Objective To analyze the kinds and diug resistance of bacterial.Methods 1 200 cases were detected who used the antimicrobial drugs.The drug use and drug resistance were investigated.Results 612 bacterias were isolated from the 1 200 patients,the rate was 51.0％.The top five pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,fungi,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas alcaligenes etc..The Cefoperazone/sulbactam and imipenem against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae had better antibacterial activity,and the cefazolin,cotrimoxazole and chloramphenicol antibacterial activity were relatively low.Conclusion The clinical use and drug resistance in different regions are unique,it should pay attention to the pathogenic examination and drug susceptibility testing,early and timely antimicrobial therapy.

Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER) for the diagnosis and therapy of gastric ectopic pancreas.Methods A total of 86 patients who were suspicion diagnose with gastric ectopic pancreas received ESD or STER in hospital,and the therapeutic effect and safety were followed-up.Results Fifty-four gastric ectopic pancreas patients were definitely diagnosed by postoperative pathology.Of the 54 patients,43 cases were located at the gastric antrum,7 cases were located at gastric fundus and gastric corpus juncture,4 cases were located at gastric corpus.Forty-five cases received ESD,9 cases received STER,rate of completely resection was 88.9％ (48/54),6 cases had a little tissue residual after resection.One case (1.9％,1/54) happened postoperative delay-bleeding,intraoperative and postoperative perforation was not found.During 1-32 months followed up,recurrence was not found.Conclusion ESD could excise the whole lesion to offer an accurate pathology diagnose,meanwhile good for treatment,ESD is an effective and relatively safe method for gastric ectopic pancreas,STER may be a new approach for gastric ectopic pancreas.

Objective To study the pollution of organic components in landfill leachates which produced from industrial city-Z and their cytogenetic toxicity. Methods The landfill leachates and groundwater samples collected from an industrial city-Z were analyzed by GC-MS and determined by micronucleus test of the root-tip cells of Vicia faba. The organic extracts of the landfill leachates samples were also determined by micronucleus test of early spermatids of mice exposed to organic extracts to be tested via peritoneal injection. Results Benzene, phenol, B(a)P were found in this two samples. Objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility of Ti-75 alloy(TA) as a substrate of composite implant (CI) and the role of the shear strength of TA-coating in the CI-bone interface. Methods:A transcortical implant model was used. A total of 32 implants of CI and TA were implanted into bilateral femur of 4 adult mongrel dogs. the animals were killed 3 and 6 months after surgery. The implant-bone interfaces were observed by morphological examination and the interface shear strength was measured by push-out test. After push-out test, the failure interfaces were observed by SEM. Results:Osseo-integration was confirmed in the both interfaces of CI and TA with bone. Objective To observe whether the full-thickness defects of articular cartilage at the knee joint of rabbits could be repaired by implantation of polyglycolic-acid(PGA) composites adhered with bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Methods Culture-expanded rabbits’BMSCs were seeded onto porous PGA scaffolds. After a 72-hour co-culturing, the cell-adhered PGA was implanted into the articular cartilage defect at the intercondylar fossa of the femur. The rabbits were sacrificed 12 weeks later after the operation and the specimens were examined histologically for morphologic features, and stained immunohistochemically for type Ⅱcollagen. Results The specimens harvested from BMSCs-PGA composite demonstrated a hyaline cartilage formation. No obvious progressive degeneration sign was found in the newly formed tissue. The control groups showed no hyaline-like cartilage formation. Conclusion PGA composites adhered with in vitro culture-expanded autologous BMSCs can facilitate formation of hyaline-like cartilage in rabbits.

Objective To discuss the application values of image reconstructive technique in 16-slice helical CT scanning. Methods 32 cervical spinal cord lesion images which have processed in MPR, MIP and VR were reviewed to discover the best image reconstructive form. Results By grading, reconstruction score of MPR, MIP and VR was 4.75, 1.75 and 4.5, MPR and VR in top. Conclusion 16-slice CT scanning with MPR and VR image reconstructive of cervical spinal cord can be satisfied the clinical demands.

Objective To investigate the effect of gemcitabine on the cell cycle and apoptosis of the human pancreatic cancer cell line MiaPaCa-2 with Beclinl gene silencing.Methods siRNA targeting at Beclinl gene was constructed,then it was inserted into an expression vector and transfected into MiaPaCa-2 cells.The Beclinl mRNA and protein expression were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Gemcitabine was used to treat MiaPaCa-2 with Beclinl gene silencing,then the cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry.Results The MiaPaCa-2 cells with Beclinl gene silencing were successfully constructed,and the expression of Beclin1 mRNA was decreased from 1.0 in control group to 0.295,and number of cells in S and G2 phase was decreased,but number of cells in G1 phase was increased,and there was no change in apoptosis.After gemcitabine treatment,number of cells in S phase was further decreased,but number of cells in G1,G2 phase was increased,and apoptosis was inhibited.Conclusions Beclinl gene silencing can change the cell cycle of pancreatic cancer cells MiaPaCa-2,and influence the effects of gemcitabine on cell cycle and apoptosis.

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanisms of PLCεin regulating the invasion and migration of human bladder cancer cells in vitro.Methods After cells treated with recombinant adenovirus , the migratory/in-vasive abilities of T24 cells were explored by wound healing and Transwell chamber cell migration and invasion as -say;RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA levels of PLCε;The protein levels of PLCε,PKCα,PKCβ, TBX3 and E-cadherin were determined by Western blot;QRT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA levels of TBX3 and E-cad-herin.Results It was confirmed by digesting and sequencing that the recombinant adenovirus had been constructed successfully .The expression of PLCε mRNA and PLCε protein were both decreased after the infection of Ad-shPLCε.Wound healing and Transwell chamber cell migration/invasion assay showed that Ad-shPLCε treatment could inhibit the migratory and invasive activity of bladder cancer cells(P<0.05).The results of Western blot indicated that the expression of PKCα/βin membrane decreased ( P<0.05 ) , and phosphorylation level of PKCαand PKCβwas reduced .QRT-PCR and Western blot analysis demonstrated that the expression level of TBX 3 de-creased , but the expression level of E-cadherin increased .Conclusions PLCε shRNA can inhibit migratory and invasive ability of bladder cancer cells through PKCα/β/TBX3/E-cadherin pathway .

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical outcomes of artificial bone (hydroxyapatite) and bone cement implantation in treating young patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head caused by different reasons. METHODS: A total of 18 patients (23 hips) with Ficat stage Ⅲ and Ⅱ avascular necrosis of the femoral head were treated with dead bone debridement, artificial bone and cement implantation in Department of Orthopedics, Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical College from October 2003 to July 2008. The patients were followed up for 24.6 months (ranging 3 months to 5 years). The affected hip function was evaluated by modified Merled'Aubigne Scores and X-ray. RESULTS: Mean hip scores improved significantly from 11.65 to 15.09 after surgery. Postoperative radiographs demonstrated the improved collapse and restoration of femoral head sphericity. The femoral heads of most patients remained the appearance after surgery, and the necrosis range did not enlarge. The patients were satisfactory to the treatment results. CONCLUSION: Artificial bone and cement implantation could restore head sphericity and prevent further collapse. The method can be used as an alternative for treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head at Ficat stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, especially for young patients.
