was 6 h per week in exposed group. Results Concentrations of formaldehyde in anatomy laboratory ranged from 0.42 to 1.57 mg/m3.Exposure to formaldehyde resulted in an increase of DNA-protein crosslinks. The percentage (mean?standard deviation) of DNA-protein crosslinks in exposed and nonexposed students were 25.72%?6.48% and 22.88%?5.34% respectively(P0.05).Conclusion The result of the present study suggests that formaldehyde exposure in medical students increases the frequency of DNA-protein crosslinks in buccal mucosa cells and females may be more sensitive to formaldehyde exposure.

Objective: Exploring the reliability and validity of Chinese version of The Social Support Appraisal (SS-A) scale developed by Vaux et al (1986) and the characteristics of adolescent's social support. Methods:Using the scale, 515 junior and senior high school students were investigated.Results:(1) The SS-A scale had internal consistency of 0.91 for the scale and of 0.81-0.84 for three dimensions and a three-factor model was supported by the data (?2/df

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective: To analyze the value and reliability of combined free fibula flap and radial forearm flap in the reconstruction of extensive composite oro-mandibular defects. Methods: Extensive composite oro-mandibular defects were reconstructed in 23 consecutive cases (averagely aged 52.9 years old) with combined free fibula flap and radial forearm flap from March 2000 to January 2002. Data concerning the operation, defect description and site, recipient vessel and complications were reviewed. Results: The overall flap survival rate was 100% (all of 46 flaps) without partial or total flap necrosis. The overall complication rate was 30.4%. The vessel thrombosis rate was 2.2%, and the flap salvage rate was 100%. Conclusion: In selected cases, combined free fibula flap and radial forearm flap method may provide satisfactory reconstruction for extensive oro-mandibular defect, and greatly improve the quality of life of patients.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2011;27(6):534-536
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of titanium elastic intrameduUary nail (TEIN)in treatment of pediatric radial neck fractures. Methods A total of 16 children with radial neck fractures were treated TEIN from February 2008 to February 2010.Long arm cast immobilization was used one week postoperatively and functional exercise was done after removal of the external fixation. Results All the patients were followed up for average 5.3 months (3.5-14.0 months),which showed the average period of bony union for 5.8 weeks(4-7 weeks).Except for one patient who aroused skin soft-tissue irritation symptoms at the nail end,no other complication was found. The range of motion of the elbow and forearm in injury side of all patients Was the same as the normal side. Conclusions The application of TEIN has advantages of minimal invasive lesion, nil effect on pheseal plate, good fracture union, rapid functional rehabilitation and little compliations and hence is one of ideal choices in treatment of pediatric radial neck fracture.
6.Free submental flap for defects reconstruction after oral cancer ablation
Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2015;38(1):8-11
Objective To investigate the clinical application of free submental flap for defects reconstruction after oral cancer ablation. Methods Eleven cases of free submental flaps for defects reconstruction after oral cancer ablation from April,2013 to May,2014 were reviewed. The primary disease, defect type, flap side, flap size and flap survival rate were recorded. The follow-up data of tumor recurrence, lymph node metastasis,as well as postoperative facial appearance and function of marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve were collected. Results Primary disease of all 11 cases was oral squamous cell carcinoma. No flap failure was reported and the overall flap survived. The follow-up period was 6-18 months with the average of 9 months. There was no tumor recurrence and metastasis of lymph node.Postoperative facial appearance was satisfactory and there was no nerve injury of marginal mandibular branch which showed normal and symmetrical expression motion. Conclusion Free submental flap owns many ad vantages including constant anatomy, long vascular pedicle, wide range of indications and low donor-site morbidity.Contralater submental flap may avoid potential lymph node metastasis.Free submentai flaps is an ideal choice for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects after cancer ablation.

[ABSTRACT]OBJETIVETo analyze the reliability and safety of our simplified microsurgical techniques in head and neck reconstruction.METHODSA total of 3045 consecutive cases of free flap transferred in the head and neck region from May 1999 to May 2015 were reviewed. Data concerning the operation included the date of surgery, defect description and site, stage and histology of tumor, type of free flap, recipient vessel and complications.RESULTSOf the 3045 cases, 1856 were males, and 1189 were females. The age ranged from 5 to 86 years, with the average of 47.8 years. Among the 3045 cases, 2868 were tumor-related defects reconstructions, and 2653 were one stage reconstructions. The overall success rate of free flap was 98.5%. The vessel thrombosis rate was 2.9%, and the flap salvage rate was 48.9%.CONCLUSIONOur microsurgery technique greatly simplified traditional microsurgical technique. Head and neck reconstruction using this technique is very safe and reliable, and needs further clinical applications.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the correlation factors of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Two hundred and fifty-six inpatients with T2DM were divided into elderly(n=168)and non-elderly(n=88)groups. Another 37 elderly non-DM cases were as control. The parameters of serum uric acid and creatinine, urinary uric acid, pH and creatinine, clearance rates of uric acid and creatinine(Ccr)were determined and compared among 3 groups. Results The elderly T2DM group had higher level of serum uric acid than did non-elderly T2DM and control groups(all P
