Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the molecular basis for Jk(a b ) phenotype. Methods Routine serologic testing for phenotype.Genomic DNA covering 4~11 exons and partial introns of JK gene was amplified by ploymerase chain reaction. The PCR products were excised and purified from agarose gels with a kit, then fragments were directly sequenced. Results G mutated to A in the 3'acceptor splice site of intron 5;A to G at 78 site from the 3'end of intron 3;C to T at 84 site from the 5'end of intron 8; A to G at 588 site of exons ( exon 7); G to A at 838 site of exons (exon 9).The splice site mutation (G→A) of intron 5 may cause the skipping of exon 6.Conclusion G to A mutation in the 3'acceptor splice site of intron 5 maybe one of the molecular basis for Jk(a-b-) phenotype

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(03):-
Objective To identify the p phenotype. Method P blood group system was identified using p phenotype cells, anti PP 1 P k antiserum, and direct DNA sequencing.Result and Conclusion Proband was typed as p, with rare anti PP 1 P k in the serum, family study suggested that inheritance was autosomal recessive.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(01):-
Objective To identify para-Bombay phenotype AB h m. Method ABO and H phenotype were typed. Absorption and elution were performed. Saliva was tested by inhibitory reaction. Direct sequencing was performed and family study was done. Results Proband was typed as rare para-Bombay phenotype AB h mand anti-H was detected in his serum. Family study suggested that the inheritance was autosomal recessive. Conclusion Rare AB h m phenotype was identified and anti-H has been detected in his serum.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Data monitoring of No.1 Military Medical Project is very important for the accuracy of information system data. It's supposed that the statistics staff monitor the data in the network. That is, the data in daily and monthly medial reports should be checked and the checking software should be applied to the examination of the data on the first page of the case history to verify their logicality and nonvacancy.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the nursing methods of transferring peduncle island skin flap in foot. Methods Nursing about 19 patients who have undergone the transferring of peduncle island skin flaps because of soft tissue injury in foot. The preoperative nursing included skin nursing, individual psycho-behavior guidance, room allocation. Postoperative nursing included placement of limbs correctly, nursing about the transferring district flaps, observation and nursing the vescular crisis, correct using anticoagulant and functional exercises of ankle-joint. Results There were 18 flaps survived completely, 1 flaps in distal end had partly necrosis, but flap had recovered well afterⅡ-period skin grafting. Conclusion Overall elaborate clinical nursing can guarantee the survival of the graft peduncle island skin flaps in foot.

Objective To explore the effect of hepatitis B virus(HBV) on the expression of high sensitive C-reaction protein(hs-CRP) and its clinical implication. Methods mRNA expression of hs-CRP in HepG2 and HepG2.2.15 cells was measured by RT-PCR,serum hs-CRP levels in patients with HBV infection and in healthy individuals were measured by biochemical analyzer Olympus5400,the expression of hs-CRP difference among patients with chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed. Results Expression of hs-CRP mRNA was higher in HepG2.2.15 cells than in HepG2 cells, serum hs-CRP levels was much higher in HBV patients as compared to healthy individuals ( P<0.05 ),hs-CRP was detected at higher levels in patients with liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma than those with chronic hepatitis B.Conclusion HBV can upregulated the expression of hs-CRP,which is associated with the disease progression.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):14-15
Objective To analyze the situation of inquirer in Shanghai Jing'an district AIDS voluntary coun-seling and testing(VCT). Methods Inquirer were serviced by trained counselors before and after HIV antibody tes-ring,each inquirer were asked to complete a "Advisory Cases Registration Form". Results Inquirer were male-domi-nated,accounting for 85.7%. And inquirer's age were mainly 25 ~ 34 years old, which accounting for 55.8%. The types of inquirer were mainly because of male non-married heterosexual sexual contact, female non-married heterosex-ual contact, male homosexual sexual sexual contact, which accounted for 77.4%, 11.8% and 3.7%, respectively. For the total of three categories accounted for 92.9%. Inquirer aged 25 ~ 34 years old in 2007 were more than 2006 ,and inquirer because of male non-married heterosexual sexual contact in 2007 were more than 2006. There were 2 infectors because of male homosexual sexual contact in 3 positive infectors who were screened in 2007. Conclusion VCT played more and more important role in AIDS prevention and control, and it should be further strengthened and ex-panded.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(3):29-30
Objective To study the nursing of bedsore prevention in patients with unstable pelvic fracture. Methods Bedsore forewarning risk assessment went on in 39 patients with unstable pelvic fracture by Braden scoring method. Results No bedsore was observed in these 39 patients with unstable pelvic fracture. The nursing result turned out to be satisfactory. Conclusions The incidence rate of bed-sore can be degraded in patients with unstable pelvic fracture by forewarning risk assessment with Braden scoring method and early nursing intervention.

Objective To study influence of nursing intervention on pain and satisfaction degree of pa-tients after lower limb fracture. Methods 200 patients of lower limb fracture were divided into the experi-mental group and the control group randomly with IOO patients in each group. Routine nursing was given to the contrtol group and special nursing intervention besides routine nursing to the experimental group. Pain and sat-isfaction degree was compared between the two groups and the results underwent χ2 test. Results The pain degree in the experimental group was much less than that of the control group, the satisfaction degree of the ex-perimental group was much higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can re-liege pain degree of patients with lower limb fracture, make them go through postoperation pain stage and in-crease satisfaction degree with nursing.
