Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Serial serum samples from 40 patients with severe viral hepatitis type B were tested by using ELISA. HBsAg/IgM complexes was detectable in 23 patients, but no activity was detected in normal controls. HBsAg/IgM complexes was not found or transiently existed in 24 patients ( 12 died deteriorated or persisted in severe disease, and 12 became recovery or improvement); 16 patients were constantly positive for HBsAg/IgM complexes (14 died, and 2 deteriorated). There is significantly difference between the two kinds of patients (P
3.A Study of Polymerized Human Serum Albumin Receptor in the Serum of Patients with Severe Hepatitis B
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
The sera from 33 patients with severe hepatitis B (SH) ( 8 subacute and 25 chronic cases), 13 patients with acute hepatitis (AH), 23 patients with chronic active hepatitis B (CAH), 10 HBsAg asymptomatic carriers (ASC), and 28 normal persons were tested with RIA to detect the polymerized human serum albumin receptor (PHSA-Re). Some related parameters of HBV were tested simultaneously in order to have a comparison. There was no significant difference of the positive rate of PHSA-Re between the patients with SH and those with AH, CAH, or ASC. But the difference of positive P/N ratio between SH patients and those with CAH(P
4.lnhibition effects of Bevacizumab on migration of human Tenon capsule fibroblasts
International Eye Science 2015;(1):34-37
Abstract? AlM: To investigate the inhibition effect of bevacizumab on human Tenon capsule fibroblasts ( HTFs ) and discuss the countermeasures of bleb scarringscarring in glaucoma surgery countermeasures.? METHODS: Adopted cell recovery method and followed the aseptic principles, we performed the culture of HTFs which came from the Central Laboratory of Shaanxi People's Hospital cell library. Wound Healing assay:We scraped a cell-free zone on the cell surface when the cells reached confluence at 80%. The control group was added to serum-free DMEM medium. The HTFs of bevacizumab group were stimulated with 1mg/mL concentrations without DEME for 0, 24, 48, and 72h. The scratch width was observed and measured.? RESULTS: HTFs were long fusiform shape under microscope, the nucleus is in the center of the cell with larger nucleus, abundant cytoplasm, were arranged in a whorled growth out of shape, strong ability to proliferate, conform to general forms of fibroblast. The morphological and biological characteristics of cells after cryopreservation and resuscitation remain unchanged. Wound healing assay: 0h, equal to the initial width of the two groups, 24h when the migration distance of the two groups of cells are basically the same, 48h when the control group cell migration distance is greater than that in the bevacizumab processing group, 72h when the control group scratches basichealing, bevacizumab treated cells migrate closer than 48h no significant change, and a lot of cells died.?CONCLUSlON:Cell recovery method can successfully cultured HTFs, which was stability on morphology and biological properties, laying the cellular basis for experimental research. Fibroblast itself has a strong ability to migrate, outside - derived bevacizumab can inhibit HTFs migration evidently and it will cause excessive cell death when. Bevacizumab has certain extent inhibitory effect on HTFs migration, and it is likely to become one of the important drugs for creating bleb scarring after glaucoma surgery in the future.
5.Understanding and consideration of potential pathogenesis theory
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
Potential pathogenesis is defined a pathology linking without corresponding symptoms, but as a part of pathogenesis which has important affects on the formation and development of main syndrome. The proposal of potential pathogenesis is a supplement of traditional pathogenesis theory, and has practical signifi cance to the improvement of syndrome pathogenesis theory and raise of the level of determination of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and sign. Potential pathogenesis has characteristic of logicality, reality and provability. We can understand the relationship between the evaluation of modern medical laboratory and disease sydrome, the principle of batch formula and the skill of medicines compatibility with the potential pathogenesis theory. The explication of potential pathogenesis theory will promote the in-depth exploration of disease syndrome and pathogenesis.
6.Synergistic and Attenuated Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with 5-FU in the Treatment of Digestive System Tumors

7.Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicines for the Therapy of Epilepsy
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1583-1588
Epilepsy is a chronic disorder of brain, whose pathogenesis is closely related to ion channel, heredity, neurotransmit-ters, cytokine, immunity and neuroglia cells, etc. Traditional Chinese medicines ( TCMs) have made achievements in the treatment of epilepsy in recent years. The paper systematically reviewed the research situations of TCM and the combination of TCM and western medicines for the prevention and therapy of epilepsy in recent ten years. The results indicated that TCMs showed notable curative effect on epilepsy, and the pathogenesis was closely related to neuroprotection, neurotransmitters, ion channel, and relevant gene regulation, etc. The combination of TCM and western medicines can enhance the efficacy and reduce the toxicity in the treatment of epilepsy.
8.Study Progress in Combined Application of Chinese Medicines and 5-Hydroxytryptamine Reuptake Inhibi-tors
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1573-1578
At present, selective 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and 5-HT and noradrenaline (NA) re-uptake inhibitors ( SNaRI) are the first choice for the clinical treatment of depression, however, the clinical adverse effects of the drugs have become a prominent problem affecting the clinical efficacy. Chinese medicines have some experience in the treatment of depres-sion, and the combined use with the above antidepressants can enhance the efficacy and / or reduce the adverse effects. The article re-viewed the status of the combination of SSRIs and Chinese medicines in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of depres-sion.

The content of the text books is not just the core theory of formulas of Chinese medicine, but also the foundation of logicalization of curriculum knowledge, which has an important position in textbook compilation. This article tried to make the overviews in the main versions of textbooks of formulas of Chinese medicine as the object of study to understand the evolution and development of the theory of formulary science and to explore the existing problems in the construction of discipline theory for textbooks by comparing and analyzing the relevant contents.
10.Analysis of toxicity of traditional Chinese herbal medicine and its connotation.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2009;7(2):101-4
Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience, traditional Chinese herbal drug toxicity has its own special connotation. From the perspective of history and logic, the different comprehension of toxicity between Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine was discussed after retracing the meaning of "drug toxicity" in traditional Chinese medicine. The authors suggest that it's not feasible to study the Chinese medicine coping mechanically and applying indiscriminately the concept and the research idea about modern drug toxicity since there is different understanding of "drug toxicity" between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Many control elements are involved in the use of traditional Chinese herbal drugs, and Chinese drug components and actions are complex as compared with Western drugs. More and more drugs with toxicity will be found due to the relativity of drug toxicity. Currently, the study of Chinese drug toxicity should pay more attention to the relation between the toxicity and Chinese drug nature, compatibility and the corresponding disease or syndrome pattern after making definition of Chinese drug toxicity and its connotation.
