Objective To evaluate MRI in judging the therapeutic effect of argon-helium cryoablation therapy for prostate cancer. Methods The clinical data and imaging materials of 16 patients with prostate cancer , who had received ultrasound-guided argon-helium knife cryogenic treatment at authors ’ hospital during the period from March 2012 to Oct. 2014, were retrospectively and comprehensively analyzed. The preoperative and postoperative laboratory test results were compared with MRI findings, and the ablation effect was assessed, focusing on the surgical residue, metastasis, etc. Results One months after the surgery, MRI demonstrated that satisfactory ablation extent was obtained in all patients, the ablated tumor tissue was characterized by long-T2 signal and no obvious recurrence could be found on DWI and DCE-MRI. A slight decrease of PSA level was observed. Six months after the surgery, MRI revealed that the prostate size was significantly reduced, PSA level was markedly decreased and no obvious evidence of recurrence was observed. No severe postoperative complications, such as urethral necrosis, urethral stricture or urethro-rectal fistula, occurred. During the 6-month following-up time, one patient died from other causes. Conclusion MRI has excellent clinical application value in estimating the ablation extent and in judging postoperative recurrence or metastasis of prostate cancer after argon-helium cryoablation treatment.

Objective To investigate the changes in cisplatin sensitivity of resistant ovarian cancer A2780 cells after inhibition of miR-23a expression and explore the molecular mechanisms. Methods The drug-resistant ovarian cancer A2780 cells were exposed to cisplatin alone or in combination with antagomir-23a. The cell inhibition rates after the treatments were detected using MTT assay, cell cycle changes assessed with flow cytometry, and apoptotic cells observed using Hoechst33258 staining. The changes in glycoprotein P-gp expression in the cells were detected using Western blotting. Results Inhibition of miR-23a combined with cisplatin treatment significantly increased the cell inhibition rate (P<0.01) and lowered the IC50 of cisplatin by 83.76%from 110.18μmol/L in the control group to 17.89μmol/L (P<0.01). The combined treatments also caused cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 phase, increased the cell apoptosis rate (P<0.01) and the number of cells stained with Hoechst33258; the cellular expression of P-gp protein was significantly reduced as the cisplatin doses increased (P<0.01). Conclusion Inhibition of miR-23a expression increases the sensitivity of A2780 cells to cisplatin possibly by inhibiting the negative regulation by miR-23a target genes that causes inhibition of P-gp protein expression.

Objective:To construct the continuous nursing health empowerment program for chronic heart failure (CHF) patients based on health empowerment theory so as to improve the participation and self-management of CHF patients in continuous nursing. Methods:From January to June 2019, we initially established the continuous nursing health empowerment program for CHF patients based on literature search combined with qualitative interview results. From July to August 2019, we selected 15 experts in cardiovascular medical nursing, geriatric nursing, community nursing and nursing management for two rounds of Delphi expert consultations by purposive sampling to construct the continuous nursing health empowerment program for CHF patients. Results:The recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100% (15/15) , and the expert authority coefficient was 0.90. The results of the first round showed that the modification rate of experts was 66.67% (10/15) , adding 22 items, modifying 10 items, merging 13 items and deleting 7 items. The results of the second round showed that the modification rate of experts was 20.00% (3/15) , adding 1 item and modifying 2 items. After two rounds of Delphi expert consultations, we determined 5 first-level items, 18 second-level items and 75 third-level items. Conclusions:Construction of continuous nursing health empowerment program for CHF patients based on Delphi expert consultation help improve the participation and self-management of patients with CHF and improve the effectiveness of continuous nursing.
