China Pharmacist 2014;(4):647-648
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Reduning injections in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods:Totally 102 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group had 50 patients, and the treatment group had 52 cases. Both groups were given conventional symp-tomatic treatment, the control group was given 10 mg·kg-1 ribavirin injections in 100ml glucose injections for intravenous infusion, qd, and the treatment group was given 0. 5 ml·kg-1 Reduning injections in 100ml glucose injections for intravenous infusion, qd. Ev-ery 3-day was a course of treatment. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed, and the clinical symptoms, hospitaliza-tion time and adverse reactions were also studied. Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate in the control group was 70. 0%, while that in the treatment group was 92. 3%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The clinical symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). During the treatment, the control group had 5 cases of leucopenia and 2 cases of skin rash, and the patients all recovered after withdrawal of the drug, while the treatment group showed no obvious adverse reaction. Con-clusion:The curative effect of Reduning injections in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis is promising, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the course of disease and reduce adverse reactions with the value of clinical application.
2.Clinical research on changes of electrolytes within 72 h ours in asphyxia neonates
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(27):22-24
ObjectiveTo analyse the changes of electrolytes and electrolyte disturbances within 72 h in asphyxia neonates. MethodsTwenty-three severe-asphyxia neonates (asphyxia group) and 27 mildasphyxia neonates(control group) were selected.Venous blood samples of 2 ml were drawn at 0-24 h, 25-48h and 49-72 h respectively. The changes of electrolytes(such as plasma sodium, potassium, chlorine, calcium and magnesium) and the incidence of hyponatremia, hypokalemia, hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesemia were compared between two groups. ResultsThe levels of plasma sodium, calcium at 0-24 h, 25-48 h and 49-72 h in asphyxia group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The levels of plasma magnesium at 25-48 h and 49-72 h in asphyxia group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05 ), but there was no significant difference at 0-24 h (P > 0.05 ). The levels of plasma potassium at 49-72 h in asphyxia group was lower than that in control group(P< 0.05). There were no obvious changes in plasma chlorine, phosphorus in two groups (P>0.05). Hyponatremia, hypokalemia, hypocalcaemia was happened within 72 h in asphyxia neonates especially at 25-48 h, but hypomagnesemia was more at 25-48 h and 49-72 h. ConclusionElectrolyte disturbances can appear not only in 24 h, but also in different periods after asphyxia, therefore, it is necessary to maintain homeostasis by taking corresponding measures according to the changes of blood gas and the changes of electrolytes.
3.Abnormality of water molecular diffusion of rats after focal cerebral ischemia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2006;10(4):178-179
BACKGROUND: Some researches report that diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) can appear abnormal signal in minutes after cerebral ischemia.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the manifestation and regularity of diffusion coefficient in middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) of rats after cerebral ischemia.DESIGN: Randomized controlled study.SETTING: Neurological Department of Clinical College of ChongqingMedical University.MATERIALS: The experiment was conducted at the Radiological Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from April to July 2004. Totally 18 adult Wistar rats with clean grade were randomly divided into three groups: control group, sham operation group and cerebral ischemia group with 6 rats in each group.METHODS: The origin of right middle cerebral artery was blocked with filament into right internal carotid. In the sham-operated group, the filament was just inserted into the common carotid artery not into the origin of middle cerebral artery, rats in normal control group were not treated with anything after anesthesia. MRI experiments were performed on a 1.5 T GE signa Highspeed NMR spectrometer to obtain DWI and ADC values at the time-point of 7, 15, 30, 60 minutes, 3,6, 12, 24 hours, 3, 7, 15 days, 1 and 2 months after operation.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of ADCs in infarct hemisphere and contralateral hemisphere.RESULTS: There was no significant change in MRI T1-and T2-weighted imaging in rats at 7 minutes post-infarction, but abnormal high intensity was emerged during the period of 1 hour to 3 hours, and enlarged over time. Finally, the infarction area located the right basal ganglia and the frontal-parietal lobes at 12 hours and increased less significantly later.Focal abnormal high signal was noted in DWI 7 minutes after cerebral ischemic insult, and the ADC values was decreased at the same time, reduced gradually after significant recover at 30 minutes, dropped to the lowest level at 12 hours and again increased at 24 hours, since then all the ADC values were remained high throughout follow-up, which increased by 5 times at 2 months than that at 12 hours. Correspondingly,rADC values showed the contrary pattern of evolution.CONCLUSION: It is reflected that ADC is highly sensitive not only to onset of cerebral ischemia but also to chronic cerebral ischemia.

5.Secondary autoimmune hemolytic anemia in patients with tuberculosis : a report of 4 cases
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(12):956-959
Medical charts of tuberculotic patients with secondary autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH)from 2006 to 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.Four cases with complete information of laboratory tests, imaging findings and bone marrow results were included.Therapy regimens and outcomes of survival were followed by phone call if needed.Ages at diagnosis of AIHA were 58-80 years old, hemoglobin levels were 31-73 g/L,Coomb tests were negative in all cascs.Thcrapy of cortical steroid did not work, while anti-TB therapy (including isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol) significantly improved hemoglobin to normal level in three cases during six to nine months. One case died within one week, for progressive TB to central neurological system. As one of rarc complications of TB,AIHA may be fatal.Early diagnosis and appropriately anti-TB therapy is helpful for good outcomes.
6.The drag resistance analysis for pathogenic bacteria of neonate infection in hospital
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective To study the situation of pathogenic bacteria of neonate infection in hospital, and to help shepherd clinical doctors use antibiotic rationally. Methods MIC and K-B methods were used to test 1098 specimens. Results 142 pathogenic bacterias were isolated.According to our materials S.aureus was the main pathogenic bacteria and the next were S.haemolyticus,S.epidermidis,E.coli,E.cloacae and K.pneumoniae respectively. The MRSA-positive rate in 28 strains of S.aureus was 54%;ESBLs-positive in E.coli was 21.4%;ESBLs-positive in K.pneumoniae was 20.0%.Now the drugs of sensitivity for Grgm positive were vancomycin(0%),clindamycin(8.4%) and cipnofloxacin(12.0%).The drugs of sensitivity for Grgm negtive rods were imipenem(3.6%),cipnofloxacin(7.1%) and amikacin(12.5%).Conclusion It is instructive to use antibiotic rationally for controlling neonate infection in hospital.
