1.Analysis the antibiotic resistance of 253 ureaplasma urealyticum to 8 antibacterial agents in vitro

Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in vitro in Yangjiang,and instruct the clinical treatment for the ureaplasma urealyticum infection.Methods 538 secretion samples of urethra and cervix were collected and cultured ureaplasma urealyticum in vitro,the drug sensitive test of UU from 253 patients was conducted and detected their drug resistance.Results The 253 positives cases were found in 538 samples.The drug sensitive test results were:the highest sensitivity rates were clarithromycin(731%) and roxithromycin(679%).The resistance rates of rest drugs were azithromycin(771%),josamycin(708%),minocycline(664%),ciprofloxacin(538%),sparfloxacin(435%),doxycycline(423%),the total resistance rate was 489%.Conclusion To treat the ureaplasma urealyticum infection,the first choices are clarithromycin and roxithromycin.
2.Influence of two enteral nutrition injection methods on prognosis of acute cerebral infarction induced pseudobulbar palsy

Objective To investigate two enteral nutrition injection methods on prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) induced pseudobulbar palsy patients. Methods A total of 86 patients of ACI accompanied with dysphagia were randomly divided into the feeding pump group (n=43) and the traditional nasal feeding group (n=43). Nutritional support for both groups lasted at least more than 14 d through the feeding tube. In the first and fourteenth day data of both groups concerned with body mass index (BMI), triceps skin fold (TSF), upper arm muscle circumference of triceps (MAMC), heamoglobin (Hb), serum prealbumin (Alb), alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), incidence of complications, neuro-function score NIHSS and the swallowing function evaluation were collected and analyzed. Results Nutritional index Hb and Alb was (132.6±10.1) g/L and (38.2±1.4) g/L in the group of the feeding pump group, and significantly higher than (122.2±13.2) g/L and (36.3±1.5) g/L in the traditional nasal feeding group in the fourteenth day, the difference was significant (t=12.86, 12.37, P<0.05). The NHISS score was 5.2±1.0 in the feeding pump group, significantly lower than 8.9±1.1 of the traditional nasal feeding group, the difference was significant (t=-26.37, P < 0.05). The improved rate of swallowing function was 81.4% (35/43) in the feeding pump group, significantly higher than 60.5%(26/43) of the traditional nasal feeding group, the difference was significant (χ2=4.568, P < 0.05). Conclusions The use of enteral feeding pump at early stage for ACI patients with pseudobulbar palsy can improve the nutritional status, acute neurological function, swallowing function and lower the incidence of complications which is beneficial for early recovery and short-term prognosis.
3.Effect of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field combined with whole-body vibration on bone density and mechanics performance of disuse osteoporosis rats

Objective To discuss the effect of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (ELF-PEMFs) combined with-whole-body vibration(WBV) on the bone mineral density,bone microstructure and the biological mechanics performance inhindlimb unloading osteoporosis rats.Methods Forty female 4 months aged SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:blank group,control group,ELF-PEMFs group,WBV group,low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field combined with wholebody-vibration(ELF-PEMFs + WBV) group.The blank group was the normal control which comprise the healthy rats.The controlgroup was the disused osteoporosis model.Except for the blank group,thehind limb unloading rats were kept for six weeks.No intervention were provided to the blank group and the control group,other three groups were treated with physical therapy.The bodyweight of rats in each group was record.Bone mineral density was measured by Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.The right femurs was analyzed by Micro-CT and the left femur was tested through a biomechanical machine.Results After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the ELF-PEMFs group,WBV group,ELF-PEMFs+WBV group were significantly increased in weight and bonedensity (PELF-PEMFs=0.015,PWBV=0.016,PELF-PEMFs+WBV=0.007),(tELF-PEMFs=5.956,PELF-PEMFs=0.000;tWBV=6.127,PWBV=0.000;tELF-PEMFs+WBV=4.639,PELF-PVMFs+WBV=0.000).The difference was statistically significant (F=0.091,P=0.018).The ELF-PEMFs +WBV group was significantly higher in bone formation index.The items of BV/TV,Tb.N,Tb.Th and SMI in Micro-CT analysis increased,while Tb.Sp and Conn.D index decreased significantly.Trabecular bone structure of all the three groups was improved,however the ELF PEMFs +WBV group was better than the other two groups (vs.ELF-PEMF group,PBV/TV=0.041,PTb.N=0.026,PTb.Th=0.009,PConn.D=0.030,PTb.Sp=0.045,PSMI=0.032;VS.WBV group,PBv/Tv=0.018,PTb.N=0.004,PTb.Th=0.022,PConn.D=0.042,PTb.Sp=0.039,PSMI=0.049).The maximum load,energy absorption and bone stiffness index in biomechanicalperformance test were improved.The combination treatment group were significantly improved (F=0.167,P=0.038).Conclusion Low-frequencypulsed electromagnetic field combined with whole body vibration therapy can improve bone mineral density,bone microstructureand the biological mechanics performance.They have synergistic effect and the combination therapy is better than single treatment.
