Glycogen synthase kinase-3β( GSK-3β) is a serine-threonine kinase, which was originally identified as a key regula-tor of glycogen metabolism. In nervous system, GSK-3β partici-pates in many central and peripheral nervous system physiological processes through transcription, cell proliferation and differentia-tion. The abnormal activity of GSK-3βinduces downstream signa-ling molecules and gene expression abnormalities, which are in-volved in some neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder,Alzheimer's disease, and pain. In recent years, lots of basic and clinic researches focus on GSK-3β,which might gradually become critical theraptic target of many diseases. The article mainly reviews the mechanisms involved in abnormal acti-vation of GSK-3β related neuropsychiatric disorders.

Objective To establish the norm of occupational stress on the nurse in China. Methods Used stratified random cluster sampling,a total of 3091 nurses in 21 from China' s eastern, central and western parts of three regional hospitals, hospital were tested by Chinese nurse stressor scale (CNNS). Results ①The total norms for the CNNS and each factor are established. ②Descriptive statistics for CNSS for different regions samples, different working year' s samples, different marital status samples, different titles samples, different age's samples, different education background samples and different work nature samples were modulated. Conclusion The norm established can basically represent the occupational stress on nurses in China.

AIM: To investigate the CPU86017 and its enantiomers inhibit abnormal gene expression of calcineurin and NFκB in rat cardiomyopathy induced by L-thyroxin and compare the effect of CPU86017 (racemate) with its 4 enantiomers: (7S, 13R), (7S, 13S), (7R,13S), and (7R,13R)-CPU86017 in this model. METHODS: The animals were randomly divided into 7 groups. The rat hypertrophied model was produced by treatment with L-thyroxin 0.2 mg·kg-1·d-1, sc for 10 d and treated with CPU86017 or its enantiomers 4 mg·kg-1·d-1, sc from d 6 to d 10. The changes in left ventricular (LV) weight index, redox system, and the NO and iNOS activity in the myocardium were investigated. The expression of mRNA of calcineurin、NF-κB in the left ventricle was measured. RESULTS: There were significant cardiac hypertrophy and oxidative stress in rats treated by L-thyroxin. The expression of calcineurin, NFκB mRNA were upregulated (P<0.05, compared with that of control). After treatment with CPU86017 (racemate and enantiomers), LV remodeling and the redox system were improved. CPU86017 and (7S,13R)-CPU86017 showed a better improvement on LV remodeling and the redox than the other isomers and restored the normal expression of calcineurin, NF-κB (P<0.05, P<0.01), respectively. CONCLUSION: It suggested that an up-regulation of calcineurin and NFκB possibly related to the altered intracellular calcium handling system plays a role in the progression of L-thyroxin induced cardiomyopathy and CPU-86017 and its 7S,13R-CPU86017 enantiomer effectively inhibit the abnormal expression of calcineurin and NFκB genes, the NOS enzyme and oxidant stress in the cardiomyopathy.

Objective To study the multicomponent in vivo dynamic process in Chuanxiong Rhizoma; To elaborate in vivo metabolic profiling. Methods HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint of aqueous extract of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and multicomponent changes were detected at the same time. Closed-loop intestine method was used to study the multicomponent changes of oral administration of Chuanxiong Rhizoma after stomach-intestine-liver process. Results Totally 17 components were detected in the fingerprint of aqueous extract of Chuanxiong Rhizoma and they were basically stable in the digestive juice. For in vivo metabolism, 4 components were metabolized by intestinal flora;3 components were metabolized by liver;2 new components were the metabolites of intestinal flora;1 component was the metabolite of liver. Conclusion Multicomponent sequential metabolism and closed-loop intestine method were used to clarify that multicomponent metabolic profiling was feasible, and it could provide experimental basis for the metabolism of traditional Chinese medicine.

A novel method for the detection of moroxydine ( ABOB) residue in tomatoes was developed based on the enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of CdTe quantum dots( QDs) in the presence of ABOB. The factors influencing the performance of the QDs fluorescent probes were investigated, and the optimum conditions were determined:the concentration of mercaptoacidic acid ( TGA) capped-CdTe quantum dot was 1×10-4 mol/L, and the reaction time was 20 min at pH=5. 6. Under the optimum conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity increases linearly proportional to the ABOB concentration in the range of 1. 0×10-12-5. 0×10-10 mol/L with a limit of detection of 5. 2×10-13 mol/L, R=0. 9981, the recovery was 97%-106%, without obvious interference on the determinations of moroxydine from the common coexisting ions, antibiotics, and vitamins. The proposed method has been successfully applied in the detection of trace moroxydine hydrochloride residue in tomatoes.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of the clip with the flossmethod during endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric angle cancer. Methods A total of 27 gastric angle lesions diagnosed as early gastric cancer were treated by ESD. They were randomized to two groups, routine ESD group and clip with the flossgroup. The procedure time, complication events, en-block resection rate and complete resection rate were compared between the two groups. Also, the learning time was divided to two stages and the learning curve was studied according to the resected specimen areas per minute. Results The en block rate was 85. 7%(12/14) in the routine ESD group and 100. 0%(13/13) in the clip with the floss group. The procedure time in the clip with the flossgroup was significantly less than that in the routine ESD group (the median time 30 min VS 40 min, P =0. 011) . Perforation and the post operative bleeding did not occur in either group. The ESD learning curving during the first learning period and the mean resected specimen (area/min) in theclip with the floss group were larger than routine ESD group(30±6 mm2/min VS 20±5 mm2/min,P=0. 01). However, no difference presented during the second learning period between the two groups. Conclusion Clip with the flossmethod during endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric angle cancer as a novel procedure is safe, efficacious and worthy to recommend to beginning learners.
