2.Sequential therapy versus standard triple therapy for duodenal ulcer with Hp infection
Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(2):159-161
Objective To compare the efficacy of 10-day sequential therapy (including rabeprazole amoxillin clarithromycin tinidazole) and 7-day traditional trigeminy therapy (including rabeprazole amoxillin and clarithromycin) in patients with duodenobulbar ulcer and Hp infection. Methods Ninty-five patients with duodenobulbar ulcer and Hp infection were enrolled into the study and divided into two groups randomly:sequential therapy group and traditional trigeminy therapy group. Patients in the first group received 10-day sequential medications:rabeprazole 10 mg plus amoxillin 1 g for the first 5 days, followed by rabeprazole 10 mg plus clarithromycin 500 mg and tinidazole 500 mg for another 5 days;while in the second group patients received the standard 7-day traditional triple medications:rabeprazole 10 mg plus clarithromycin 500 mg and tinidazole 400 mg. All drugs were given twice daily. All patients received rabeprazole 10 mg daily following the two types of therapys for another four weeks. Hp statuses were assessed by rapid urease test and 14C urea breath test at baseline and 4 weeks after completion of the treatment. Ulcer cicatrization was assessed by gastroscope. Results The eradication rate of Hp infection was significantly higher in sequential group than triple group (89.5%vs. 70. 2%, P < 0. 05 ), but we found no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the ulcer cicatrization rate between sequential group and triple group ( 87.5% vs. 82. 9%, P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sequential therapy had a better Hp eradication effect than standard triple therapy, but the eradication rate was very close between the two therapys.
3.Skin toxicities of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(10):784-787
Skin toxicities are the most common adverse effects of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors(EGFRI).It can result in significant physical and psyehological discomfort, and even leads to interruption or dose modification, and consequently affect the curative effect. Nowadays this adverse effect has attracted lot of attention. It is proposed that clinical management and treatment measures for skin toxicities should be further studied to improve the patients life quality, and guarantee the continuity and best curative effect of the treatment. But more researches on the pathogenesis and its prognostic significance are still expected.

5.Challenges and strategies of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis B-how to achieve the maximization of clinical cure ?
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(8):1415-1418
Hepatitis B virus infection is still a major public health issue in the world, and antiviral therapy is the key therapeutic regimen to delay disease progression and improve outcome in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Various international guidelines recommend nucleos(t) ide analogues (NAs) and long-acting interferon as the first-line antiviral therapy.However,long-term administration of NAs has the disadvantages of long course of treatment, low HBeAg seroconversion rate, extremely low HBsAg clearance or seroconversion rate, low safety, and drug resistance. Therefore,it is an important issue to increase the seroconversion rates of HBeAg and HBsAg in treatment-experienced patients and realize clinical cure in the treatment of CHB.In recent years, many global randomized clinical trials including OSST,Switch, and ARES have shown that a combination of NAs and PEG-IFN or sequential therapy with NAs and PEG-IFN can increase the seroconversion rates of HBeAg and HBsAg in CHB patients and realize clinical cure, which provides a new direction for NAs in the treatment of CHB patients.
6.Path analysis of social support and perceived stigma on depression for people living with HIV/AIDS
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(21):1646-1649
Objective To explore the impact of social support and perceived stigma on depression for people living with HIV/AIDS. Methods A total of 114 patients recruited into our study. Date were collected by Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Social Supporting Rating Scale (SRSS) and Berger HIV Stigma Scale (BHSS) for patients. Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) version 7.0 software was used to conduct the path analysis. Results The total score of patients′depression, SRSS and BHSS were (52.22± 10.28), (29.09±5.98), (109.02±14.59) points, and there was correlation between the three (r=0.425-0.676, P<0.05). Social support revealed direct effects on depression and affected depression indirectly via BHSS.The paths′ total coefficients was-0.47. BHSS as intermediary variable between social support and depression, the paths′ total coefficients was 0.64. Conclusions The level of depression, SRSS and BHSS were not fine for HIV/AIDS. Depression are directly affected by SRSS and BHSS, BHSS has a greater moderating effect on these relationships. Interventions developed on the basis of influencing factors of depression should be applied to improve patients′depression status.

9.An Analysis of Constrictive Pericarditis of 8 Patients with the Major Presentation of Ascites
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To enhance clinical gastrointestinal physicians’ understanding of ascites resulting from constrictive pericarditis by analyzing clinical features of. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in patients with constrictive pericarditis with the major presentation of ascites in our department of gastroenterology from January 1993 to May 2008. Medical records of these patients were reviewed, including data of demographics, course of desease, clinical presentation, relevant imaging studies and so on. Results There were 8 cases of constrictive pericarditis with the major presentation of ascites in our department of gastro-enterology in 15 years. The jugular varicosity was the most common manifestation in the 8 cases, followed by tabdominal distension and oedema. There were some abnormal changes in the electrocard-iography of the 8 cases. In 4 cases, no diagnosis was reached by the echocardiogram. In 8 cases, the definite diagnosis was reached by CT or MRI. Conclusion Cautions should be demanded for the patients with the major presentation of ascites in the department of gastroenterology owing to the possibility of constrictive pericarditis. In these patients, consummate physical examination is demanded such as the jugular varicosity. And the definite reason must be probed in the patients with the abnormal electrocardiographic changes.
10.EFFECTS OF POLYACTIN A ON THE HEMOLYSIN ANTIBODY PRODUCTION IN MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
In this report, the immunopharmacological effects of Polyactin A ( PAA ) were presented. When the SRBC immunized mice were administered daily 2. 5~40mg/kg ( ip ) of PAA for 3 or 5 days, the serum level of hemolysin, the antibody production in spleen and the number of nucleated cells of spleen were enhanced significantly; and the efficacy-dose dependency was evident in these experiments。 In spite of these effects, PAA didn't affect the kinetics of circulating antibody level. In other experiments, it was found that the efficiency was more potent when PAA was given before or simultaneously with SRBC immunization than given after.
