Objective To investigate the characteristics,the incidence, relative factors of antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD),and prevent and control it. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 78 patients with AAD. Results Prevalence ratio of AAD was 9.3%, the risk of AAD related to the kinds of using mix antibiotics and period of treatment, using many meddle measures for medical and age.The antibiotics causing AAD were extending penicillin or third cephalosporins, penicillin, carbapenemases, second cephalosporins.Conclusions Rational use of antibiotic,control use of antibiotic and reduce the state of consciousness are the key measures to prevent and control the AAD.

Objective: To compare cumulative dose technique with single dose technique for determining dose-re sponse relationship of rocuronium during balanced anesthesia. Method: Thirty-four ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients, aged 23- 65 years, undergoing elective surgery,were randomly allocated to single dose group(n=24) or cumulative dose group (n=10). Single dose group was further divided into 4 subgroups receiving 150,200,250 or 300?g/kg of rocuronium re spectively. In cumulative dose group, the initial dose of 150 or 200 ?g/kg rocuronium was followed by a second dose de termined individually to produce about 90% neuromuscular block. The ulnar nerve was stimulated at the wrist to mea sure the accelography of thumb adduction. The relationship between probit-transformed depression of first twitch height of TOF and the logarithm dose of rocuronium was analysed using linear regression. Result: ED_50 and ED_95 of rocuronium were 193.6?69.1 and 367.2?72. 7?g/kg respectively in single dose group, and 213.0?55.1 and 418.5? 61.7?g/kg respectively in cumulative dose group. No statistically significant differences were found in the slope,inter cept,ED_50 and ED_95 values between two groups. Objective To investigate the effect and safety of administering magnesium sulphate as a technique of controlled hypotension during functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Seventy-five patients arranged for selective functional endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia, were randomly assigned into three groups: control group, magnesium sulphate group and nitroglycerin group(n=25). The patients of magnesium sulphate group received 10% magnesium sulphate 40 mg/kg before the induction of anaesthesia, and then 15 mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1) by continuous infusion during the operation. The same volume of 5% glucose was administered to the patients in control group. Constant infusion of nitroglycerin beginning with 1 μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1) was administered to the patients in nitroglycerin group. The hemodynamic indexes, amount of bleeding, fluid intake, operation time, recovery time, quality of surgery field, muscle relaxation and adverse reaction were recorded. Concentration of Mg~(2+) in magnesium sulphate group were compared before and after surgery.Results The patients in the magnesium sulphate group maintained balanced heart rates during the operation, while the heart rates of patients in control group and nitroglycerin group increased significantly (P<0.01). The patients of magnesium sulphate group had lower amount of bleeding and shorter operation time compared with control group (P<0.01). The quality of surgery field in magnesium sulphate group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.01). Time for 75% recovery of myokymia and recovery index in magnesium sulphate group was higher than those in control group and nitroglycerin group(P<0.01). No adverse reaction was observed in all groups. Conclusion Magnesium sulphate can be effective and safe for controlled hypotension during functional endoscopic sinus surgery.

Objective To study the effect of hypoxial endothelia cell conditional medium(HECCM)on the proliferation of pulmonary arterial muscle cell(PASMC).Methods MTT assay was used to test the proliferation,immuno-cytochemistry was used to identify the expression of ?-SM-actin.Results(1)HECCM could promote the proliferation of PASMC,down-regulate their expression of ?-SM-actin.(2)DDPH could up-regulate the expression of ?-SM-actin in PASMC which was time-dependant.Conclusions DDPH could reverse the phenotype transformation of PASMC exposed to HECCM,the action was time-dependant.After some time DDPH could reversly transform PASMC to the normal contractile phenotype.

Objective To study the clin ic al application of 64-slices spiral CT in coronary artery. Methods Twenty-six patients were performed 64-slices spiral CT in coronary artery, 15 of the 26 patients underwent selective coronary artery angiography. Results The main branches and part of the sub-branches o f the coronary artery were clearly displayed. 38 coronary artery branches of 16 patients were found stenosis. In 15 cases with conventional angiography, all mai n branches and parts of sub-branches of coronary artery were displayed clearly. All patients demonstrated coronary artery stenosis. The diagnostic accuracy of 64-slices spiral CT was 94.12%. Conclusion As a minimall y invasive examination, 64-slices spiral CT is a valuable method to detect and diagnose the diseases of coronary artery.

Objective To study the effects of cripto on migration, invasion, and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer cell. Methods After human colorectal cancer cell line SW480 was transfected by cripto small interfering RNA (siRNA), the mRNA and protein level were determined by Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. The migration and invasion ability were evaluated by wound-healing assay and boyden chamber model, respectively. Thirty nude mice model of liver metastasis from colorectal cancer was established by splenectomy. Results The siRNA could down-regulate the level of mRNA and protein of cripto in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Suppression of cripto expression could inhibit migration and invasion ability of human colorectal cancer cell in vitro. The metastastic rate and tumor nodules were lower in transfection with cripto siRNA than in two control groups in vivo. Conclusions Cripto gene might play an important role in regulation of liver metastasis from colorectal carcinoma cell, and suppression of cripto gene by siRNA can inhibit liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
